Loved the proximity to the beach. The amenities were spot on for us. The host checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed and everything was working.

Amazing

We stayed there for a short time but Manuel was very attentive, cordial and responsive while we were there. Place was clean and welcoming, has a store below the place and places to eat at a walking distan, we definitely stay there again!!

Great family place in Spain

The apartment was the prefect size for our family with two kids. Maguel was there to meet us and was quick to respond with any issues. He also gave us great advice to enjoying our stay in El Peutro de Santa Maria. There is a market and good restaurant right next to the enterancd to the apartments. The beach is also just a short walk away. You can see to ocean and Cádiz from the roof top access. The beach is amazing at sunset.

Lovely flat a minute from the sea

We stayed in this apartment for 10 days at the end of May. This was a great find. It is located in a very nice neighbourhood literally a one-minute walk from one of the best beaches in the area, with an excellent boardwalk along the shore. The building is very secure and quiet with a grocery store and decent restaurants a few metres away. Parking was always available right out front. The flat itself is quite large, with two bedrooms and a comfortable living room. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having a TV where we could watch Netflix and Amazon Prime in English if we wanted. Manuel, was very attentive and eager to provide excellent information about what sights not to miss in the area. He is a great host. We have no hesitation whatsoever about recommending this apartment for an excellent stay near Cádiz.

Unos dias fantasticos

Pasamos unos días estupendos en la casa de Manuel, el muy atento y pendiente a cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos y la casa cómoda y amplia, con todos los servicios a pie de puerto y sobre todo lo mejor la Playa a un cruce de calle, es un sitio estupendo para disfrutar se la playa y a la vez salir y conocer sitios. Très bon séjour chez Manuel

Appartement très bien placé, proche des commerces et d'une très belle plage de sable fin. Très bien equipé, rien a dire, nous avons passé un formidable séjour en famille. Manuel est tres sympathique et arrangeant. Je recommande vivement !

Apartamento bonito y cómodo en la tranquila urbanización de Las Redes. Todo muy limpio, trato muy atento por parte de Manuel y al lado de la Bahía de Cádiz, con acceso a la playa. Para ir a la zona centro del puerto se necesita un transporte o vehículo privado, pero tiene tanto línea de bus como servicio de taxi.

Vacaciones en familia

Buen apartamento en una ubicación excelente enfrente de la mejor playa del Pto. Sta. María. Manuel, muy atento y amable. Tanto el cómo su hija han sido magníficos anfitriones (Gracias!!!). El motivo de no dar al apto 5* es porque por la noche había bastante ruido provocado por otros vecinos (coincidió con un grupo de adolescentes) e impidió tener un mejor descanso.

Mini séjour balnéaire parfait (mais trop court...!)

Appartement très bien situé et bien équipé. Rien ne manque pour des vacances réussies. L'appartement est tout près de longues plages de sable fin très bien aménagées. L'appartement, bien que proche de commerces, restaurants, et de transports, est très calme. Le parking dans la rue est très accessible. Un grand merci à Manuel le propriétaire pour son bon accueil très attentionné. Nous lui sommes très reconnaissants pour sa gentillesse, sa réactivité, et sa disponibilité sans faille quand on a eu besoin de ses services qu'il a accomplis avec un grand dévouement. Location à recommander sans hésiter. C'est avec plaisir que nous y retournerions.

Fenomenal

Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia. Manuel (y su familia) siempre han sido muy atentos con nosotros y dispuestos a informarnos o ayudar con cualquier duda que hemos tenido. El apartamento no puede estar mejor situado, lo encontraréis impoluto al llegar y con todas las comodidades necesarias para cualquier persona (éramos una familia con un rango de edades entre 80 y 7 años). La climatización centralizada una bendición. La ubicación es genial no solo para disfrutar de la playa, sino para visitar maravillas cercanas como Cádiz, Sanlúcar o Jerez, todo a menos de media hora de distancia en coche, damos Fe. No solo lo recomendamos al 100%, sino que seguiríamos allí de no ser porque tenemos que volver a nuestra rutina diaria. Para repetir.
