We were in town for a family wedding at Castle Farms and this property was perfectly located in the center of all of our activities. The house was very clean and homey with many amenities (well stocked kitchen & bathrooms) that made it very comfortable.

Just Perfect

Quiet neighborhood. Clean and spacious. Great location for access to downtown Charlevoix. Nice amenities such as laundry pods, dryer sheets, great towels etc.

We rented the house for the weekend for a wedding and to celebrate our grandson’s 21st birthday. We could not have had a better experience. The house was equipped with anything you might need. It was very spacious and clean. We were very close to the wedding venue, which made it so convenient. We also went to Harbor Springs and Petoskey and enjoyed great food and shopping. We had a small celebration for my grandson with a bonfire at night, enjoying s’mores and making great family memories. I would recommend this location 100%!

Mini family vacay

Wow! Everything was great! We were in town for a family wedding at Castle Farms. The location of the house was awesome! Easy walk to Ferry Beach, short drive to the Castle and downtown. We will recommend this property to our friends and family, felt like “home”. Thank you for sharing!

Great Hosts!

Great Charlevoix Rental

Our family had a great time staying here. We had 5 adults and three kids (all under 5 years) there was plenty of room for all and the kids enjoyed the back yard and the nice long driveway with their scooters. Great location it was walk-able to town and the lake as well as nearby restaurants.

Perfect Place/Location

The location was perfect for our family. Just a short walk to the beach and to town. The owners thought of everything, all kitchen and bath essentials were provided and the home was very comfortable.

Well set up for a family

Clean and delightfully set for a family with kids ranging in age from 17 to 1 month old. Comfortable rooms and a well set kitchen. "No pets" is a perk for this family with allergies.

Charming and comfortable

We liked the location, nice quiet neighborhood. Also enjoyed sitting out in the patio. The kitchen is so well stocked with everything needed for cooking and food storage.

Relaxing and close to town!

This is the second year that we’ve stayed at the house on May street, once again we loved it! There was all the space that we needed for our family of 8. The open family room and kitchen was a great spot to gather and hang out. The yard is huge and well taken care of and it was fun to see deer in the backyard! The location is perfect, quiet yet close to town.

Girls Vacation

It was great we had lots of room. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils, so that we could cook meals. Everything was clean. We were also close to town which is what we look for. We did go to some restaurants and enjoyed the shopping.

Great!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The location of this home is close to so many fun things to do in Charlevoix (beaches, shopping, etc.). It's also just a quick drive to Petoskey, if youre interested in venturing out of town. The home was very clean, well taken care of, and very family friendly!!

Tommy and Amanda live in Hudsonville MI with their children Haley (20) and Jack (16). Tommy spent every summer growing up in Charlevoix at his family's home right around the corner. We have owned this home since 2009. After remodeling every inch of our house we found ourselves chasing our kids around the ball fields in summer time instead of enjoying our home. A few years ago a friend introduced us to VRBO. This is our 6th summer sharing our home with guests. We have been having a good time sharing our little slice of heaven with people from all over the country. We hope you enjoy Charlevoix as much as we do.
