Overall great stay!

The condo was fully stocked with the necessities. Up to date and honestly nicer than the photos! It was very cozy for the week we were there. The views were beautiful, and everyone was very responsive. As fellow STR owners we enjoy experiencing new places. The starter of dishwasher powder, TP, and laundry soap were perfect. We will be back :)

Great location on the beach

The only thing for us was the lazy river pool was not heated and the whole thing was not on to use.

Wonderful PCB vacation condo!!

Would stay again

Great unit with everything you need. Clean and inviting decor. Absolutely love the balcony furniture. The only thing I would want added is chairs included with the reservation since the pictures show chairs, but they were not included like most other units. With that being said, I would still book again. Really enjoyed our stay. Love the resort as a whole!

We absolutely loved our stay at Splash! I have never stayed here, never used this service, but could not be more satisfied. The unit was very clean and Book That Condo was beyond helpful and friendly. I can honestly say I hope I get to deal with them in the future! I would highly recommend them and Summer was such a sweetheart!!

The condo was nice and plenty of room for kids to spread out and not get on each other's nerves. My only suggestion would be upgrade the bedroom TV it's small and would constantly glitch and was a first gen smart TV which wouldn't even load Netflix. We also had to plan expected time away one day so it could be shown to a realtor which probably isn't a big deal except when it comes to vacation I'm not a planner at all 🤣. Would definitely stay again if go that way for vacation again.

My 4 year olds loved the water park area and the lazy river. Our room 1503-E was great. It had plenty of room for 5 people, clean, full kitchen, and even had a washer and dryer. I would highly recommend Splash to any family with young children.

Condo Review

Amenities were very nice. Great view and good location on Beach. Easy check in process. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Cleanliness could have been better which is reason for slightly lower rating. I had to do a lot of cleaning when we arrived. I cleaned cabinets doors which had food stuck on them. I also cleaned grease off micromicrowave and backsplash. There were some minor maintenance issues which were supposed to be fixed, but were not during our stay. But it still was a pleasant stay and staff was very friendly. Would come back.

Overall the stay was great! My first complaint would be, I was under the impression I would receive a text when our room was ready instead of an email, and we waited an hour on a text and I just happen to check my email and see that our room was ready. The only other complaint I would have is that our condo was not the cleanest. I found two earring backs in sand in the living room and kitchen. The bedroom bed was not very comfortable, but other than that everything was perfect.

We had a great time. Our condo 1503E was really clean and was very nice. The condo had all your essentials that were needed. We will definitely be back next year. The only complaint I had was I thought the condo needed more elevators. Luckily we went after the crowds so it was so bad but I can’t imagine how they would be in June and July.

Couldn’t have asked for better!

Condo was so nice! Perfect location! Bed was so comfortable in bedroom and the kids loved the bunk beds! View from balcony was exceptional! Was as advertised completely! So many fun things for the kids to do with the different pools, lazy river, and water park.i will say the splash pad was a disappointment but it didn’t really make a difference for us. The elevators were obviously slower due to the amount of vacationers & so many floors but that wasn’t even the issue the elevators were SOOO HOT!!! It was suffocating in them! The condo itself was clean & comfy aside from a couple minor things like the tub had black stuff in it but it was a quick thing to wash down! Everything we basically needed kitchen wise was stocked and there so that was nice! Overall loved our stay and would definitely book again!

An Overall Good Vacation

The only issues we had during our stay were with the Splash Resort guest services staff. The lady was not concerned when we would come to her with an issue and we basically just had to deal with it. There is no phone at the desk so we had to walk there with each of our issues (we were staying on the 15th floor). It was very inconvenient. The Splash area was under construction for a day, which was a bummer when you only have 2 days to play, but it eventually was opened again. Overall we had a good vacation and will probably come back again.

Splash Resort 1102 West

We were originally booked in a one bedroom but we're upgraded to a 2 bedroom (no extra charge) because of construction going on. The layout of the condo was very nice and roomy. The bed was comfortable. The only thing I wish is that it had s few staples that other condos we stayed at had, such as sugar packets, salt,/pepper, Saran wrap etc, dishsoap etc.,.it was barebones. If you rent this condo you will have to bring your own staples. The view was wonderful and it was super clean. Unfortunately, the lazy river was not heated( brrr )and the other adult pool was closed along with all the kids pools. Sot that kind of crammed alot of people in the one pool if you didn't care to swim in the ocean. The booking process was confusing. First had to go to Splash, then had to head to the condos office in s different location to initialize papers which I had already did and faxed to them. They gave me my key code. All in all we would rent that condo again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, let me say the condo was beautiful and clean and the location was fantastic. It is on the 15th floor so high above the noise and it looks just like the pictures. My children had the best time in the pools and on the beach. My only complaint was the kitchen. If you like to cook or even just cook a decent meal you are out of luck! There are exactly 3 bowls in the entire kitchen. You must do dishes 2x a day to serve cereal and then if use them in the afternoon. There are no pitchers to make drinks, there is 2 pots and 2 pans. A little disappointing as I would have brought more items from home to use. We ended up eating out a lot more because it was too difficult to cook.

Splash is the place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd year we have stayed in 1503-E. We love it. The owner Sue is great. Went out of her way to make our stay a pleasant one. The condo was perfect. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and it had plenty of room. The bathrooms are huge. The ice maker worked great. We have stayed at more expensive conds and the ice maker never worked. The resort was big enough that you didn't have to hunt a chair. Very family friendly not a bunch of older people in the pool playing rough. The kids could play safe. Plenty of pools so none were over crowed. I would highly recommend this resort specifically 1503-E. everything was perfect. If you have looked so forward to your vacation only to arrive to be so disappointed with the accommodations it ruins your entire stay. You can be assured that won't be the case with this unit. Our family couldn't have been happier. We will absolutely be back. Thanks Sue for the great time.

Resort Not as advertised

The property, the room, vrbo and book that condo were excellent. This review doesn't reflect them or their listing. The resort was not as advertised. There is not an indoor pool. It's missing 3 walls to be indoor, it is covered. So for 4 day out of our 5 the pools were closed either due to rain or kids pooping in the pools. The hot tub full of toddlers without swim diapers and bleach. There was virtually no staff for days. The bar and grill, closed except our last day only with 3 collectable cups and no health score posted with rusted equipment sitting around. The security guards were only concerned about adults displaying their bands but not kids piled in the hot tub in regular diapers. We got to use the pools our last day. The room was wonderful with a little unfinished construction in the master bedroom. There was a slight sewage smell in the master the last day but didnt last long. The front bathroom did have a lingering urine smell but it was fixable with an air freshener. The elevators weren't terrible, a little slow but in comparison to the fact we were basically stuck in the room due to closed pools it was nothing. I will use vrbo again and book that condo just not at this "resort"
