1st Floor Condo with Private Balcony

1st floor walk-up condo beautifully decorated in sandy neutrals! Private balcony with limited ocean views. Fully equipped kitchen, including Granite Counter Tops, a full-size microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and small wine bar stocked with essentials. Now offering both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig that brews with K-Cups or ground coffee using the included reusable filter—perfect for every coffee preference! Beautiful tile flooring throughout!

*PLEASE NOTE: The Sea Cabins community will be undergoing scheduled roof and HVAC stand replacements from October 20th, 2025 through Spring 2026, with work taking place in phases by building. Each building will be closed to guests during its scheduled work period, so you can rest assured that construction will not occur in the building you are staying in. Minimal noise or disruption is expected, and we appreciate your understanding as these important community improvements are completed.

Very clean, beach is almost at your doorstep! Furnishings very welcoming, kitchen fully furnished. Had everyting we needed. Will definitely look for open dates for this condo to visit again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were thrilled to return to the Sea Cabins at the Isle of Palms for a relaxing beach getaway. Other than the heat wave, it was fabulous; however, with one years past, we have brought more than one car, and were able to park in the Sea Cabins parking lot. This year, we were not allowed to do that. My daughter, who is orthopaedically impaired, had to pay daily parking of $33/day, and then $36 on the Saturday before we were to leave ( an expense that was not necessary). Needless to say, because of that, we may not be returning to Sea Cabins in the future. I heard that other people staying at the Sea Cabins have the same problem. This is something that needs to be accommodated for future renters during their vacation time...

Overall pretty good. Good for 2 people.Overall the unit needs a little updating . Main room rug pretty dirty. Only 2 teaspoons in the cutlery drawer.Not any good place to put luggage. Putting it on the bunk beds is not very convenient. Overall the complex is showing it's age. Beach access and location great.

Reviewer Comments: Clean, safe, comfortable and a great location right across the parking lot from the ocean!Only things that were not ideal - the bedroom the bed was in was directly under the window and the window coverings did not allow complete coverage of light and I was worried people walking by would be able to see in through the blinds a bit. It was very bright and a little hard to sleep. And to the care takers, the curtains had clearly sat on the light bulb of the lamp at some point and looked like they had almost caught fire, so you may want to watch that! There was a bug burn Mark on the curtain when I first closed it!Also a better marked sign for exit and entrance to the parking lot would be helpful!

Condo was just what we were looking for, right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the sunrise was a plus.

Perfect Spot!

Great place. Clean and comfortable and literally steps from the pool, beach, restaurants and shopping. Came for a graduation and it was the perfect location for home base. Would definitely come back!

Convenient and Cozy

This Sea Cabin's proximity to the beach saved us on an unexpectedly cold Memorial Day weekend! We were thankful to be so close to the beach, that we could come and go without fuss when it got too windy or cold. This unit had an "older" beach place feel, but had everything we needed. One drawback was that the airflow at night was minimal, so we could've used a box fan or something. Would love to see a smart TV upgrade when we returned, as the weather was tricker than we planned for and we watched a good bit. All in all, a great cozy spot right on the beach, we'd love to return at a warmer time to enjoy all the amenities!

Great location

We have stayed here multiple times while visiting family in Mt. Pleasant and love this location. We love just walking a few steps to the beach and having the pool as another option. I would suggest making the tv a little more user friendly and upgrading the coffee maker. We would stay here again!

Isle of Palms is a perfect location to vacation! And this place was so nice! The beach was beautiful and the pool was great.
