Room was clean and roomy, we were farther away from the beach but that was desired as we had 2 kids with us. Pool area was lovely. The beach was beautiful and quiet Would stay here again!

The description nails it and the pictures are accurate. Thry have everything you need for the beach too! We really liked this quiet little spot and plan to return again and again.

NSB Getaway

This property is very well managed and a great place for a family based vacation. The unit is stocked with everything a person could need, ideal for a renter that is flying in and therefore limited on what they can bring for the trip.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Our family enjoyed our stay. The condo is absolutely lovely. Modern, clean and well equipped for fun at the pool and beach time. We loved the location; close to Flagler Ave, right on the beach and kids loved the pool. Kids went back and forth all day. We would definitely stay again!!

Perfect location for a quiet vacation

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!! Loved the location. Quiet spot close to many amazing restaurants and all the stores you need. The property manager was always super quick to respond during our booking process and during our stay which was greatly appreciated. The unit was equipped with all the things needed to enjoy a beach vacation.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

I can’t say enough good things about renting this unit. The room was extremely clean, and very beautifully decorated. The mattresses in all of the rooms were so comfortable! Our family had lots of space to spread out. The property was very family friendly, we loved how close the room is to the pool and the beach. We can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful stay

We were down with family for a wedding and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The condo was clean and beautiful, and just as described. We were delighted to find it fully stocked with everything needed for an extended stay, right down to the beach toys. The host was super easy to work with and quick to respond. Highly recommended

My wife and I stayed with our 3 kids 10, 8 and 5 and we absolutely loved the condo. Ground floor is very convenient as the pool and beach access are a short walk away. The host was very friendly and accommodating they had everything that we needed for the beach, including beach toys and boogie boards. I would highly recommend staying here while in New Smyrna area.

This is a tough one to write! A much needed vacation that was advertised as a 5 Star stay was everything but! This is NOT a 5 Star experience in ANY way! It was dirty, had bugs, a disgusting BBQ, mold on shower curtain to name a few issues. Communication was not welcomed after events were shared. Photos were offered … crickets. The refund given didn’t cover the food we lost and continuous concessions that we had to make or go home. Owner was out of the country. Sad actually! Our family made the best out of an unfortunate situation.

Fantastic stay!

Our family has stayed in new Smyrna beach for over 30 years. This was our first time back in 10 years. Schooner Point has many precious memories of our family and friends. The condo did not disappoint. The host was gracious with check in and check out times. We did not lack for one thing in the fully stocked condo. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back!.

Updated with style

This is the 3rd different condo we have rented at Schooner Point. All were nice, but this was definitely the best. Beautifully updated with modern finishes and a fabulous kitchen. It was well equipped with almost everything we needed for a great Thanksgiving weekend (bring your own turkey)!

Schooner Point Condo

I can't say enough about our stay! The condo is just beautiful in every way - the decor, the cleanliness, the location. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need, the sheets are nice and soft, the towels are of high quality. The beds are very comfortable. Kerry is great to communicate with - she responds very quickly if you reach out to her! The condo is just steps from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Thank You! We will definitely stay here again if we're in New Smyrna Beach!

I would stay again! (But don't tell too many people)

The home is well laid out with a modern and fun décor. The beds are very comfortable (memory foam pads). Its the 1st time I have not missed my own bed. The home is turnkey with lots of unexpected extras. The owner was very accommodating. Kerry let me shift my stay by a day with an early check-in and did not charge extra. We had the beach and pool to ourselves most of the time. My daughter was working from home and found the internet to be up to speed! This unit is a gem!!!!

Awesome Host!

Kerry was amazing. She is very quick to reply to concerns. The unit to stocked with almost everything you will need for the beach. I came prepared but if you aren’t she has you covered. We will rent Ruth unit again. The only downside is Brno had it listed as oceanfront. While it faces the ocean, you can’t see the ocean. I’m glad I rented it anyway.

Everything about this property was perfect! The location is great, just steps from the pool and beach. The condo was decorated beautifully and had all the comforts of home! Kerry was a great host and responded immediately to any questions! The perfect beach stay.
