L’appartement est conforme à l’annonce : agréable, bien équipé, avec une belle terrasse où l’on profite du petit déjeuner au soleil. La plage et le tram sont accessibles en seulement 5 minutes. L’accès au garage demande quelques manœuvres avec une grande voiture, mais sa présence reste un vrai atout à Nice.

Dès l'arrivée, l'hôtesse est très disponible et très accueillante. L'emplacement est impeccable: 150 mètres de la Promenade des Anglais et le tramway L2 pratiquement en bas de l'immeuble, facilitant les déplacements. Tout peut se faire à pied, également. Boulangerie, épicerie, pharmacie à quelques mètres. L'appartement est grand, très propre et bien équipé. Il manque quelque petits ustensiles pour cuisiner et un support pour le pommeau de la douche amovible serait recommandé. Avoir un bain, est un plus. Petit bémol, un ventilateur sans minuterie, serait plus approprié. Sinon, dans l'ensemble, ce fut un très très agréable séjour. L'immeuble est très propre et sécuritaire. Nous recommandons grandement cette location.

Appartement fonctionnel et très propre, le lit en 160 étant agréable. Une climatisation dans la chambre aurait été la bienvenue en cette période (le ventilateur présent étant un peu léger et limité par sa minuterie de 2 heures).

Perfect location

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was the perfect location to explore the area from! A block away from the sea, a tram stop literally outside the door, supermarket a 2 minute walk and a 15 minute walk to the train station. The garage is a must to book if you have a car - takes the hassle out of trying to find street parking! Others have commented in the right garage parking but it’s fine especially if you have someone guiding you. The apartment is bigger than it appears from the photos. Liliane met us and showed us around the apartment and her English is much better than our French and we managed to communicate very well.I would recommend this place to anyone who is considering booking.

Appartement très fonctionnel ,joliment décoré bien équipé et propre, Propriétaire sympathique et bienveillante avec un Accueil efficace et chaleureux. Localisé au centre-ville à un pied de la promenade des anglais (150 M de la plage). et à deux pas de toutes les commodités: Magasins, restaurants, boulangeries...On y a passé un très bon séjour ! Nous ne regrettons pas notre choix, ni notre séjour,Un grand merci Madame :)

Liliane is a wonderful host and her apartment is spacious, clean, and conveniently located. Check in and check out were simple. Liliane was communicative and helpful. Would recommend a stay at her apartment!

Nice a Nice place stay

Nice close to the beach one road from the promenade.Transport links are really good. Straight from the airport to the stop called university, get off there on the wall the is a black number spayed on the wall. Walk up the road, in the same direction as the T2 to the port lympia The block is 124. A note when you get off the plane leave the building. Turn right. Get on the T2 to the port. Note do not buy a ticket here this part of the journey is free. (if bought at the airport it will cost additional 10 euros) Get off at the third stop agrand arenas. Buy a ticket from the machine. You will have to buy a card le carte ticket at the time of writing it is 2 euros the fares 1 trip to many more. I understand this card can be used on buses, once activated it can be used for a period on other transport. We did not use this facility. Get off at theNice to sit out on the balcony, it is very long by any standards, anytime of day or night.Full sized oven, fridge freezer, microwave washing machine and dish washer.The flat is well equipped. The flat is spacious, It is well subscribed, but we'll worth it.

Excellent

Logement d'une propreté et d'une fonctionnalité irréprochables. La terrasse orientée plein sud est un gros atout. Notre hôte a été très accueillante et disponible. La proximité du tramway a rendu toutes nos excursions très faciles. Et la plage est littéralement à deux pas ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour. Merci à Lilianne.

Parfait !

Bel appartement très fonctionnel, à 2 mn des plages dans un quartier vivant, tram juste en bas, immeuble sécurisé, calme et bien entretenu. Très belle terrasse avec le soleil le matin, appartement avec tout ce qu'il faut, doubles vitres qui isolent parfaitement du bruit de la rue, une vraie cuisine bien équipée (ce qui est rare), on se sent chez soi. Propriétaires charmants, arrivée et départ sereins, Carrefour City à 5 mn à pied, Musée des Beaux Arts à 2 pas, proche de tout, tout en étant loin de la foule touristique du vieux Nice mais en deux stations de tram (fréquence 5/6 mn) arrivée à la station Jean Médecin, artère commerciale de Nice et puis le soleil, la mer de Nice si belle, d'un bleu paradisiaque, plage avec sable et surveillée (poste de secours), bref ce fut parfait. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil.
