テスタッチョの活気溢れる歴史的地区の中心にあるとても明るいアパートです。 AventineとColosseumから徒歩ですぐの場所にあります。 市内中心部では非常に静かで平和な。 多くのお店、おしゃれなレストラン、パブの周り。
バス停は50m先です。地下鉄は10分です。
Trastevere、Piramide、Circo Massimo、Colosseum、Bocca dellaverità、Venice、Campidoglioなど、数多くの重要な見どころが徒歩圏内にあります。
毎週日曜日の朝、Tiberの向かい側にある有名なPorta Portese市場へ徒歩でアクセスできます。

Perfect location

We loved the location of this property. In an authentic Rome neighborhood, not too touristy but close to most sites. Bus connection to the centre of the city was great! Roberto and Loredana were very helpful with instructions to find the property etc as well as with helpful tips about restaurants and even dry cleaners when needed!

Perfect Roman Holiday - Location + Food + Public Transportation

We had a great 3 night stay in Rome! The apartment was the perfect size for a couple and in a fantastic location in the Testaccio neighborhood. This neighborhood felt less touristy, while still being a close walk to the popular sites. We trained from FCO direct to Ostiense station and walked straight to the apartment (~15 minutes). Trastevere is a 10-15 minute walk and Historic Rome (Colosseum) was about 30 minutes. We used the bus station around the corner to easily get to city center. The food in the neighborhood was delicious and reasonably priced as well. The apartment itself was very clean and the AC worked really well (it was 90-100°F when in Rome). The hosts were VERY communicative and friendly throughout our stay. We would highly recommend!

Fantastic apartment in a great location

The apartment is brilliantly located for Trastevere and exploring Rome. It was very comfortable and the air con was a godsend as it was 38 degrees some days! The host was lovely and communicated really well. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this apartment

Hosts were great - very responsive and friendly. The place was clean and air conditioning worked great. The area was good, has lots of nice food options and is very close to transit to the more busy/popular areas. It was a great stay overall!

Logement à recommander

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement. Il est très bien situé (proche des restaurants, bus, gare..) permettant un accès facile aux sites touristiques. Nous avons même profité de la plage Capocotta grâce au train régional. La climatisation dans la chambre était très appréciable. Roberto nous a prodigué de nombreux conseils et il était très réactif. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur arrangement quant à l'heure d' arrivée. Merci.

Very nice experience in Roma

We spent a very nice week in Roma The appartment is located in a perfect area, not far from all the touristic sites but in a very typical and much quiter district. There is all you need very close (shops, restaurants, pizzerias, ...) and it's vivid but not noisy at night. Roberto was really very kind and helpfull with us. Thank you to both of you, Roberto and Loredana!

Nice apartment, great host

Apartment was clean and as described and like the photos. Nice neighborhood and check-in was super easy. Although we didn’t meet the host Roberto was very responsive and helpful, I can really recommend staying here.

Séjour agréable

Notre séjour à Rome s'est très bien passé. Nos hôtes ont été attentifs à notre bien-être. Leur appartement est idéalement placé dans la mesure où nous voulions être un peu à l'écart de la foule des lieux touristiques, et vivre avec les Italiens dans un lieu très sympathique, bien desservi également par les transports en commun afin de se rendre au coeur de Rome si nous le souhaitions. Je recommande vraiment cette location. Claire.

Perfetto !

Excellent accueil de Loredana et Roberto qui sont des hôtes charmants, disponibles, à l'écoute et très réactifs. L'appartement est situé dans un quartier de Rome très vivant et très bien desservi par les moyens de transport. Tous les commerces sont proches et le marché du Testaccio vaut le détour. L'appartement est conforme à la description et bien équipé. Bref tout est là pour passer un excellent séjour à Rome.

Excellent apartment

We have spent 4days and it has been pleasure. Loredana is always ready to help you. The apartment was super clean and it was really comfortable. In addition, it was near to the center or any bus stop. There are many supermarkets and restaurants next to the apartment. We will repeat for sure.
