Appartement dans le village

Grand appartement , 4 chambres ( une vraiment petite avec des lits superposés) 3 salles de douche, bien agréable quand tous veulent prendre leur douche au même moment Bien équipé en vaisselle Le seul point faible est le peu de luminosité , cela ne nous a pas trop gêné car nous étions partis toute la journée skier mais si le temps avait été maussade , cela aurait été difficile de rester à l intérieur une journée Bon contact avec les propriétaires

Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Proche des pistes (attention à la montée jusqu'au téléski !). Idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.

Week in St Martin

Functional and simple. Cabin room is small. Ground floor apartment and a bit like living in a cellar, but everything worked, and as a place for sleeping and breakfast it worked well.

Seul reproche sur la location est que la petite chambre avec les lits superposés est vraiment très petite . Le reste de l'appartement est vraiment bien et confortable. il y fait bon pour les soirées d'hiver . Un peu difficile d'aller jusqu'à la première remontée mécanique , qui n'est pas très loin mais il faut monter la côte avec les chaussures aux pieds et les skis à la mains. Village très agréables avec des commerçants charmants.

Mostly great.

Cons - the apartment is on the lower floor of the building and was obviously the stable part of the building resulting in the apartment being quite dark. There is no natural light in one bedroom or any of the toilets, shower rooms. - sharp knives that aren’t actually sharp. Simple solution, just take a couple of your own. - bad smell from the family shower. Disappears after use but returns. - wasn’t as well kept as one would expect for the price. Floors throughout could do with a good scrub - you’ll get dirty socks. - bedroom 4, with bunk beds is minuscule. Perfect for little people, not so great for 6ft teens. Pros - brilliant family space. The den with the tv is lovely. Nice, comfy sofas which is unusual for ski apartments. The dining area is also great. Lots of space to sit at the long table and lots of food prep space. - very comfy beds. Bedding (which costs extra) is a bit odd. No duvet covers, just sheets. - very warm. Heating on all the time and you can just adjust with valves. Lovely. - boot dryer which was fab. It is super noisy and comes on at midnight. Woke me up for the first two nights. Just asked the owner who said to switch off both green switches (there are two dryers worked individually) which turns off the fan but keeps it warm. - only a 5 min walk to the button lift - great communication with the hosts Village - it’s gorgeous. Proper alpine village. The button lift up to the main lift is a pain in the bum. Opens at 8.50 and the queue on our first morning was terrible. Get there early. go above it to get on the lift. The bottom half of the queue is uphill which is a nightmare on skies!! Definitely go to the fireworks on the Wednesday. It was really, really lovely. We had a great time in Saint Martin. The snow and pistes surrounding it are some of the best we’ve ever skied on. Would happily return.

Great location just 12 min walk to Gondola and 5 to shop.

Corrine was very fair to us we didn’t realise bedding and towels were extra and she helped us out. She paid the deposit quickly. The property is in good location in the beautiful St Martin. The property was good for 3 rooms but the bunk beds were very tight for adults in last room. Hot water plentiful and boot dryer was perfect for wet boots. Kitchen area was decent size and chill out area for lounge. WiFi always worked for 6 users at once. Merci beau coup. St Martin was amazing

Für Skiurlaub mit 8 Personen empfehlenswert

Erdgeschosswohnung. Gute Ausstattung. Zusätzlich: Fondue-Rechaud. Gasherd mit Elektrobackofen. Vorteilhaft für große Gruppe: Wohnzimmer erhöht und durch Holzgeländer optisch von Küche/Essbereich abgetrennt. Für Skifahrer: Am Gebäude abschließbarer Holzskischrank für 8 Paar Skier und Stöcke. Zu Fuß ca. 200m steil an Kirche und Mairie vorbei zu Tellerlift, von dort zur 8er-Gondel. Auto wurde nicht benötigt.

Très bien

L'appartement est spacieux, et calme. Bonne literie. La cuisine bien équipée. Le local à ski est pratique. Il y a possibilité de louer des draps ce qui est utile. Le village de Saint Martin est très mignon, et dispose de tous les commerces nécessaires. L'accès aux 3 vallées se fait sans problème (téléski puis télécabine). On était sans voiture et cela ne nous a pas posé de problème!

La location est conforme à la déscription et aux photos. L'espace commun est sympa et la cuisine permet de préparer facilement les repas. Le chalet est un peu loin de l'ESF mais les skieurs peuvent emprunter le tire fesses qui se trouve à quelques rues de là. Seuls bémols : une odeur désagréable dans les WC persistante malgré les nombreux nettoyages (mauvaise ventilation ?) et qui empêchait l'utilisation du placard de la chambre mitoyenne. toujours la sensation de laisser le logement plus propre qu'à notre arrivée (mais ça n'est pas spécifique à cette location). manque de luminosité (due à l'exposition). les voisins du chalet mitoyen qui laissaient leurs mégots sur le balcon de la chambre (très désagréable de trouver ça chaque matin !). Bien dans l'ensemble, je recommanderais cette location.
