Regarding the space, the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos of the listing: the living area corresponds to the terrace with the view, and we always try to represent the layout as clearly and honestly as possible. Thank you for your feedback. We would like to confirm that the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, including the layout of the living area. Also we would like to point out that the exterior room is equipped with an air conditioning unit that also functions as a heater, which guests are welcome to use to warm the space. You have been 7 days in the apartment but you never asked us information about the existing heating. There a big paper on the apartment door, where are 3 Reception telephone numbers to call in case on help or problem. And you never called us. It was a pleasure hosting you. Regarding the air conditioning, we would like to clarify that the terrace is indeed equipped with an A/C unit. Had you contacted us during your stay, we would have been more than happy to assist you and show you how to use it properly. Similarly, the refrigerator’s temperature can be adjusted according to your preference. If you experienced any difficulty, we would have gladly helped — however, we didn’t receive any communication during your 4-day stay. On the apartment door there is a large label with three phone number to be called in case of any guests need. We are always here to ensure our guests have the best experience possible, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve. We hope to welcome you again in the future!
