この3ベッドルームバケーションレンタルは4レベルに広がっており、2,400平方フィート以上の広さがあります。 一番下の階には、黒い電気器具のあるオープンフロアプランのキッチン、大きなウォークインパントリー、4つのバースツール、そして美しいカウンタ���トップ、洗濯室にはたくさんのフック、キャビネット、棚、そしてみん���の備品を収納するための小物があります。 2段目の階段を上ると、8人掛け用の大きなテーブル、フルバスルーム、2脚の椅子と小さなテーブルのあるデッキがあるダイニングルームがあります。 濡れたバーの上にミニ冷蔵庫、流し台、たくさんの収納用キャビネット、2つのバースツー��、ワイングラスラックを置い��はいけません。

Condo was exactly as pictured and was a great location. It accommodated our family of 4 perfectly. We did have issues controlling the thermostats - one room was very hot when we arrived and we couldn't get the hot air to turn off at first. They seemed to be controlled by an app that we did not have. We also had issues with the coffee pots - which was mentioned in previous reviews. Neither one worked great and one leaked all over the counter. One of the bedrooms also had mildew on the shower liner, so that should definitely be replaced. Overall it was good, but there could be a few improvements to make it great.

I’m sorry about the thermostat trouble — we’ll have maintenance inspect the units, ensure they’re working properly without needing an app, and update the house manual with clear instructions. I appreciate you flagging the coffee pots; we’ll replace or repair them (and address the leaking unit) after seeing this recurring issue. The property was clean and in a great location. However, the included coffee pot on the counter. leaked when we made coffee, so we went to Walmart and bought a new Mr. Coffee. When checking out, I told the young man about the issue and we left it on the counter. His reply was “thank you”. We had no other issues and the property is quite and has great views.

Great stay in steamboat

Property as advertised, perhaps a bit nicer than the pictures show. Location is good, just know it’s a bit of a walk uphill if you’re not taking the shuttle from the resort base. Ski-out is pretty easy. Would stay here again, especially with a few friends.

It’s always great when a property exceeds expectations! Sounds like the location was convenient with the ski-out access, even if the walk uphill could be a bit of a workout. Great Ski Condo

My family had a great stay. The property was great. Close enough to walk to the slopes. Very clean and comfortable. Very spacious. Lots of closet space and ski storage for the 6 of us.

Awesome townhouse

Property was perfect size and great location! I would definitely stay there again. Great views from the balcony. Walkable to a few places. Highly recommend for a large group. Keyless entry and remote check in are the only thing it’s missing.

4th of July in Steamboat

Spent 4 days at this great property with our adult "kids". Well appointed , light and welcoming condo with enough bathrooms and bedrooms for each to have their own space. Great location for restaurants and walked to the 4th of July drone show event! Would highly recommend!

Great condo! Lots of space and very clean. I would recommend more pillows and a few more fans as it was hot. I only wish we got to spend more time in it. Would stay here again in without hesitation.

La Casa Condo

If you are looking for a condo with a lot of space this is the one for you! There were 4 different levels so it seemed even larger than it was. The unit was very clean and everything was in good working order. Also there were balconies from almost every room. The kitchen was very spacious with a large pantry and laundry room. And the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, everything you would need. The beds were all very comfortable and each one had its own bathroom. Getting to the lift was a fairly short walk across the street of about 200 yards. There were 2 nice hot tubs about 200 feet from the unit. Parking was directly outside the unit which made loading and unloading a breeze. It was probably the best condo we have stayed in on our ski trips! We would definitely come back!

Perfect place for the six of us!!

The view is amazing! The family room has a Sonos sound system for a cool movie experience. We fit 2 to each bedroom comfortably. The beds were comfortable and because of that, i was not sore from the bed to snowboard which is a huge deal! The kitchen was fully stocked and has everything we need. Even with 3 bedrooms there are even 4 full bathrooms which came in handy. Laundry room has space for shoes and snowboards. Everyone who came with me all have rave reviews on this place. It was only a 3-minute walk to slopes access. Easy check in at the main building Easy checkout only requiring to run dishwasher and take out the trash by the spa area right above the secured parking. This made for priceless memories for all my family, especially the ones who don’t ski or snowboard. They can still have a great time in steamboat! And staying at this place made everyone feel right at home with plenty of space for everyone to be very comfortable and each to their own peaceful pace. Thank you very much and i am hopeful we can stay here again next year

Steamboat Vacation

Unbelievable!!! The hospitality from the Retreatia folks was off the charts! And...The unit was fantastic. I visited for a week with my youngest daughter and my two sons (Wife and eldest daughter do not ski or board). The unit was in impeccable condition, and was decorated just to my taste (lots of antique and western paraphernalia while maintaining a modern look). The unit was well stocked with kitchen ware, paper towels, etc. One of the nicest surprises is how close we were to the slopes - 75 yd level walk, and we were strapping on boards! Short run right to the Gondola ski lift. We also got off the slope at the same point when we were done in the afternoon. A five minute walk will put you right in the middle of Gondola square. The unit was very spacious and well laid out. The only constructive comment that I have is concerning the second bedroom with bunks. I am sure that the consideration was given to sleeping as many folks as possible, but the "bunk room" was a little tight. My two boys stayed in this room and struggled finding enough storage area for their supplies. Still, this is a very small issue. The units in LaCosa do not have a shuttle service, but depend on the city bus route. This was fine as the buses always showed up promptly every 10 minutes. The ride home (from town) could get a little lengthy depending on how many stops were requested, but our longest ride home was only about 20-25 minutes. I plan to bring my wife back during the summer months, and will request the same unit through Retreatia. Great location and a good value. Thank you David, for sharing your home!!

Location was good, hot tubs are nice. Unit is also nice and spacious. Master bedroom bed (king) is very soft and uncomfortable.

Wonderful location for our family of 6 adults with easy access to ski slopes, dining and shopping. It snowed while we were in Steamboat Springs and this location was the perfect place to stay to enjoy a true family ski vacation.

Disappointing

Arrived during snow storm. Beds had one thin blanket and sheet. Was told owner did not want to clean blankets and comforters after each occupant...due to Covid.....ridiculous!! Two doors did not latch or lock...was told they would send someone...never did for 4 days. Difficult to leave and enjoy yourself with doors open. Good location. Nice employees...but no help!

Amazing property for lots of kids or two families!! Can’t wait to go back this winter!!

We loved this property!! Sooooo much storage! Soooo many bathrooms and showers for lots of people! Huge living area with a fun little bar! Decks everywhere! Gorgeous views. I loooved the kitchen area! We can’t wait to go back in the winter

Great condo but not ski in/ski out

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of space for a large family or two. Location is good but IT IS NOT SKI IN / SKI OUT. There is a walk to get to the mountain. It is not long but more than is suggested in the posting. Unit 24 (this one) is the last unit in La Casa and the longest distance to the mountain. Retretia was a little difficult to deal with and did not go out of their way to make us feel at home. This condo was great but the management left us thinking about staying somewhere else next year.

Great place to come back to after hiking and playing at Steam Boat Springs.

Loved all of the bathrooms off of each room. Well, equipped with everything we needed. Thank you for the fans in each room- we needed it with no air conditioning. Only improvement would be to make sure the floors are vacuumed, they did not look like they had been when we arrived. It also would have been nice to have a pancake griddle for breakfasts and a couple of more fans to cool things off. Great place to stay! We really enjoyed our visit! Thanks!
