This condo was just right for a weekend stay with a large group. The property manager was easy to reach and quick to respond when we had a need.

Location was great! Cabin was clean. Only problem was parking - not enough parking area for the number of cabins. Will definitely consider booking these condos again but choosing a different condo that had more parking spaces.

sweet condo in the mountains

Me and my children recently stayed in these condos and had an amazing time. The proximity to all the local attractions was definitely worth it!

Good experience but still some concerns

Everything was over good. Couch cushions were not comfortable, but we were not there much to be concerned with that. Washer and dryer are shared with next door so not able to use them a couple of times. Upstairs people running and moving dining chairs is very noisy.

Very nice place.

Very nice and clean cabin. Excellent help from the office when needed. Only have one lil complaint and that is the pool was dirty and the paint was peeling on the bottom of the pool.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay so much. We rented the fire pit one night and had a nice dinner with all the families. Very fun. The boys enjoying playing basketball and kickball. The condo was clean and spacious. We really had a great time.

Clean

The condo overall was good. My only issues were not having enough towels and bed sheets for our entire party. They were delivered the next day, which meant no sheets for a bed the first night. Seems like they should have taken care of that for us that first night.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time the cabin was just what we needed. The only thing I had was the pool it did not have light in it except a security light when we went to swim about 7:30 and no light outside but our stay was great the staff was friendly and helpful we do plan on staying again at the next Youth Conference.

Nice stay

We stayed just one night stop from Myrtle Beach back to Troy mo. Entry into the condo was nice and easy. The condo was very nice just a few things I would recommend that needs to be taken care of was the dishwasher was out of order but it didn't bother us us since we only stayed the one night. That master bath drains was very slow in draining and the couches needs to be replaced cushions sank when you sat on them and had to use both mattresses for the pull out. Other than was very nice. I also think we should have a map of the property on where everything is so we could enjoy the amenities on the property never did find the pool. But saying this we would stay here again. Thanks

Great Vacation Property

Nice. Clean. Short distance from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Plenty of beds, however, if privacy is important, then the 2 main bedrooms may not want to be shared. This may be a deciding factor since there are 5 beds located in each bedroom. Since there were only 5 people in our party, this was not a factor. Management responded promptly to address concerns when contacted. Overall, great experience! Would stay again and recommend!

Updating Needed

Property needs updating. Very old and worn out furniture. Chair had seat cushion torn. Couch did not have padding on arm rest and you sink down due to no support. Refrigerator had rust down front and kitchen sink faucet leaked.

It's the little things

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we as a group were happy with our stay. However, there seemed be be difficulty in obtaining code to the activity center. We received a code to the center the day after we requested, but not the code to deactivate the alarm. Thus, we set off the alarm and it took a while to get the alarm off. The other issue was we were not able to check in at 4 as our condo was not cleaned and ready for us. Other than that, we were satisfied with our stay. It was clean, roomy, the location was nice and the condo was well appointed.

The condo was huge, plenty of room to enjoy.

First off I rented this property because of the online pictures of the bunk beds suitable for a joint family of 13. 2 days prior to my arrival the bunks were switched out for regular beds which made our stay difficult. This was totally unacceptable. They trained with me by stating that they would provide me with 3 rollaway beds. Well to my surprise, when I arrived 3 air mattresses were left in the condo instead of the rollaway beds. I call the answering and was told they had already issued out the rollaway beds. I was livid! So please don't be fooled by the online pictures. We still had a great time@

Dollywood Friends Trip

Absolutely love the location of this property as it’s minutes from Dollywood! The condo is spacious and plenty of room for 12 people! The outside had a lot of spider webs and dust but overall the inside was clean.
