'Corte Alipuna'は中庭を見下ろすドアの1つの糸飾りに現れた 'laus Deo 1592'という刻印で示されているように、1500年の終わりに元の芯に遡る「裁判所」の一部です。
この元の核には、レッチェの石（1787年）にバロック様式の入り口ができ、1階（1817年）にある貯蔵場所として使用された部屋「サピナ（suppinna）」が作られました。
Corte Alipunaには、2つのベッドルーム（合計5席）、バスルーム（シャワー付）、設備の整ったキッチン、リビングルーム、テレビルーム、3つの入り口があり、バロックの入り口を通って外部からアクセスできる「中庭」を見渡せます。
家具は2つの暖炉（ "focaliri"）と2つの古代の地下菜園の存在によって豊かになり、 "露出"しています。
後ろには、オレンジの木、マンダリン、レモンを使用した700平方メートルの広大な庭園（静かな庭園）の静かな場所で、温かいサレント（Salento）の太陽を浴びることができます。
したがって、「Corte Alipuna」は、リラックスした休暇を過ごしたい人にとって理想的な家であり、最も有名な観光地の喧騒から離れています。しかし、好都合な地理的位置によって、簡単にアクセスできます。

Beautiful garden

A beautiful old farmhouse with a wonderful garden. Unfortunately, the house is really not clean, dust everywhere, dirty and chipped dishes. The phone number of the owner on the VRBO site was a land line and not his cell so there was quite a mix-up, we couldn't reach him to get the keys. Luckily there was a good neighbor who helped .

Spacious historic property in quiet authentic town

Thoughtfully restored family property with original features in the historic centre of this small town. Many rooms and large garden. We stayed in July with temperatures at 30+ and the house was cool due to the beautiful high vaulted ceilings. There were also some fans provided if you needed them. Single bathroom and kitchen were clean and in keeping with the property. We cooked a few times and everything was at hand. You will need a car to stay here and we were able to park nearby. The coast was about 30 mins away and the beautiful city of Lecce even closer. Good road links just outside the town to the rest of the peninsula. The coastal town of Otranto to the south is beautiful, as is the coast road all the way to the tip of Italy and round to Gallipoli on the west coast. Ostuni to the north is also fantastic. The whole area is undeveloped compared to other parts of Italy and is renowned for its seafood and local produce and dishes. A few words of Italian will be useful, but everyone we met was welcoming and friendly. Pantaleo the property owner ( the property has been in his family for hundreds of years) is very friendly and helpful. We would recommend the house and location for exploring the area and experiencing real Italian life. The first weekend we arrived was the towns festival with a huge open air meal and music in the town square. This was celebrating the Greek heritage of the town and the local area.

Perfect stay for our holiday

We had such a great Holiday in Martignano. The house is very big with 10 rooms or so. The owner was waiting us while we arrived in the night and well informed us where to get good bicycles to travel to the beaches and places around. It was pleasure, thanks. Can only recommend.

Bellissima casa, molto grande con uno splendido giardino. Ci fosse stato un secondo bagno era tranquillamente da dividere in 2 famiglie. Solo da curare di più la pulizia in cucina, alcuni particolari ed eliminare le troppe formiche. Comunque top!

C'est notre 3eme séjour dans cette très belle maison. Elle est située dans un village paisible offrant toutes les commodités. Mr Volpe a su créer de très belles ambiances dans chacune des nombreuses pièces composant cette belle demeure. Parfait pour découvrir cette belle région.

la proprietà è affascinante ,pulizia gestione dei locali ottima ...il paese con i suoi abitanti è carino ,ma non pensate di trovare vita notturna, alle spiagge più belle si arriva in 20 minuti e in 30 sei a gallipoli...unico miglioramento..forse l'aria condizionata..

Une très belle maison traditionnelle de la Grèce Salentine.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié le confort de cette maison traditionnelle au coeur du village de Matrignano. Sa situation géographique est parfaite pour alterner la plage et les visites des principales villes du Salento (Lecce, Otrante, Gallipoli, Tarente, voir Ostuni). La maison est très spacieuse, elle est parfaite pour un couple avec des enfants. La petit jardin avec les oliviers et les mandariniers est très plaisant. Le village en été est très festif, les personnes, le voisinage sont très plaisants. Monsieur Volpe, le propriétaire est très charmant, disponible sans être omniprésent. La proximité d'un office du tourisme près de la maison est très un plus pour prendre toutes les informations. Ce village bénéficie de toutes les commodités (pharmacie, épicerie, etc...). Bravissima... e Grazie...

Immense demeure typique

Le propriétaire est très gentil. La maison est très grande. Il n'y a que 2 chambres mais de nombreuses pièces, très grandes. La décoration est assez old school, typique de la région je suppose, je ne m'y connais pas assez. Nous avons eu chaud en ce début août, c'est le seul reproche. Le jardin aussi est grand, la terrasse permet de manger dehors, ce qui est agréable. Le village possèdetout ce qu'il faut, et est très bien situé pour rayonner. Lecce est seulement à une quinzaine de minutes, il y a un hypermarché à 10min, la plage de Sable Foca où l'on peut se garer gratuitement est à 20'.

Vaste et authentique

Au coeur d'un village typique animé par ses fêtes annuelles, cette maison possède un charme unique. Ses grandes et nombreuses pièces voûtées (11 au total !) et son grand jardin planté de citronniers offrent sérénité, fraicheur et calme, si ce n'est la rumeur du village comme la cloche de l'église rythmant la journée. C'est la troisième fois que nous y retournons, appréciant l'écart des vagues de touristes du littoral, et l'ambiance du village où les habitants saluent "les français" avec malice. Situé à une quinzaine de km de la mer, proche de Lecce, d'Otranto et de Maglie, c'est un point de chute idéal pour être au calme après les escapades. Dans le village allez chez Luigi goûter ses fameux pasticiotti, ou dégustez un cappuccino pas cher, verre d'eau minérale compris ! Pendant ce séjour, vous aurez l'impression de faire partie des privilégiés qui ont vécus dans ces murs depuis... 1592. À recommander sans réserve.

Bijzondere oude woning met grote tuin op centrale plek in Salento.

Verwacht geen luxe maar alles is er en de bedden zijn goed. Het plaatsje Martignano is klein maar het Calimera, 2 km, is prima plaatsje! Goede uitvalbasis om de omgeving te bekijken.

Très belles maison au calme et bien située

La maison est parfaite pour des personnes souhaitant visiter le Salento et profiter de la mer tout en étant au calme. La maison est vraiment très belle et grande et tout le nécessaire est présent. Nous avons pu cuisiner sans problème et également dehors pour faire des barbecues. A deux minutes à pied de la superette, du café et des autres commerces. Pas loin de l'autoroute ou des routes secondaires, on rejoint rapidement la mer Ionienne et la mer Adriatique, de Lecce, Otranto et Gallipoli. A recommander les yeux fermés et très bonne communication avec Pantaleo Volpe.

parfait et conforme.

Très bon sejour dans la grande maison de Pantalone. Nous avons apprécié le calme du lieu, le calme du village, la gentillesse des habitants . La maison est dans le centre. Nous recommandons le seul restaurant du village.
