It has the brightest spaces you could enjoy and is located in the old town of Cádiz, near the most important commercial areas of the city, restaurants of recognized value and the Open Shopping Center of Cádiz.



It has 3 bedrooms, the main one with a double bed of 150x190cm with a built-in bathroom, the second with a bed of 90x190cm and the third with two single beds of 90x190cm. It also has a spacious living room with kitchen. It also has a second bathroom with shower and hairdryer.



Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

Characterful apartment in heart of Cadiz

Spacious apartment close to all the sights, reasonably well equipped. A little cold in early February. Windows draughty even with shutters closed. Some more duvets at night perhaps and more towels. Some tea towels. Corkscrew was broken on arrival.

The apartment was in a great location to see everything in old Cádiz. The beds as mentioned in other reviews are uncomfortable. There is air conditioning but they are portable units venting out the window which really only cool the bedrooms. If your a light sleeper forget it as they are very loud and you cannot close the inner shutters to keep light out in the morning. The second bathroom has a very pungent smell which did not go away. We opened the window in there but did not help. We were not able to use the second bathroom due to the smell. The apartment has two doors to unlock, when you go through the first door the small hallways has a strong smell the best way to describe is like a cats little box that sat to long and has that pungent ammonia smell. The pictures do the place a lot better justice than how it actually is. The company was great to deal with but the place needs some work for the money they want for it.

Great location! Great price!

The apartment is in a great location in central Cadiz, not a long walk from just about anything, including the train station and ferry station. Management was very quick to respond to any questions or needs. Would come back again! Be advised though that Spanish hours are different than the US and the there were people on the streets and trash pick ups nightly until about 1 am. The bedrooms are on the street side and not particularly sound proof - so bring ear plugs or simply enjoy the Spanish night life! Also, know that the apartment is not stocked for a long stay, so you will need to buy supplies. They did bring us clean towels because it rained during most of our trip and the towels would not dry in a day. No central heat available in March and this March was pretty chilly and wet. Grocery store and resturants are near by - we loved the near by pastry shop for morning dulces and cafe con leche. Also, there is a great helado (ice cream) place around the corner as well. We stayed for 2 full weeks and love it all! Cadiz is a great spot to immerse yourself in the Spanish culture and to use as a base for day trips in Andulacia.

Great management and location, but in need of updates

The apartment has a lot of potential, but there is room for improvement. The Cadiz4Rentals staff were absolutely excellent, and the apartment was very clean and spacious. It is located in the central city with good access to the beach, tourist sites, shops, and so on. Affordable parking was less than a 10 minute walk away. The bathrooms were modern and in good shape, as were the kitchen appliances. However it was difficult to find a comfortable place to sit: the couch was tired and sagging, and the only armchairs were wicker. The double bed in the room with an ensuite was awful -- the foam mattress was uneven and worn. The other beds were in better condition. The kitchen was not well equipped: there were many pots and pans but at least half of these did not work on the induction cooktop. Basic items were lacking, such as a salad or mixing bowl The apartment is in a densely packed area and therefore there is a lot of street noise. Light sleepers beware, as things only settle down between 2AM and 8AM. This is an expected result of being in the middle of a busy city.

Posición inmejorable

Si quieres pasar unos días en Cádiz, aquí estás en pleno centro. La casa es amplia, luminosa y tiene dos baños. Igual habría que darle una vuelta al mobiliario. Los muebles son cada uno de su padre y de su madre. Las camas podrían ser un pelín más cómodas. Pero asumo que la casa costaría más con estas mejoras.

¡Una experiencia inmejorable!

Además de encontrarnos con un piso totalmente equipado y amueblado, nuevo, limpio y con excelente ubicación, la atención de todo el equipo de Cadiz4Rentals es un punto a destacar. Tuvimos dudas sobre las opciones de las que disponía la vivienda para calentar el piso y no sólo pasaron súper rápido por la vivienda para mejorar la instalación de la ventana en una de las habitaciones, sino también que se tomaron la iniciativa para arreglar un enchufe que tenía una placa suelta y, de esto, sólo nos enteramos, porque nos enviaron fotos por WhatsApp (por cierto, el equipo está pendiente de todo por este canal - ¡un autentico lujo!) con el resultado final de toda la visita. Enhorabuena por el equipazo que tenéis, en especial a Alex y Anabel, las personas que tuvimos la suerte de tener como nuestros "anfitriones" durante toda nuestra experiencia, desde el proceso para reservar el piso hasta el check-out en nuestra salida. Una mariquita enfadada que nos visitó una tarde en el balcón no se quedó ni 2 minutos en la mano de mi madre.

Estancia confortable

Nos gusto todo en general. Muy amplio para una familia, buenísima ubicación. La atención y el trato recibo de la agencia excelente. Si tenemos que ponerle algún pero es el aire acondicionado, no funciona y los aparatos que lo sustituyen son muy ruidosos y tienen que tener ventilación para fuera, con lo que hay que tener ventanas abiertas. Y poca insonorizada, se escucha bastante ruido de la calle.
