Tre Vie apARTment - Short Lets

Large two-room apartments (60 sqm), located on the 1st floor of an old independent building completely renovated, full of elegant details, tastefully furnished, air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort.

It consists of: a large living room with equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a double bed; a large bedroom with a double bed and with the possibility of adding an extra bed; a refined bathroom with shower.

The two-room apartment is equipped with air conditioning, 32 "Android TV with free Netflix streaming, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and wireless internet connection. The cost includes electricity, water and gas, bed linen and towels. bathroom, wireless internet connection. The apartment has balconies and is ideal for families or groups of up to 5 people.

In the surroundings there are several shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the famous fish market of Catania.

The rental apartments are managed in a non-business form, without offering centralized services and granted with a real estate lease contract for tourist purposes pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 2, letter c, L.431 / 98.

You can park your car in a private garage, not managed by us, about 350 meters from the apartment for an additional daily fee.

Mandatory tourist tax of EUR 3 per person for the first 4 nights.

Great location

The location was great, just down the street from city center and all the restaurants. You can walk each night to dinner. About an hour driving distance from Mt. Etna and the excursion was worth it. Very good stay would recommend.

Prima plekje voor een paar nachten

In het centrum van Catania met alle monumenten en goede restaurants op loopafstand. Parkeren voor een paar euro voor de deur en zeer vriendelijke eigenaren. Verder was alles er wat je wilt. Een goede keuken, fijne douche en een primabed. Betere eetkamerstoelen zou onze tip zijn, maar je kan tot laat op een terras hangen, dus wie zit er thuis?Simpelweg een prima uitvalbasis om Catania te ontdekken.

Geräumige, stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in einem historischen Gebäude mit beeindruckenden Gewölbedecken im ersten Stock. Gut ausgestattete Kleinküche, angenehmes kleines Bad. Solide Haus- und Wohnungstüren, französische Fenster zur autofreien Seitenstraße. Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber mit gutenTipps für den Ferienaufenthalt. In der Umgebung kann man gut und günstig essen und einkaufen. Spaziergänge zu Domplatz, Fischmarkt und vielen tollen Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten. Bahn und Busse für Ausflüge z.B. nach Taormina oder Syrakus ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Stadt Catania hat Charme! Uns hat die Reise Spaß gemacht.

Apartamento muy bien situado para visitar Catania, ciudad muy interesante, y que requiere de dos o tres días. Cerca de Taormina, Siracusa y el Etna. Apartamento bien equipado, limpio y con todo lo necesario. Propietarios muy amables. Muy recomendable.

I didn’t have any interaction with the owners but I really didn’t need it. Come and go as you please in a street with no cars and in Catania that is saying something . A short walk to the center of town an excellent stay

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Catane. L'appartement est agréable, bien situé et bien agencé. Le garage est très appréciable lorsqu'on a un véhicule ! A noter que c'est un peu juste au niveau de l'espace pour 5 personnes, mieux pour 4 je pense. Très bon accueil.

Excellent apartment in the center of catania

Very nice apartment in the city centre, near all the main sceneries and near taormina and syraceuse. The apartment is clean and very well equipped. If you have a car make sure to rent the garage as well. The owner is very friendly. I would recommend this to everybody.

A quelques minutes du marché au poisson et du centre historique, bel appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de raffinement. Accueil très sympathique, chaleureux et attentionné du propriétaire qui parle français. Giovanni laisse également à disposition de ses hôtes sa très belle terrasse sur les toits. Un bellissimo comodo. E. Spazioso appartamento che, per di più, era veramente ben attrezzato - non ci è mancato niente. Giovanni è stato gentilissimo e premuroso. Essendo non- fumatori, l'unica cosa che ci ha dato molto fastidio era il forte odore di fumo in tutto l'appartamento che era impregnato nella tappezzeria . Nonostante ciò, abbiamo passato tre bellissimi giorni a Catania perchè l'appartamento era comodissimo e a due passi dal centro e il duomo.

Appartement au top et propriétaire ultra sympathique ! très bien placé proche du centre historique, la visite de Catane se fait à pied. J'ai adoré cette ville, son marché, les arancini un délice...tout est bon et tout est beau en Sicile. On reviendra !!

Great stay in Catania

I recently stayed (4 days) with my family, in the "Tre Vie 3Vie Apartment", in the heart of Catania and we had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and well kept, with very nice furniture and artistic paintings; all positioned with good taste. All expected services: bed-sheets, towels and wifi were provided with care. A very comfortable stay on all fronts. The location is also centrally positioned, so that most of the main attractions in town, are only walking distance. Last but not least, the owners, Giovanni & Salvo were fantastic hosts; very friendly, available and full of good tips. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment in the heart of the city

We loved our stay at Tre Vie. The apartment is very attractive and spotlessly clean. It is well located, within walking distance of all the historic sites in the Old City. There are two grocery shops close by and many restaurants. We arrived by car and Giovanni graciously let us use his garage as there is virtually no parking on the street. Giovanni was one of the best, if not the best, reason we loved the apartment. Before we arrived he quickly and patiently answered all my email questions and concerns. Once we were at the apartment Giovanni guided us on places to see, different types of restaurants and even called taxis for us and made tour reservations. Our vacation in Catania would not have been as wonderful without Giovanni and Tre Vie.

Bel appartement, central et calme

Appartement très agréable et décoré avec goût. Idéalement situé il permet de visiter Catane sans voiture. les propriétaires nous ont été d'une grande aide (adresses, idées de visite, restaurants....) Ils nous ont donné l'adresse d'un site pour la visite de l'Etna de manière à réserver depuis la France cette visite incontournable. Bref nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, nous étions 2 couples. merci encore à nos hôtes !

Piacevole appartamento centro città

Un bel appartamento, soppratutto il pavimento di piastrelle è molto bello! A ben piaciuto l'area conditionata con il calore di 35 gradi fine Settembre! Grazie, Giovanni per l'accoglienza tanto simpatica. A piede siete in qualche minuto nel centro di Catania. Una buona scelta.

Séjour convivial en famille.

Très bon séjour dans un hébergement très spacieux et confortable, lors de notre semaine, nous avons pu nous ressourcer en famille. Le calme et la tranquillité sont les maîtres mots, ceci n’exclus pas les multiples activités possibles à moins d'une heure du gîte (Parc d'attraction, Mont Saint Michel, Zoo,....) Nous le conseillons à tout le monde sauf aux amoureux du bruits et de la pollution ;-)

a home away from home

The city of Catania is well worth a visit and a stay in this flat makes sightseeing and travelling around very easy. It takes 5 minutes to the plaza del Doumo, 20 minutes longer when you pay a visit to the fish market, 2 hours longer when you test everything the market offers, 3 hours longer when you visit the market and afterwards have coffee and brioche in one of the many bars. After a six minute walk you can see the Etna. 20 minutes to the central station, 10 minutes to the bus station. Near the flat you find everything you need when staying in a holiday home: restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, shops to buy underwear and everything else you have forgotten at home. The flat itself is also very nice, elegantly furnished, well equipped and very clean. A big plus is the roof terrace which is very romantic but during our stay in April it was too cold to have dinner there. Giovanni, our host, was extremely helpful even late in the evening. We can really recommend the flat at Giovanni's, just the kitchen is a little small and does not provide enough equipment for 4 people but at the end of the day this only means that you have to do the dishes more often. Having done this just stand on the balcony and watch Catania's street life.
