Ideal for a summer or winter stay, this house is ready for any season. With space for up to 6 people, ideal for families or groups of friends, it has all the amenities for a perfect stay. Fully equipped kitchen, garden with lemon tree and 2 outdoor dining areas, perfect to disconnect and feel at home. It also has work space in the dining room and rooms, for those who do remote working. Fully equipped with duvets and heating for the winter too. 8m walk to the beach in a safe neighborhood.

The house is in a privileged location, in the private neighborhood El Manantial, one of the best in the area, with family atmosphere and 24h security. Just 8m walk from the beach and with free parking in the same street of the house.
