Amazing view

We loved the apartment. The location is very good for trips to Catania, the Etna, Taormina, etc. You do need a car to get to all locations. And a good GPS. Beware of the Sicilian driving style ! Maria and her son were very friendly and very accommodating. They made sure that we had everything we needed.

Un bon rapport qualité prix

L’appartement n’est pas au cœur des sites les plus touristiques mais idéalement situé pour visiter ceux de la côte est. L’équipement est simple mais suffisant pour une semaine. Les + : - Très jolie vue - Déco sympa dans la maison - Chambre climatisée - Literie confortable - Hôtesse prévenante et disponible Les petits bémols : - Pas de lit double - Terrasse ensoleillée uniquement le matin - Stationnement un peu acrobatique - Pas de plage de sable à proximité, accès à la baignade difficile en escaladant des rochers. Au final, un séjour très agréable dans un environnement authentique.

Appartement sicilien

Appartement dépaysant et très bien situé. La pleine vue mer est très agréable et la propriétaire vous réservera un accueil des plus charmants. Parfaitement équipé, il est idéal pour un couple seul ou pour une petite famille. Il est spacieux et la mer est accessible juste en bas sur les rochers pour se baigner. Il constitue un point de départ pour visiter Catane, Taormine, l’Etna, Syracuse et surtout Noto, ville magnifique (plus que Syracuse)

Wunderbare Ferien am Meer

Die Wohnung ist komfortabel, funktional und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir wurden wie lange vermisste Freunde, aufs Herzlichste begrüsst! Frau Maria und ihr Sohn Claudio waren äußerst gastfreundlich und nett und immer für Fragen oder Bedürfnisse verfügbar. Die Lage der Wohnung mit der grossen Terrasse, mit Blick auf die kleinen Felseninseln und das unendliche, blaue Meer ist unvergleichlich! In der näheren Umgebung gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei und andere Geschäfte, in denen man alles für den täglichen Bedarf findet. Zu einem Einkaufszentrum mit grossem Supermarkt, fährt man ca. 5 Min. mit dem Auto.

Relax con vista meravigliosa

L'appartamento è comodo, funzionale e dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. La Sig.ra Maria e il figlio Claudio sono stati estremamente accoglienti e gentili, sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi domanda o necessità. La posizione è eccezionale: in 2 min a piedi si raggiungono minimarket, panettiere, altri negozi e noleggio pedalò/canoe; in 5 min a piedi si è nella piazza centrale e da lì sul lungomare; in 5 min d'auto si raggiunge il supermercato. Cenare in terrazza con questa meravigliosa vista sul mare e sui faraglioni non ha prezzo!

Eccezionale vacanza!

Sono stata con la famiglia, marito e figlio nel mese di agosto: il delizioso appartamento dispone di un ampio terrazzo sul mare che lascia senza fiato, e allieta pranzo e cena. Ordine e organizzazione regnano nell'appartamento, che dispone di tutto (pentolame, piatti, cucina e forno, asciugamani, lenzuola, tostapane, ecc.) e, per ogni esigenza, è disponibile la signora Maria, estramente cortese, accogliente ed attenta alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti. La location è interessante: situata nei pressi del centro di Acitrezza permette di raggiungere le spiagge a piedi, e di passeggiare per le vie del paese, ricche di ristoranti, bar e sempre molto movimentate. Siamo stati davvero bene, contenti di questa splendida vacanza, in un luogo magico, ricco di tradizioni, storia, sapori e leggende, in una casa giusta per una vacanza, con la certezza che per qualsiasi necessità non eravamo soli! Lo consiglio vivamente!

Excellente situation et vue mer MAGNIFIQUE

LE + de cet appartement est sa magnifique vue sur mer (magnifique levé de soleil) et une très grande terrasse. Cet appartement est très bien situé, à quelques km de Catane, tous les commerces de proximité se font à pied en 2 minutes, le centre du village de Aci Trezza (port de pêche très mignon) à pied, sympa pour se balader et aller au resto, je recommande cet appartement pour vos vacances en Sicile, pour visiter l'est de la Sicile (central entre Taormine et Syracuse).

Best sea view

Cute holiday accommodation with a fantastic sea view! Basic kitchen, plenty of towels provided and within walking distance of a grocery shop. Good location to explore Sicily and it‘s beaches.

Siamo stati una settimana. L’appartamento è molto carino con un’atmosfera un po’ vintage, pulito, ordinato, fornito di cucina, frigorifero, tv, scaldabagno, condizionatore in camera. No lavastoviglie. La lavatrice era momentaneamente rotta ma la proprietaria è stata disponibile a lavarci delle cose quando ne abbiamo avuto necessità. Bagno e ringhiera del terrazzo sarebbero da rifare. La posizione è solo leggermente decentrata (4’ a piedi dal centro). Il posto auto privato (disponibile solo x una macchina piccola) è stato fondamentale - trovare parcheggio in zona è un incubo. La passerella per accedere al mare non è proprio sotto casa ma bisogna fare un piccolo percorso a piedi (2’). La vista è davvero stupenda, sia la sera che la mattina. Unico neo: la puzza che viene dal mare nel tardo pomeriggio/sera quasi tutti i giorni (probabilmente a causa del mercato del pesce di Aci Trezza). Infine, c’è qualche regola di troppo fra giorni x la spazzatura, limite di internet, uso della cucina, uso dello scaldabagno, uso del condizionatore ecc. Nel complesso, una soluzione strategica per muoversi e visitare città e paesini della parte orientale della Sicilia.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Mary in Aci Castello! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Ausstattung eher auf das Nötigste beschränkt. Von der Terrasse hatte man eine fantastische Sicht auf das Meer. Hier lohnt sich früh aufstehen, um einen einzigartigen Sonnenaufgang zu erleben! Danke für die schöne Zeit, Sabine und Nora

Maison qui a une âme avec vue éblouissante

Nous avons passé 3 semaines de bonheur dans cette appartement typique. Nous avons profité de la grande terrasse où chaque jour nous avions une vue changeante sur les îles du cyclope. Depuis 30 ans que nous louons nous n'avons jamais été aussi bien reçu par les propriétaires. Maria est d'une grande générosité et toujours au petit soin de ses hôtes. Le parking fermé pour garer sa voiture est bienvenue sur aci trezza. L'appartement est très calme. Vous pouvez louer des canoë et pédalo au pied de l'appartement. Si vous avez un chien comme nous il peut faire ses besoins toujours au pied de l'appartement. Bref c'est le paradis sur terre, allez y les yeux fermés.

... danke für Eure Liebenswürdigkeit! Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, mit einer enorm großen Terrasse und fantastischer Aussicht. Die Küche ist entzückend, mit einfacher, doch ausreichender Ausstattung. Ein kleiner Mangel ist das fehlende W-Lan. Und Aci Trezza ist ein sehr hübscher kleiner Ort für ruhige und erholsame Ferien. Alles prima und empfehlenswert. Cordiali saluti Heike e Roka

Amazing view and lovely landlady

We spend a week in Maria's house to relax and enjoy the sicilian coast. The large terrace / logia has an amazing view and even if it rains you can sit outside. With a few shops right arround the corners there's no need for big shoping tours if you want to cook and you can always get fresh food /groceries in no time. We guess as it was the beginning of the season (early april) there were a few things that will go smoothly once more visitors book the place. But there was immidiate response and action by the landlady. Still, we think it's perfect holiday home for two persons to enjoy Aci Trezza and it's surrounding area. Thank you!

Wonderful place ! Endroit merveilleux !

This is an amazing appartment. You will find all the necessary accessories to cook. It is VERY clean. The view is taking your breath away ! I DO RECOMMEND HIGHLY this appartment for fantastic vacations! C'est un appartement magnifique. Vous y trouverez tous les accessoires requis pour cuisiner. C'est TRÈS propre. La vue est à couper le souffle ! Je recommande fortement cet appartement pour des vacances fantastiques.

Beautiful location near Catania

This apartment is very basic: no a/c, no wifi, minimally equipped kitchen, no microwave. However, we didn't care. It has a beautiful deck, as you can see in the photo, that has a fabulous view over the sea. The deck is large, and after mid-morning, is in the shade. We were told by the very kind hostess (who speaks a serviceable English) that we could just leave the windows and doors open, since no one could enter from street level. This is exactly what we did. First thing in the morning, we would step out with our coffee and enjoy the view. We didn't need a/c, because there was a nice breeze. There is a good grocery store within walking distance, and many wonderful restaurants in town. The beach is rocky, so bring your water shoes. It is a short trip to Catania itself, but find a way to take a bus, because the driving is insane! And oh yes, they provide a nice, safe place for your car in their courtyard. The hostess is very charming and helpful. We had to arrive later than planned, and she graciously waited until we arrived to get us settled. It is a good location for getting to Taormina, Syracuse, and the Piazza Armerina. You can also take harbor tours and paddle boats to explore the water.

soggiorno fresco e riposante

siamo stati accolti con generosità e cortesia dalla signora Vera e suo figlio Claudio nel loro bilocale molto ampio e fresco, dotato di una terrazza STUPENDA e ben attrezzata che si affaccia sul mare di Aci Trezza e da cui si può vedere tutto l'arcipelago dei CIclopi: isola Lachea e i bellissimi faraglioni del Verga...la casa è dotata di tutti gli accessori, ventilata, spaziosa e con letti comodi.
