Welcome to this beautiful apartment located near the sea in Moraira. It sleeps 6 people.

The apartment has a furnished terrace overlooking the sea.

This 73 m2 apartment, located on the second floor with lift, has three bedrooms (one twin, one double and one with a bunk bed). A cot and a high chair are available on request. The apartment has two bathrooms that serve the entire house, one with shower and one with bath.

The welcoming living-dining room has a sofa, a TV, a dining table with chairs, and air conditioning. The separate kitchen, with glass-ceramic hob, is fully equipped. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

It is located in central location near the L’Ampolla beach, one of the most popular and exclusive sandy beaches, neither very extensive nor crowded. This area offers all possible amenities such as bars, restaurants, shops, etc. You can practise water sports, including snorkelling, diving, fishing, etc.

The property is near the castle of Moraira (rather a castle tower). The cove of Portitxolet is just 2 km away, one of the best known coves in the area, perfect for enjoying the flora and fauna of the Mediterranean. The cove of Andrago 2 km south is great for diving and discovering the beauties of the deep sea.

Sirena Apartment

A nice apartment in a super position 4 minutes walk to the beach surrounded by bars and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is about 50 meters away. Being so close to bars and restaurants can make the apartment noisy but this is the price you pay for the convenience. The apartment itself is well appointed but could do with a little updating an oven in the kitchen would be a great asset but the most important thing is the lack of balcony furniture. The large balcony itself has sun from morning till evening and therefore is a great facility that you would want to use to the full. We spent a month in the apartment we had one small problem and this was rectified immediately by the owners son James a really nice chap. Overall a nice apartment in a great position and nowhere in Moraira is more than a short walk away.

Toda la tramitación fue ágil. El apartamento muy bonito, con todo lo necesario para una estancia de 1 semana. Plaza de parking al lado del edificio. Situación perfecta al lado de la playa y del castillo (centro de Moraira), con un supermercado al lado y todo tipo de oferta en restauración.

Great location in the town with sea views. Private car parking next to the property which was great

Very clean and presented well with plenty of Spanish character, we really liked it. Would definitely stop again. We were there in November and the temperature was 26 C so the balcony was great for eating out on.
