Villa with large garden and splendid sea view. Parking space and free Wi-Fi

Splendid villa on 2 floors with an adjoining large terrace of about 25 square meters. with table and deckchair (as shown in the photo) with a wonderful sea view. The house is surrounded by a large and enchanting garden (see photos and read reviews) with olive, lemon and fruit trees. There is also a barbecue outside with wood available. It is ideal for those who want peace, silence, relaxation, total privacy. The distance from the beach, shops and restaurants is about 400 meters. The villa has a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds (see photo). There are 2 separate bathrooms with shower. It is provided: bed linen and towels, air conditioning in each room, washing machine, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, gas cooker, toaster, microwave, water boiler and coffee machines.
Important!! The rental price includes the free availability of internet line + Wi-Fi. Furthermore, considering that in Monterosso there is the impossibility of parking except for a fee (about 100 Euros per week!), a free parking space are available. Important: 1) no deposit / bailment is required for any damage because you must have respect not only for people but also for things! 2) I kind ask, at the time of booking, to avoid possibly leaving fractions of 3-4 days vacant between one period and another. 3) please note that a tourist tax is only due for the first 3 days of your stay. It amounts to € 3 per person to be paid in cash upon your arrival, for wich will be issued a receipt. Guests under the age of 12 are exempt. 4) It is suggested not to drink the water at home, even if it is usable for anything else. Bottles of mineral water as well as a few bottles of wine and various drinks will be made available. This will be my welcome. Thank you so much.

are far more gratifying than a five-star rating devoid of any expression of gratitude. Finally, after your departure, aside from the general mess, someone in your group had rearranged every object on the house's shelves to their own liking—behavior so unusual that it defies rational explanation.

Beautiful property - lovely gardens. True Italian style. Beds are very comfortable and 2 full bathrooms were an added bonus. Luigi is very charming and took time to show us everything. Lots of local information for tours and restaurants also available. We loved our time in Cinque Terre. Did a couple challenging hikes and managed to get to all 5 villages. Monterroso was definitely our favourite and Luigi’s home was a wonderful place to stay.

Luigi was always quick to respond to our many questions regarding the property and the area itself. He did not hesitate to accommodate our last minute arrival changes and made it his priority that we were comfortable for our week’s stay. The parking spot associated with the villa is a rare find in Cinque Terre! The location is both beach accessible and isolated/private in a very busy village.

We stayed in this villa for a week. We found the host, Luigi, to be a proper gentleman. He collected us from the train station and transported us and our luggage to the villa. The villa is as described. It sits in its own ground and is very private allowing us to sit outside and enjoy the stunning views. The villa had everything needed for a week's holiday, the wifi was good and all bedding and towels were included. Big thank you to Luigi and his wife for his hospitality.

Great views and a quiet spot for a Monterosso stay

A good spot for a stay in Monterosso with a nice terrace. Its a fairly steep 15 minute walk up from the town but that is what gives you the view. Luigi is a friendly host and stays in contact through your stay.

Beautiful and peaceful!!

The view of the ocean was stunning, the gardens were lush and peaceful and away from the crowds, but only a 8 min walk into town, we could cook and eat out easily. It also had parking! There is a winding staircase to the bedrooms but it was fine for us! Loved staying there and Luigi was a wonderful host!

We really enjoyed staying here in Monterosso. A short walk down to the beach or town from the house with its beautiful garden. Luigi was a fantastic host, making arrangements before we arrived and keeping in touch during our stay for information and advice. A great base for exploring the Cinque Terre with a magnificent view to wake up to every morning!

It is always wonderful to have guests who show their kindness right from the start. A sort of special empathy is immediately created as they find in me just as sincere, spontaneous kindness and availability. My greatest satisfaction? Having guests who appreciate this requirement and who can find every detail I have reported on the VRBO site fully compliant. A thank you expressed with all my heart and the hope of having you again as my most welcome guest in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Luigi's! The house is even bigger and nicer than on the photos, and the garden and patio are just incredible. You are just away from the business of the tourists, with a view down to the bay, but a 5 minute walk brings you down into the action. And Luigi was a wonderful host, incredibly charming and welcoming, treating us like family from the moment we met!

I like to always be kind and helpful to everyone. Sometimes there Is an immediate empathy with certain guests. With Cloe' and Eric, wonderfully kind, it happened. A mutual and increasingly pleasant friendship has therefore been created. At the end of their stay They left the house in such perfect order that it seemed as if they had never been at home. I conclude by saying: wonderful guests!!! I can only hope that you can still come in the future because you will always be very welcome guests.

A refuge of peace overlooking a tourist hotspot

What an absolute joy to stay in the home of such an amazing host. Luigi put his heart & soul into building this cozy, comfortable home with a lovely patio, garden, & views from most rooms. This is not a cold, sterile rental, this feels like being a guest in a dear friend’s home. Close to all that Monterosso has to offer, but far enough up the hill to be a place of peace, privacy & refuge. We will forever cherish our stay here and our wonderful host .

Reviews usually reflect the impressions received during the stay. Everyone rightly expresses their opinions. I receive many, even very nice ones. I believe that this time the words expressed by my very welcome guests reveal a special sensitivity. They perceived the particularity of my house, welcoming, comfortable. It was not born to be rented so it does not present itself in an aseptic way, that is, with the presence of things strictly indispensable to a rented house, but as a lived-in house. It did not want to welcome guests but Friends. I have maintained this characteristic because I have a natural predisposition to always welcome guests with particular kindness and availability, as if they were Friends. With some guests, a perfect and mutual empathy is immediately born. It has pleasantly happened with you. Money can be nice, but knowing that your guests were satisfied makes me much more gratified. I remember you with so much pleasure and satisfaction that it makes me want to offer you a future stay for free. I look forward to seeing you. Thank you for everything

Loved Luigi’s place!

Everything about Luigi‘s place in Monterosso was wonderful. The house itself is stunning, as is the property. We loved sitting outside at the table on the patio and enjoying the amazing view of the sea. The house itself is very comfortable and well appointed, you feel as though you’re in your own home but better! The proximity to Monterosso is also fantastic, we enjoyed walking down to the beach and over to the old part of town. We loved every minute of our stay, and hope to go back someday.

A place to recommend

The house has a perfect location about 700 meters walkingdistance from the beach. It's a calm area and the private parkingspace is a big bonus, it's almost a necessity traveling by car to Cinque Terre. The house is nice, the view beautiful and the garden amazing. If we were to return to Monterosso Al Mare we would for sure rent this house again.

Luigi is the perfect host, absolutely friendly and caring. He left us his wonderful house, which is just as beautiful as in the pictures, in Monterosso - by the way the most attractive of the Cinque Terre. We all have the opportunity to meet people, to get to know them, to dialogue with them. With some, an easy cordiality and sympathy are established. With Stefanie something more was created. An exciting empathy facilitated by being able to speak in Italian with her. Her face, her eyes always open to an engaging smile, certainly conveyed the best of her character. You were able to enjoy her stay in Monterosso, I undoubtedly enjoyed her composed and affable kindness. I sincerely wish her beautiful and enviable family their future return, certain that they will be welcomed with great pleasure. Thank you so much.

Beautiful villa and location

The house is located above the town of Monterosso al Mare and has a beautiful terrace and garden. The view over the valley and the sea is magnificent. It takes about 5-10 minutes walking downhill to the village. The beds are good and there is air conditioning and mosquito nets in the bedrooms and in the living room as well, which was very pleasant. From the villa you can easily visit the Cinque Terre. Luigi is a very pleasant host who likes to ensure that his guests have a good time in his house.

Beautiful Vill Retreat

We had such a fabulous stay this amazing villa! We enjoyed relaxing on the patio surrounded by the beautiful gardens and overlooking the sea. The villa felt like a secluded and relaxing retreat. We enjoyed walking up and down the trail along the stream to go to and from the beach. Retreating back to the villa at the end of the day was so comfortable. The inside of the house was clean, comfortable and decorated with charming personal touches. The kitchen was very well outfitted. We made coffee in the mornings and a couple of pasta meals that we enjoyed on the patio. Our host Luigi was very friendly and accomodating and made sure we new everthing we need to know about the villa. Bellissimo

Luigi was a wonderful host picking us up at the train station and bringing us back for our departure. He had water, juice and wine stocked in the kitchen for us. The lemon tree provided for fresh lemon water each day for our hikes. The property is a 7 minute walk to the town and 10 minutes to the train station on foot. Coming home you will work your legs a little 😊. Nothing like working off all that amazing food. We enjoyed coming home for a few cocktails before heading out to dinner. The view is wonderful as was the privacy and peacefulness. Grazie Luigi
