The House - Set privately within the heart of the Berkshires, this sky lit, bright and immaculate year round home, will bring a smile to any face! The 'great room' splashed with sunlight and a soaring 20 foot granite fireplace is the heart of this wonderful getaway. Featuring 4 king bedrooms, and a huge upstairs loft with 4 queen beds. 2 full and 1 half bath, , smart TV in sitting room with library. Direct TV and internet access, 20 x 20 patio. Outdoor entertainment includes several games to choose from: Full length Bocce court, Corn Hole Toss, Dart Board, Ring Toss, Badmitton. Let your imagination run wild, creating family fun and laughter together!

After spending your day out and exploring, come back to cook away in our AWARD winning Gourmet 'Country Kitchen Magazine'. Plenty of room for all to gather while 3 or more cooks create in the kitchen. Enjoy friends and family in this open concept 16 seat dining area. Cook, talk, serve wine and cheese all the while being included in the fun. Featuring granite counter tops, Kitchen Aid Commercial-Style Gas Range w/double oven and griddle, 16 seat dining room table.

Hayes Pond: just down the professionally maintained dirt road, 1/2 mile walk leads you to a pristine and picturesque 30 acre spring/mountain fed private small lake; 2 areas for water access, one with a small grassy area for chairs, one area good for boat access. 3 person canoe, 2 -4 person paddle boat (all provided). Allows you to fish and swim. Big mouth bass and pickerel are only a worm away! Bring your paddle board for a relaxing day at the lake. No motor boats allowed.

Our group does frequent trips and rentals and all agreed this is the best value location we have ever rented. The lodge is beautiful and extremely well provisioned and set up to accommodate larger groups such as ours. The kitchen is chef’s quality and we have two in our group! There are two others in our group who are mobility challenged and felt safe and unrestricted. We rarely say this, because we like to experience other places, but here we can say we’ll be back next Spring!

Our stay was supremely comfortable and luxurious at this gorgeous home. It was perfect for my dad's 70th birthday with my family and my sister's family. We had so much fun gabbing around the fireplace in the living room - there was plenty of space for us all to sit. We played games all day at the huge table in the dining room, alternating between that and bocce. And we cooked a delicious dinner in the state of the art kitchen. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. We had an absolute blast. We made such wonderful memories. Thank you so so much for having us! We will be back again and again!

This is a great home. We learned to play bocce ball as a bonus! The gardens are beautiful. If you have any puzzlers, the cupboard is stocked!Very nice week.

Lovely setting for the ten of us: ample space; large kitchen and dining table; access to yawn games for the kids; puzzles and games; well planned flower garden in full bloom; walkable swimming lake. We had a wonderful family visit.

A beautiful home and grounds. We had a family vacation and it was perfect. Owners are very communicative. Check-in was great. Plenty of outdoor games to enjoy. Wonderful patio with firepit. Indoor rooms were perfect for relaxing. Definitely recommend

We had the most wonderful stay! The house is absolutely beautiful, and every detail has been thought of. The kitchen was a delight to cook in, with every thing you could ever possibly need. The yard and patio were so peaceful, the beds were cozy, and the living area was perfect for game night. We had a perfect stay. Thank you so much!

Perfect property with all amenities and lawn sport toys for 3 generations to enjoy, 5 seniors, 6 parents, and 5 littles played bocce ball, croquet and badminton on the various lawns and swam and used the paddle boat on the little and big ponds. The kitchen and dining area was big enough for many hands and seats, and the 2 different video screens allowed both kid and adult movies to be enjoyed simultaneously.

Amazing house

We spent the Thanksgiving weekend with friends in this house, everything was perfect for adults and kids. It’s better than the pictures ! It’s the perfect place for 4 families to cook and spend nice and warm time together.

We have been coming to the Berkshires for over 35 years. There is an energy and warmth to this area that is undeniable. We decided to build a home based around family. We built it with enough room to 'grow' our families all together. We have spent many a Thanksgiving and holidays enjoying the fun this house offers. The love that is in this home is apparent as soon as you enter.
