The condo has a direct gulf view and good size balcony, very well equipped kitchen for people like us who cook. The property was clean and roomy to accommodate a senior and other family members. The owner is good to work with. We would definitely return.

Condo is well furnished. It was clean and exactly as advertised in pictures. Pool area with hot tub were very clean and great to use daily. Balcony and the ocean views/sunsets were exceptional! Will definitely book this condo again

We have been going to PCB for years, WE NOW HAVE A NEW FAVORITE PLACE TO STAY!! The unit was perfect better than advertised! The unit is well equipped and was spotless! Beach access and location is perfect! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed this condo very much! It was clean and well stocked, the bed was comfortable, the view is amazing. It is close to shopping, restaurants and Pier Park. The communication with the owner could not have been better. We will definitely stay here again!

Always a Wonderful time!

When we arrive, it always feels like we're staying at a friends beautiful place on the beach while they're out of town. Only place we've stayed at in PCB, believe this year was our 10th stay @Emerald Isle & 8th stay here. Can't say enough about the beautiful condo & amenities. Huge balconies to enjoy breakfast, dinners and gorgeous sunsets,literally steps to the beach with no ramp/stairs, everything oceanfront. Could go on, but will say this-no elevator issues & not slow The owners are great!

Perfect Condo overlooking the Gulf!

We will continue to stay at this condo. It’s perfect. It’s clean and has a beautiful view to watch the dolphins.. Beach chair service is nice and comes with the condo. The beds are comfortable and it has any kitchen item you need. It couldn’t be any better.

Host are great at communicating and even notified us that we could check in early. The location is excelle t. Has a Winn Dixie grocery store just to the east and the famous Thomas Donuts just to the west of the condo. Thw two pools was never crowded extra large jacuzzi was incredible. The unit comes with 2 beach chairs which is a extra bonus because rental of the chairs come a 60 per day charge. Will definitely be my new return condo.

Amazing Beachfront condo

We had an incredible stay at this condo right on the beach in PCB! The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking — perfect for morning coffee or sunset watching. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Easy access to the beach, great location close to restaurants. Perfect for families! We’ll definitely be coming back!

Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made the rental process smooth and enjoyable.Condo Features and ConditionThe condo was truly beautiful, featuring an impressive view of the ocean that enhanced our stay. It had recently undergone renovations and was exceptionally well maintained, which added to its modern feel and overall comfort. The space was spotless upon arrival and matched the description provided beforehand, meeting all our expectations.Building Updates and Noise ConsiderationsOne important aspect to be aware of is that the building began elevator replacement work toward the end of our trip. This is a circumstance beyond the owners' control, but it did result in construction noise (including jack hammering) during daytime hours. A worker informed us that the project involves replacing all elevators one at a time and may take over a year to complete.Future PlansDespite the temporary construction, we plan to return to this condo in the future. After several years staying at Ocean Reef condos, we believe we have found our new preferred place to stay during visits to PCB.

Outstanding 17th floor views!

Property was exactly as listed. Good communication with owners. Easy keyless entry. Included a front row chair set that was very nice. There is a 40 parking charge for the week that's payable on arrival at the office. Unit was extremely well stocked with anything you might need as far as cooking,dining,etc. Bed was very comfy. Would definitely stay here again!!

Nice property, friendly hosts

Very nice property, clean, and well maintained. Has a dual function coffee pot, able to brew a pot or brew single k cups. Parking on property is tight if you're in a larger SUV, but parking is available across the street with more room and spacious. parking spots. The property does have a 10 o'clock quiet time and the pools close at 10. If you're looking for a nice family friendly atmosphere to enjoy your stay in PCB then this is where you'll want to stay, not a wild party kind of property.

Amazing Condo

My cousin and I stayed at the condo for a week. It was as absolutely beautiful. The condo had everything you needed. The view on the porch was amazing! I would highly recommend staying at this condo. Everything was clean inside and having a beach front to see the ocean and sunset couldn’t have been better.

I went to Panama City Beach in Florida when I was in school and I always wanted to buy a home here. When I walked out on the balcony at Emerald Isle I said 'wow' and was sold before the Realtor started talking.

The soft white sand is nicer than Cancun, and the water is clear. One can stand on the balcony and see up and down the beach for miles and miles, and there is enough room to have the whole family on the balcony.
