Friendly host and perfect location

Stayed 4 days and enjoyed every minute. Close to boat cruise docks and 2 minutes on foot to Ortigia. Property includes use of a courtyard where we ate our breakfast everyday.

Perfect in every way

Alessandra and her husband were warm, hospitable and gracious. We felt at home among friends from the first minute. The location perfect. The apartment tastefully appointed with everything one would want. Felt so lucky to start my Sicilian visit here. magical.

We were given a very warm welcome by Alessandra, who even came back early from work to let us in before the official time of entry. The apartment is ideally located for visiting not just Ortigia, but the rest of Siracusa and outside the city, and it had everything we needed for an excellent stay. Thank you!

Well situated property, at the doorstep of Ortigia, near all sites, attractions, beaches, and terrific restaurants. Could not be a better location. Quiet at night...no street or traffic noise. 1 bed up, 1 down, were comfortable. We realised immediately rhat neith bwd was large or lobg enough for 2 tall persons, so took 1 each, and slept perfectly well. The kitchen is well outfitted and the owners are lovely. Friendly, approachable, helpful, kind. Great stay!!! Many kind thanks...

Quel superbe séjour et que de gentillesse.

Quel merveilleux séjour à Siracusa. Retraité, j'ai séjourné 52 jours dans l'appartement proposé par Alessandra et Renato. Un accueil des plus chaleureux et durant toute cette période ils ont été aux petits soins. Je n'oublierai pas la gentillesse de mes hôtes tout comme celle des Siciliens. L'appartement loué, très fonctionnel et très propre est idéalement situé puisqu'il suffit de traverser le pont situé à deux pas de l'immeuble pour être sur l'île d'Ortigia la Siracusa historique. Merci encore Alessandra et Renato pour votre gentillesse et vos si beaux sourires. Je ne vous oublierai pas. Bernard

con mia moglie e due bimbi abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana in questo appartamento ed e’ stata una bellissima esperienza. E’ situato in una posizione startegica per raggiungere le spiagge più belle del litorale siracusano e a pochi passi da Ortigia. Un ringraziamento particolare alla signora Alessandra e a suo marito per la disponibilità e l’attenzione che ci hanno rivolto per agevolare il nostro soggiorno. Consigliato!!

Ich habe die zweieinhalb Wochen Aufenthalt in Alessandra Titos Wohnung sehr genossen. Freundliche, warmherzige Aufnahme - schön geschnittene, überraschend großzügig wirkende Maisonette-Wohnung - solide, gut durchdachte Ausstattung für die Selbstversorgung - und eine ideale Lage direkt am Übergang in die Altstadt Ortigia.

Come a casa propria!

Ho scelto questa abitazione per i miei genitori, per una vacanza ad agosto. Sono tornati più che entusiasti! La casa è in un'ottima posizione, esattamente alle porte di ortigia, al di fuori della zona Ztl, che potrebbe rappresentare un problema per il parcheggio e il transito dell'auto. La casa è provvista di ogni comfort (aria condizionata, stoviglie, asciugacapelli, biancheria da letto e da bagno). La cosa che più ha lasciato entusiasti i miei è stata l'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria, che ha saputo guidarli, consigliarli per tutti gli spostamenti , dandogli qualche dritta anche su dove mangiare bene. Non posso che ritenermi estremamente soddisfatta!!!

Très bien !!

L'appartement est idéalement placé, à moins de 10min de la gare routière et aux pieds des ponts menant à l'île. Il est vraiment bien équipé et très propre: beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisines, des condiments, un sèche cheveux, parasol, draps et serviettes très propres etc. Alessandra et son mari sont très gentils, ils peuvent vous donner de nombreux conseils pour le tourisme. Concernant les points négatifs évoqués dans d'autres commentaire, rien de bien horrible. En effet la terrasse n'est pas privative, mais nous nous en sommes servi sans problème. Le soir il y a quelques odeurs venant du restaurant en bas, mais étant donné qu'il y a la climatisation dans l'appartement les fenêtres restent fermées donc ce n'est pas gênant.

a gem location for visiting Siracusa, Sicily

We felt part of the neighbourhood during our week in Siracusa, Sicily. An affordable clean, secure and comfortable small apartment which is two minutes from the harbour- close to tours, beautiful sights and great people watching. Four minutes from a daily fresh local market and surrounded by ancient ruins and tons of charm. We were there a week and easily could have spent a month exploring and with day trips. We were two but it accommodates 4. It has all you need to cook and clean including dishwasher. We loved our charming hosts Alessandra and Renato - they were very helpful for local knowledge and directions. We will be back!

Belle vacanze a Siracusa !

Comme toujours, merveilleuses vacances à Syracuse! Tout y est parfait: l'accueil d'Alessandra et Renato, la situation de l'appartement, les belles promenades dans Ortygia, et le soleil toujours présent, sans parler du bonheur de profiter des fruits et légumes délicieux du marché quotidien .... Bel appartement bien situé.

Bel appartement, très bien situé, tranquille, très bien décoré et très propre. La propriétaire est extrêmement gentille et nous a fourni une foule d'informations utiles sur la ville et la région. Les seuls petits bémols sont les suivants: l'appartement est annoncé comme ayant une terrasse, cependant celle-ci n'est pas adjacente à l'appartement et donne sur la cour intérieure. Vous aurez une vue sur les appartements adjacents, et eux sur vous. Le restaurant situé au rez de chaussée ne cause pas trop de bruits, mais il y souvent des odeurs de fritures. EN fermant les fenêtres et en utilisant la climatisation nous avons pu éviter les odeurs. En somme nous avons beaucoup aimé l'appartement.

La posizione dell’alloggio è eccellente. Non nelle strette stradine di Ortigio, ma allo stesso tempo ad un passo da esse. Anche i rumori esterni sono quasi assenti, con qualche eccezione dal vicino ristorante, ma nel complesso sembra di essere “fuori stagione”. Spazioso e ben disposto, su due piani, dalle abili mani dei proprietari. È presente quel che occorre, a partire dall’indispensabile aria condizionata (anche per chi non ne è un fanatico). Se mancasse qualcosa… basta chiedere. Proprietari deliziosi, desiderosi di trasmettere grande cordialità e tutte le informazioni sulla zona, anzi sull’intera regione, visto “quanto ne sanno”. Ben più di quanto è possibile reperire dalle info turistiche. ci siamo sentiti come in famiglia. Davvero gentili e amichevoli. Da consigliare! Excellent location of the flat! Not in the narrow and messy roads of Ortigia, but so close to them to make you feel you’re in. Very quiet building. The flat is very comfortable, unless you’re on a wheelchair”, disposed over 2 floors. Almost everything you need is present, but if if isn’t, just ask ant it will be. Lovely owners, who live next door, really expert of the whole region, they gave us much more info than tourist information offices and made us feel as we were at home!

Una vacanza indimenticabile

La casa non solo rispecchia la descrizione dell'annuncio, ma è di gran lunga migliore: l'appartamento è curato nei particolari, è molto accogliente, romantico... Perfetto per una coppia! Gli spazi sono molto ampi e l'abitazione è dotata di tutto (stoviglie, asciugamani, lenzuola, aria condizionata e chi più ne ha più ne metta). La posizione è strategica: permette di raggiungere Ortigia a piedi in un paio di minuti e, nonostante si trovi al centro della città, la zona è tranquillissima ed è anche facile trovare parcheggio gratuitamente. Per chi è amante del mare, è possibile raggiungere spiagge bellissime in pochi minuti, se muniti di auto. A rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più bello è stata l'accoglienza e l'immensa simpatia di Alessandra e Renato: due persone davvero squisite che ci hanno dato tantissime dritte e suggerimenti su cosa vedere, dove mangiare, ristoranti, spiagge, e tutto ciò che la bellissima città di Siracusa e dintorni offrono (altro che guida turistica!!!). Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa e di una cosa siamo certi: ritorneremo :)))!!! Martina e Roberto

Accueil toujours aussi ex...

Accueil toujours aussi exceptionnel de la part d'Alessandra et Renato. Quelle gentillesse ! Appartement confortable,très bien situé, aux portes d'Ortigia, ce qui permet d'assister aux nombreuses manifestations sans prendre le véhicule. Mais parking facile tout près. Merveilleuses vacances en Sicile, tant de choses à voir !!! On reviendra !
