A great stay! The property is a funky, 2 story cottage with a great view of the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked. The property is immaculately clean. The cottage is just off the freeway making all of Santa Barbara easily accessible. Highly recommended

Great visit

We had a great visit. The location is very convenient in Summerland, with close proximity to Santa Barbara and Carpinteria. The home was quaint and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked. We would stay there again.

Easy and comfortable getaway spot

We enjoyed our time here, the house has everything you need in terms of basics and our stay was comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze. Nothing fancy and no frills, but clean and quaint and very reasonably priced as a result.Should note that it is not truly a stand-alone place, as the back patio area is shared with a separate, but connected unit.

Summerland is a fun town & this property is in a great location. We were visiting family living in Santa Barbara and it was close & easy to get there. The house is cozy & welcoming on the inside…... just realize, as stated, you are sharing the outdoor area and laundry facilities with others.

Weekend getaway

Great location everything is so close restaurants,coffee shops and you can walk to the beach in five minutes also have all the amenities that we where looking for, Definitely will stay in this cottage again.

Great location-walk to beach and restaurants

Great setting, comfortable space and beds. Clean. Easy check in and departure. Good WiFi. Beautiful views and easy walk to town and the beach. Only thing to note is road noise from Hwy 101, but it’s unavoidable in Summerland, it seems. Location is great. Easy access to Santa Barbara, Montecito. So much to do in the area. We had a great visit!

Great Place

We stayed at this place for 2 nights and it was perfect for us. Amazing location right near town and walk to Summerland beach took us 5 minutes. Very close to downtown Santa Barbara and adorable setup inside. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely pet friendly place in a fantastic location! We walked to the neighborhood beach every day!

Delighted to return

We spent a few days here on an earlier trip and knew right away that we wanted to come back. The cottage has a wonderful view of the ocean and is a comfortable place to read, cook, and relax. Everything is very clean, and the beds are comfortable. Our daughter was sorry to leave at the end of our stay.
