What a beautiful stay

Our host kept us informed from start to finish and made sure everything we needed was available to us. The house was immaculate and gorgeous. Our host ensured we knew where to find local eateries and gave us recommendations on things to see and do. He ensured we were taken care of. We would definitely come and stay again.

Sensational Villa

Without doubt the best accommodation of our holiday in italy, cottage spacious, clean and very nice as the owner always ready to answer to our requests. The connection with Rome center is very easy, you can leave the car at Frascatti station and in 30 minutes you get the city, the owner gave us even the option of the metro but trying the both we preferred the first. If we come back in Italy we surely return to Alessandro's house.

Stunning little house

We loved so much our days at Alessandro's house. The apartment is located into an ancient villa of the past century with a neverending garden, the owner is a special guy, always with the smile and ready to help you in each need you can feel. The price is fair and get Rome center is very easy with the train from Frascati.

Nature dans la ville

La dolce Casetta se trouve dans un espace de verdure à quelques kilomètres de Rome avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances et découvrir la ville éternelle et ses environs.Villa agréable et très propre,Alessandro,très gentil nous donne de bons conseils en cas de besoin. Nous conseillons fortement cette location sans restriction.

Tutto bellissimo

Vacances près de Rome

Une entrée grandiose, un parc romain, une petite maison de Hansel une Gretel, un petit coin absolument charmant! Alessandro est d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité à nulle pareille. Les lits sont faits quotidiennement et même si une tasse se trouve encore dans l'évier, elle est nettoyé, nous n'avons jamais été gâtés de la sorte. Grottaferrata est une excellente base pour visiter les environs sud de Rome; Ostia Antica regorge de trésors, Castel Gandolfo sur le lac ou la Villa Adriana à Tivoli pour n'en citer que quelques uns. Et puis le soir retour dedans ce merveilleux jardin entre les oliviers et les cyprès pour déguster un petit vin local, c'est ça les vacances. Merci Alessandro d'avoir contribué à notre superbe séjour.

What a Find !

For first I wanna say thanks to Allessandro to make our stay perfect (daily cleaning, useful tips and cordiality). We are a couple with 2 children of 8 and 12yo, so we had the exigence of an outside space to scoop out the vivacity of them. This Place has been a revelation with it space but especially for the basketball and soccer court. The Apt inside is furnished and keep clean eveyday. Thanks again..

Good Choice

With my boyfriend, we decide to travel around italy with the car leaving from Germany. This house was one of our bases and we keep sweet memories about it. Cheap and very well mainteined. Thanks to the host for the friendly welcome.

Excellent

Me and my wife had an amazing stay in this cozy cottage. The price for a week is very reasonable compared with other solution in the center of the city, we loved each corner of the garden too and the beautiful view up the hill. The owner is very helpful to give you any advice about the towns that deserves a visit and about the best way to reach Rome.

Strategic base

We were looking for an apartment close to the airport but no too much far from Rome. It was a right decision, in 30 minutes you can reach the city from Frascati station and 15 minutes far there is the airport. Our getaway was perfect, the owner a pleasant person and the house equipped with everything you need. Very handy the remote control gate that allows to leave and come back at any time. Thanks

Amazing, relaxing, romantic cottage outside Rome

We absolutely loved staying here, it was exactly what we needed. The cottage is gorgeous and the whole property smelled like jasmine. The cottage is very livable -- enough room and amenities to feel like home instead of a cramped apartment. We could have stayed here a lot longer, that is for sure. We brought our 4.5 year old and our 1.5 year old and they both loved it. My four year old literally thanked me for booking a place with such a nice play area. I cannot say enough nice things about this apartment. The kitchen is big enough to cook, the rooms are comfortable and well furnished. My only complaint is that it is along a busy road, but that didn't bother us too much. Alessandro was extremely accommodating and made us feel right at home. I would suggest renting a car and a GPS. There are lots of fun day trips nearby -- we loved Tivoli (specifically the Villa d'Este), Ostia Antica, and the lake by Castle Gandolfo were all wonderful and the kids enjoyed them all. We spent one day in Rome, which was also nice and not too hard to navigate from the cottage. Thanks a million!

Great value for money

We had 4 fabulous nights in this villa, our boys will never forget the endless football matches in the garden (and we also). Perfect for travelers that come from Ciampino airport and need an accomodation not too far from it, it is just 10 minutes far. The cleaning is perfect and the breakfast with packaged foods is very useful even as a snack considering the numerous things that the owner left us in the kitchen for the day after. A real paradise.

La nostra casetta

Fin dal momento dell'arrivo io e mio marito siamo rimasti colpiti sia dall'accoglienza che dal posto e ci siamo subito sentiti come a casa. Dal giorno dopo infatti abbiamo riempito dei vasi con dei fiori stupendi e profumati che abbiamo trovato nel giardino e li abbiamo sparsi per la casa, perchè la sentivamo nostra e ci piaceva mantenerla immacolata come l'abbiamo trovata. Riguardo il resto: la pulizia giornaliera è accurata e ben fatta, la colazione è confezionata ma questo già lo sapevamo quando la scegliemmo e il giardino e la vista sono stupendi. Ci mancherà e speriamo un giorno di tornarci qualora dovessimo ricapitare da quelle parti.

Perfect for us

The headline of the description is exactly what our stay at the cottage was for us. Alessandro the owner is an excellent host, whatever you ask him he is always kind and willing to advise ... very useful even the possibility of using the barbecue and tables and chairs outside in the beautiful garden for lunch or dinner outdoors and in middle of the green. thank you very much for the nice stay

Très agréable séjour, chaleureux et très bien équipé.

Un logement très bien entretenu, agréable, tranquille et chaleureux. Les photos reflète l'apparence et les équipements de la location. Un cottage indépendant avec sa propre grille de sortie et d'entrée dans la propriété du propriétaire. Emplacement tranquille et à quelques minutes de la station de métro A terminus Anagnina pour se rendre au centre de Rome, en plus il y a un grand parking pour laisser son véhicule, 1.50 euros la journée. Propriétaire disponible si besoin et très discret, laisse à disposition un espace extérieur de jeux pour les enfants en face de sa propriété.
