Great location

Nice house, great location facing the water. House is older, so with it comes some "charm". Host is very attentive to amenities and any issues.

Great view, relaxing stay

Our family, ranging in age from 3 to 80, had a great, week-long stay. The view was amazing, the yard was great for the kids and the grownups, and the house was well-supplied and very comfortable for our party of 10. The owner was always helpful and responsive. We will be going back next year!

Great stay

Drorit is a great host. We’ve stayed here 4 times and have enjoyed Drorit’s hospitality and wonderful home every time. The view is spectacular. We look forward to returning next year.

Great vacation

This was our third stay at this home and we look forward to our 4th stay. The house was clean and well stocked. The owner is very hospitable. The location is fantastic with 180 degree views of the lake.

Wonderful stay on the lake

Our family gathered for a week together and had a wonderful time. Drorit's place is better then described. We enjoyed the area and just sitting on the lawn and enjoying the view. We had our puppies with us and everything worked out wonderfully. Took paddle boards, kayaks and bikes and used them all. If you're considering, book it and you'll be happy. Wonderful host who was available and helpful if needed

Great time

This was our 5th stay at this home. As always Drorit hospitality was 5 stars. A major storm passed through that caused outside damage. Drorit and Dave responded quickly and cleaned up the debris. As always the views from this home are priceless.

Good time

Spring Lake 2023

Had a great time at this Spring Lake Property. There was always a beautiful view of the lake. The property was very clean, and quite spacious for our family. It was also very well furnished with regard to whatever we needed in the kitchen as we cooked or barbecued 5 of the 7 nights we were there.

Perfect View

This our family’s 3rd year here. We love the location and we love the LR where we can all be together in the evening to play games, visit or watch TV. But what we love the most is the spectacular view! Thanks Drorit for a wonderful week!

Great location on Spring Lake across from the Yacht Club. We enjoyed watching the sailboats and Bald Eagles as they swooped down and caught fish. The check-in process was easy and efficient. Parking is adequate for 4 cars. Communication with owner was excellent. We had a special request and we worked with the owner for a solution that was mutually agreeable.. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment. Grill and firepit in excellent condition. Lots of board games available, of which we made good use. I would rent this property again and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Our stay on Spring Lake was wonderful. The acommodations were clean and comfortable with enough indoor and outdoor seating for the 8 of us. The kitchen was well-equipped and stocked for our use, along with different coffee makers. We were relieved to find that the deck fencing had a gate, which made us feel safer concerning the one toddler that stayed with us. Sitting next to the lake under the giant tree was a favorite spot for us.

Wonderful house and location

There were 9 of us staying here from 4 different states and we all said it was one of the best vacations ever. The house is very clean, well set up and has everything you could possibly need. The linens were great and the kitchen was well equipped. There was a fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating. Being right on the lake was incredible—gorgeous views and a wonderful breeze. We rented a pontoon from Grand Haven Marina and docked it at the house. We all said we’d love to come back. Truly exceeded our expectations.

Perfect Place for Us

Our adult children and two young grand children stayed a week at this wonderful VRBO. Its 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths fit our family just right. Although the home was originally built 100 years ago, it is in great shape. The large living/dining room overlooks Spring Lake and it was fun to watch the boats go by. Coffee on the deck in the morning was peaceful and quiet. In addition, the owner was extremely helpful when we forgot to pack an item. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope I have a chance to come back again.

The best!

My family and I stay in spring lake/grand haven area every fourth for a week. We’ve been going for many years and stayed at many different houses. With that being said you can’t go wrong with this house. It was charming and by far had the best space for our family as far as rooms and square footage. It was the CLEANEST place by a mile! They actually use your cleaning money to clean! I used to be a housekeeper and I couldn’t find one thing they missed! The locations and views are everything though. You can jump right from the yard into the lake the water is clear and was comfortable we all swam and had an amazing time! Drorit was easy to communicate with and very hospitable and friendly. Thanks for everything!

Spring Lake FABULOUS!

Our group consisted of 3 adults & 2 children ages 6 & 7. The home is lovely and extremely well appointed & stocked. Lots of outdoor space on both a beautiful deck & lawn area. Fabulous location. A very short walk to the town of Spring Lake. Also a short walk to a great children’s playground. The lake is beautiful & the viewing of the sunrise & sunset is awesome. This property manager was very considerate & was sure to reach out in case we needed anything. A short summary doesn’t do it justice.

Wonderful spring lake home

Such attentive and flexible hostess! The home was clean and totally as described. Bigger than the pictures look and although the lake is high right now, there were no water problems in the house. The property is very well stocked with everything you need to cook for a large group. We rented a pontoon from grand haven boat rental and parked it right out front. Was a fabulous week! Lovely fire pit and large deck with a great view of the lake. Comfy beds, plenty of blankets and soap and shampoo and conditioner in all the showers! Amazing stay!

Peace and beauty on the lake!

What a wonderful week at Drorit’s home! Everything was well appointed and the home is lovely! The view of the lake never gets old!!! The home has the best place to run and jump in the water. My 11 year old daughter caught about 30 fish while there! The kitchen is very easy to cook in with everything you would need. We watched every sunset with a glass of wine on the back dock, and enjoyed our coffee in the morning as the lake was waking up. We rented a boat for the week and had it docked at the home so we could go anytime. Highly recommend if you like to boat. Definitely have breakfast one day at Village Bakery and lunch at Pronto Pups in Grand Haven! We loved this home so much we rented the same week for 2022 before we even left:-) Perfection!!!

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty

We arrived late from a very long day of travel from the west coast. We arrived to hair the showers and toilets, food and grease all over the stove top and literally hundreds of dead bugs in the window sills. It was disgusting. At first the owner was apologetic but then turned when her cleaning lady told her she had done a very thorough job. Only after I sent pictures and threatened a bad VRBO review did she have another cleaning lady come to the house to clean. Unfortunately, the tone of the vacation had been set. The house in general is very old and run down. It has not been maintained properly. It also is directly adjacent to a public dock where people fish, smoke, play music and basically hang out all day into the late evening. Finally, traveling from the west coast, my children had been waking up late towards the 10am hour. 10am is the time that we needed to be out per the contract but I asked the owner if we could stay until 11am based on my kids waking up late. You would think that after all of the trouble, 1 hour would not be a problem, especially considering you can't check into the house until 4pm, but the owner said no. I was honestly shocked but woke my kids up early and was out by 10am. I will say that the Lake, the yard and the deck are very nice. It is nice to be able to rent a boat and dock it at your rental, but there are other rentals on Spring Lake and I would never go back to this house based on the cleanliness and the way we were treated by the owner.

Gorgeous View

We really enjoyed our stay at your house! The house was big enough for 9 of us to stay and sleep comfortably. We had a gorgeous view of Spring Lake! The kids loved the yard and adults loved the deck. There was so much room for everyone in the living and dining areas and outside. The house was very close to Grand Haven and all the activities we wanted to do. Great location!

We had a great time! House is in excellent location! Within walking distance to many restaurants and 1 block from running trail. House was stocked very well with everything we needed. Backyard was awesome and views of lake were incredible. House is on busy part of lake with no boat lift so dock can get a little rough with waves when lake is busy. We did figure out a way to rig boat though so it was ok. Outside of house has been updated from the pics on website and was nicer than expected. Inside could use a few updates to furniture and beds but the house was very clean overall and had lots of space for our family. I would stay here again!

My husband and I were born in a big crowded city where most people live in apartment complexes. We dreamed to live on the water, and luckily found this gorgeous home on Spring Lake. We hope to live there in our retirement. In the meantime, we love sharing our house and enjoy renting it to our beautiful guests who come from all over the midwest to enjoy family reunions.

This spot has the nicest view of the Lake. You have close to 180 degrees of water view. It has everything you need to relax and enjoy! Large upstairs bedrooms, three bathrooms, large dining overlooking the water, and huge deck with chairs overlooking the lake. Watching the sailboat races is even fun!
The house has a boat slip for large boats.
Boat launches are available at Mill Point Park a few blocks away.
At the other end of the block is the bike path which can be taken around Spring Lake with an easy access to Grand Haven State Park.
