House needs a lot of TLC

Amazing views from roof, lovely area, great parking. The house is neglected inside and out. Furniture was swollen and smelled of damp. Missing light fittings, cracking electrical switches. Master bedroom side light and ceiling light never worked, only the far side light worked. Vacuum cleaner but no bag, we had to go buy them in the end. Outside furniture was dangerous and my husband was lucky not to be impaled when a plastic chair literally exploded into shards beneath him. Cushion pads were eventually replaced, as the ones supplied were shredded, faded and covered in mould. Many things broken, worn out, damaged by dampness, leaking, electrics need attention, needs a new door lock, windows and doors all leak in the rain, beds are like camp beds, look terrible, however, credit where it’s due, they were surprisingly comfortable. The bedding is ancient and poor quality, bleach marks, worn out elastic. Things that were listed on the inventory weren’t there. Enormous amount of Crockery and cutlery, mismatched glasses, two coffee machines, needs severely edited, it sleeps 3 comfortably. No need for several settings and stacks of chopping boards. Kitchen units are old and bursting at floor level, fridge was absolutely tiny and shelves fell off the door, all have hairline cracks. The owner did replace the washing machine, which was temperamental. Bathroom sliding door kept falling off the mounting. Both of us jammed our hands in the patio doors, as there’s no safety stop. Inside the house was like a fridge in winter, we had to clean mould several times and our clothes were wet in the unlined wardrobes. We bought many humidifiers. No aircon means the walls are like powder and the house manager was unable to replace the curtain pole or fix the shower properly to the wall. We lived with the curtains held up by tape for many weeks. This could be a lovely house, but it needs work. The patio area gets no winter sun, but the roof does, the furniture on the roof however needs replaced, it’s not just ugly, it’s dangerous. If it’s important, the TV only had Spanish Channels. We used our own steaming stick, which worked, but the sound quality on the TV is tinny at anything above quite. The house was clean on arrival, but inside the cupboards were grimy and some crockery sticky with grease, which j didn’t use, as there’s just far too much crockery and unnecessary stuff in a rental. I binned the toilet brush, after it was knocked over and I won’t go into detail, but I binned it and left a brand new one for the owner, it was disgusting. We needed to buy a basin, as the sink didn’t hold water. The additional blanket provided was dirty and too bulky to wash in the machine in the house, I thankfully had taken our own throws. No towels provided by the owner. If we didn’t have a dog with us, there’s no way we would have stayed in the house, not in the condition it’s in. The owner seems like a nice man, but really didn’t want to be bothered with me and I found myself resolving or dealing with things myself.

leider hat das haus ein großes ungeziefer problem.wir haben täglich versucht die kakerlaken zu entfernen.aber das war leider nicht möglich. die kakerlaken kamenaus schränken ,wänden und steckdosen.Fenster konnteman nicht öffnen, kakerlaken kamen ins haus.Ohne Klimabei 32 Grad sehr schlecht.wir sind vorzeitig abgereist.

Un alojamiento para disfrutar en él, super cerca de la playa y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días estupendos. Hemos estado 2 adultos, dos niños y nuestro perrito, seguro repetiremos, especial agradecimiento a la persona que gestiona el apartamento ya que estuvo muy pendiente de resolver cualquier incidencia, se estropeó un ventilador y al día siguiente se puso en contacto con nosotros para traernos otro. Han sido unos días maravillosos. Impresionante el atardecer y el amanecer desde la terraza, recomiendo no perdeselo. Una recomendación para el propietario:Un punto de luz en la terraza de arriba sería genial para poder disfrutar de la terraza por la noche.

Het huis is van gemakken voorzien, met uitzondering van een airco. Deze is echt een gemis. Verder is alles aanwezig en vooral de verschillende terrassen zijn heerlijk, waarvan dakterres mooi uitzicht op zee biedt.De hygiëne en netheid had beter gekunt. Er is gepoetst voor het oog helaas

Mon séjour idéal a la mata

Tout était parfait côté location et Paul et ivonne et Trinidad nous a bien recu.de plus si vous aimez les chats... La cerise sur le gâteau Par contre si vous êtes en panne de voiture. Vacances

Très belles vues sur la mer mais la maison est petite bien pour 2 personnes. Les prises électriques sortent du mur (dangereux) la hotte et les lumières de la cuisine ne fonctionnent pas. La télévision ne retransmet pas en français. Nous avons appelé le propriétaire qui nous a répondu qu’il n avait de demandes les gens passent par internet. Nous attendons toujours les piles pour la télécommande que nous avons acheté. Le point positif est la vue sur la mer. Trinidad est sympathique.

Una muy buena estancia.

Sobre los dueños decir que ha habido muy buena comunicacion en todo momento, el contacto en La Mata estaba muy cerca y ha sido muy amable. Sobre el piso decir que esta en muy buenas condiciones, nosotros fuimos con 2 perritas y muy bien todo, la playa de La Mata esta cerca, y la de perros esta a 15 min en coche cerca de La Zenia (playa la mosca), y esta muy bien ubicado de distintos servicios. Nosotros repetiriamos sin dudarlo.

La maison est bien situé prés de la plage de la mata,parking situé juste en face(pratique)propre et lumineuse avec une très belle terrasse pour manger a tous les repas++++ ses points négatif sont le frigo a changer absolument il est beaucoup trop petit pour une famille, la grille du barbecue qui est complètement rouillé et resserré la porte coulissante dans la salle de bain elle se défait tous le temps (resserré l'ecrou,je n'avais pas d'outillage pour le faire)sinon vraiment de bonne vacance avec un soleil comme toujours sur la costa blanca généreux merci pour tous

Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage und Ausblick. Leider waren wir mit ein paar Punkten unzufrieden. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die vorhandene Bettwäsche nunja... In den Schränken zb. Küche wie auch das Geschirr zum Teil noch verschmutzt. Die Dachterrasse mit Müll und leider mit Uralten Stühlen wo man sich nicht traut diese zu benutzen und die alten zerrissenen Polstern für die Liegen. Da sollte man investieren. Bei Regen läuft das Wasser in den Schlafzimmern und im Bad ins Haus. Eine Anmerkung noch sollte man eine Allergie gegen Katzen haben sollte man dieses Haus meiden da es dort extrem viele wilde Katzen gibt die dort auf der Terrasse und im Haus anscheinend gefüttert werden und dadurch jeden Tag präsent sind.

Maison Torrevieja

Pas d’accueil à notre arrivée. Le jeune qui nous a ouvert, ne nous a même pas décroché un bonjour, ni un regard. Il a vite fui. Dans l’ensemble la maison est propre, il y a tout le nécessaire pour y séjournez tranquillement. Les chambres sont assez grandes et les lits étaient confortable. Point faible : frigo trop petit, pas de Clim (il fait très chaud), le tuyau de la douche est percé. Point fort : terrasse à chaque niveau, la proximité de la playa (moins de 10 mn). Paul a été joignable lors de notre séjour. Il est très disponible et très sympathique. Il a accepté notre départ anticipé dans la nuit. Nous avons eu la compagnie de plusieurs chats durant notre séjour, c’était agréable. PS : à noter toutefois la présence de cafard dans le secteur.

Mycket trivsamt med fin utsikt

Fin lägenhet som vi gärna återkommer till. Nära till allt, restauranger köpcenter och med Torreveija bästa bad 10 min bort. Härligt med att kunna se soluppgång. Något kallt inne i huset i april månad. Kanske lätt kan avhjälpas med element i sovrummen? Tipptopp

Trevligt men kallt

Man bör veta att huset inte har av och därmed ingen värme heller. Finns ett element på bottenvåningen men övervåningen blir kall i november. Kalla golv, ingen diskmaskin men ett bra läge om man gillar strand med vågor!
