We came to Tennessee with my family and my son's family and his dog. I brought my two very small dogs and everybody loved this place. I was afraid that because they accepted pets that it would smell like urine but it did not. They have taken very good care of the property. I rented a cage for the dog so I didn't have to drive with mine and it was there when I arrived at the condo. I also rented a pack and play and it was there at the condo when I arrived.

Great condo

Excellent property, enjoyed our stay

The property was nice and very close to everything that we wanted to do. It was also nice that Eden Crest gave us a free ticket to do many places. Check in and out was super easy.

Good property. Not clean - mold in toilets, dirty floors. 11 people 5 nights, 2 extra rolls TP; 2 pods foe dishwasher. Grass not cut , pool not open ( they did open early). Had to call police because management no help

Condo for family-awesome!

There was plenty beds and bath towels. It was very clean and had 3 full bathrooms which was very nice. Mattress in all the beds that we used-needs replaced soon. Location was great and kitchen was well equipped. Washer and dryer was a plus.

Beautiful!

This condo was very clean and well kept! It was also the perfect location for if you want to go to Dollywood as the exit is right across the street! The only negative is that you can hear your neighbors but that is to be expected when staying in a public space. Overall great experience!

Big Family Weekend

We came up for 4 days with our family, our in-laws, and our small dogs. 6 adults and 2 kids. The condo had plenty of space for every one. There were grassy areas to walk the dogs. Plenty of parking. Could hear the neighbors but not excessively. It is almost right across from Dollywood and very convenient to the Island. We will definitely stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Linens were provided for the beds, we just didn't know where they were until all 25 kids were IN bed and some sleeping on top of covers. Disappointed that the pool was closed.

Weekend Vacation

The location and check in process is very good. In the rooms you can hear everything being said above and beside from the neighbors plus when above would walk around. Headboard to one bed was not connected and flooring needs deep cleaned. Cable tv in one room was not working.

Nice getaway for family gathering

Good location and was very clean. No can opener. Single level was nice to be able to visit. TV was definitely not smart. We wanted to watch Netflix during resting/snack time, but were unable to due to the tv having no option to log in to any streaming service. Could have used a couple more towels. Was difficult to reach the host. Other than that, we enjoyed it.

Family made it good

There is not enough parking for all the condos. The master bed was broken (reported). The dishwasher racks were both broken. The guests upstairs were so noisy with kids running, yelling, and scraping chairs across the floor into the night, it made it unpleasant and annoying. Property management was told about damages and apologized, and sent someone to look at them, but did not do anything while we were there.

Great for a big group

We had the max number of people who could fit in the condo and we had plenty of space! The layout is great for each smaller family having a private space and even their own bathroom! We stayed here because we had plans to go to Dollywood- it’s super close! There is a steep hill to drive up but the accessibility is just fine for people who have injuries or knee issues. We had a few people with various mobility issues and they were able to get in and out of the condo just fine. Be aware that you will hear noise through the walls especially in the bedroom with the bunk beds. You will also hear the people walking upstairs. We knew this before we stayed having read the reviews. So, it wasn’t a surprise. If you have a noisemaker it should help. I do sleep with one and it worked okay for me. There is a gas station and fast food option fairly close, but really the shopping areas aren’t far. It was a great place for our family!

Perfect place close to town

Perfect place in town but just off the main strip. Easy to get to. Not bad of a road, a little curvy but wide enough for 2 cars. Building 13 is up a steep drive though. Not ideal but doable. The inside is very spacious. Plenty of sleeping areas for a party of 12. The bunks don’t have ladders so it’s a little more challenging to climb the end of bed. The top bunks are right on the ceiling literally and there’s only 1 vent in that room and no door to close it off. Even though the vent is in the ceiling, heat rises and the kids couldn’t sleep up there. Too small of a garbage can outside for a big group. We had it overflowing several times and had to take some to the dumpster (but didn’t realize we could call manager to have it done). The pool was too cool to use due to the temperatures. The hot tub was just outside the front door and when you got in it , it would overflow onto the porch and seep under the door. We had a mess several times.

Our Family Vacation

The check-in process went really smooth. We were able to get in right away. The condo was very clean and nice. This condo was advertised with a pool. The pool was not available the whole time we were there. It was very cloudy and we were not allowed to swim in it. The maintenance man had told us they knew about this for two weeks before our stay. We were never contacted to let us know this. My two autistic grandsons came on vacation with us, and we really looked forward to them being able to be occupied in the pool. The Internet never worked, and we were told that it came with working Internet which was not true. We could never get the Internet to work. It also advertises that there's a fire pit and also a volleyball net but that is a drive away I contacted the people that were taking care of the condo and was told they would let the owners know. The owners never contacted us. We were asking to have a refund for some of the stay because the false advertisement of the pool and the Internet. I feel we should get a discount on our trip since two of the things that were advertised were not available. Had we have known that there wasn't an available pool the whole stay, and there wasn't Internet available. We never would've chose this condo. It was very hard keeping my two grandsons occupied without the pool that was advertised. I don't think it's right that the owners never contacted us and that we never got a refund of any kind.

Good but not great

Perfect accommodations so that everyone has their own space and privacy. But lacking in some important areas. King bed was broken and very difficult to sleep in as I could easily roll out on one side. The room that was on the shared wall with the neighbors…children next door were very easily heard. We could even see the light of their room come around the edges of the adjoining room door. Also, customer service was severely lacking when calling about our check in. Check in isn’t until 4pm but we were coming into town for a wedding that began at 5pm. I called the day before to find out if I could pay extra to have the cleaners clean our unit first or even pay for an entire night and rent it a day earlier. They just told me to call when we got into town and see if it was ready. When I called at 3pm, the operator was like, “Yeah, it’s not ready and you can’t access the unit until 4pm.” I explained my phone call the day earlier and the operator could have cared less about my situation. I had to go straight to the wedding venue and get dressed in a bathroom. I just don’t see why we couldn’t have paid a little extra to have the cleaners in our unit first the next day. Or, if they knew they couldn’t let me in before 4pm, they should have just told me the day before rather than give me false hope. Later, we called to get the name of the Wi-Fi network as they had sent us a password but we didn’t know which network. Customer service had no idea which network.

We had everything we needed. We were informed on our way that the hot tub didn’t work and offered a different chalet in which we declined. We didn’t have time for the hot tub anyway so not a big deal. Maintenance was awesome!!!! The refrigerator had an issue when we got there but maintenance came right over explained all of it and took care of it. The oven didn’t heat up as it should have but was fixed the next morning. These seem like big issues but honestly we were out and about every day all day so were not a big deal for us. Bedrooms were large. The only issue we had was the side bedroom with bunk room attached. It was right next to the unit next to us and you could hear everything. We had two kids in the bunk room and one night they had difficulty falling asleep. Luckily for us, they were only there two nights. Overall, had a pretty good stay.

Great location

The location was GREAT!!!! The only thing we would have changed was being more “private” the upstairs guests sounded like they were rearranging furniture all thru the night. And just really noisy, nothing to do with the rental, those thing just happen. Bu the thing I was mainly annoyed with, the amount of money we paid for our stay, we had to provide trash bags and paper towels and stuff like that, with 14 people staying in the same place, two trash bags were NOT going to cut it! But otherwise the stay was amazing!
