Great family holiday

We had an incredible family holiday at this holiday home in Sardinia last week! The house was absolutely beautiful, well equipped well and all the amenities we could ask for. The grounds were amazing, offering a tranquil and picturesque environment that made our stay even more special. Paolo, our host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the property was perfect. This home truly helped every one of us to be happy and relaxed. Overall, it was a remarkable experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful family getaway! A car is needed to get around Sardinia especially to the amazing beaches with crystal clear water that were close by.

Wonderful

First of all I want to say that the host is very nice and understanding. The location is in waking distance of a beach. The property is very clean with 2 bathrooms. Clean towel and sheets. Lots of games provided for the kids.Definitly will be back next year.

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement dans la pinède, la proximité de la plage accessible à pied et les nombreux équipements du jardin et de la terrasse (douche extérieure, hamacs, baby-foot...). Paolo est un hote charmant et attentionné.

Casa ideale per famiglie e amici con ampio spazio esterno

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana a fine giugno insieme ad una famiglia di amici, in totale 4 adulti, 2 adolescenti e 2 bambini. La casa è immersa in una tranquilla e ampia pineta disseminata di villette molto distanziate, gode di molta privacy e in linea d’aria è a poca distanza dal mare (5/10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, che però non è un granché). Dista pochi km da Pula, il centro più vicino e cittadina piuttosto fornita, compresi qualche negozietto, ristoranti e locali per un giretto serale. La posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere le più belle spiagge della zona, una meglio dell’altra! L’auto è necessaria. La casa è dotata di ogni confort, ha un giardino (un po’ selvaggio) molto ampio, nonostante le due auto parcheggiate, con amaca, tavolini, doccia esterna, barbecue ed un ampio patio meraviglioso per le serate e per mangiare fuori. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Gli arredi sono un po’ datati, un po’ di rinnovo ci starebbe bene, ma non manca niente, lavatrice e lavastoviglie comprese. Il Wi-Fi c’era ma non funzionava (si agganciava alla rete ma non caricava). Noi abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana, super consigliato!

Nice house for big(ger) families

The house was as described and had plenty of room for us (2 grown ups, 3 kids). It was not too far from the beach and in very calm surroundings. A car is definetly needed for shopping and to visit other beaches in the area. The nearest beach was stony but Chia and other sandy locations can be reached by car in 20 minutes. Communication with the owners of the house was easy and direct, we had no problems finding the house. We had a very nice holiday and can recommend the house especially for families or a group of friends.

Séjour 2 familles avec enfants

Excellent séjour dans la maison de Paulo. Les contacts avant et a l'arrivée ont été excellents, Paulo très disponible et serviable. La maison est conforme à l'annonce, très bien équipée, avec un jardin très agréable. Seul regret: la plage accessible à pied n'était pas idéale pour la baignade et les enfants ( algues ++, petits rochers, rapidement profonde). Cependant de très nombreuses plages superbes sont facilement accessibles en voiture. La ville de Pula toute proche est très sympa.

Sehr angenehmes, sauberes Haus

Der nächste Strand ist im Oktober nicht mehr so sauber und hergerichtet, aber da wunderschöne Strände (Chia) mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar sind, ist das kein Problem. Sehr zuvorkommender, netter Vermieter, alles hat wunderbar geklappt!

DE BELLES VACANCES

Nous avons passé de belles vacances dans la pinède à quelques pas de la mer. La location est conforme au descriptif. Fonctionnelle, très propre, agréable, vaisselles conséquentes et équipements ménagers parfaits. Un beau jardin avec plusieurs terrasses pour y déjeuner. Nous avons séjourné en octobre et la météo est encore très agréable. Le propriétaire est très serviable, agréable et de bons conseils. Il est même venu nous chercher à l'aéroport pour nous emmener à la location. Je recommande vivement cette location qui doit être également très agréable en été puisque dans la pinède. Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir (2 Familien mit 4 Erwachsene + 4 Kindern) haben uns in dem Haus am Ende einer ruhigen Ferienhaussiedlung sehr wohl gefühlt. Pula und die Strände und Buchten der Umgebung (u.a. Chia und Nora) sind wunderschön, dazu kommen die Berge, die zum Wandern einladen. Allerdings ist ein Auto hier dringend notwendig. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Magnifica vacanza!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa dal 5 al 19 luglio 2015. Eravamo 4 adulti e 5 bambini (anzi, ad un certo punto della vacanza eravamo 5 adulti e 5 bambini!) e ci siamo stati tutti comodamente! La casa è molto confortevole e super accessoriata! I bambini avevano ampi spazi all'aperto per poter giocare in tutta sicurezza. A pochissimi minuti di auto eravamo su spiagge paradisiache! Paolo, il proprietario, è una persona squisita e molto disponibile! Insomma una vacanza da 10 e lode!!!!

une belle adresse

On ne peut que recommander cette location. La déco de la maison est simple mais l'ensemble est chaleureux. Le jardin, la terrasse, superbe et très utile même au mois d'octobre. Il faut dire que nous avons eu un temps merveilleux, et que nous avons à la fois pu profiter pleinement des magnifiques plages aux alentours et de la montagne dans l'arrière pays. A voir impérativement : le site de Nora, et, même si c'est un peu loin, les dunes et la plage de Piscinas. Sinon, pour les pizzas, ne pas hésiter à aller dans les villages un peu moins touristiques à l'intérieur de l'ile. Les meilleures (et les moins chères ) nous les avons dégusté à Siliqua. A faire également : se régaler des glaces maison en face le magnifique Hotel Villamadau au coeur de Pula. Dernière chose importante, l'accueil de Paolo était plus que parfait et heureusement qu'il nous a conduit de l'aéroport de Cagliari jusqu'à la maison de Pula car à 1h du mat, sans connaitre, nous ne l'aurions jamais trouvée.

Our stay in Villa Santa M...

Our stay in Villa Santa Margherita di Pula was absolutely great! The house is beautiful, decorated in true Italian style, the sea is close and pretty wild (almost no people in June), the farmers' supermarket (cooperative Terra e Sole) with local vegetables, cheeses and wines very close (1km). Paolo and his papa were really kind and helpful in every situation. Thank you for the fantastic holidays!

"La casa è inserita in un buon contesto di ville indipendenti nella Pineta ,molto silenzioza tranquillissima e molto comoda per il mare." La casa e` ampia e molto confortevole. Le Canape davanti e di dietro sono quanto basta per mangiare comodamente in 8 o più persone. Il mare dista poco più di 50 metri in linea d `aria I proprietari Stefania e Paolo sono molto cortesi, simpatici e disponibili. Per quanto riguarda il mare ....siete nei caraibi nel mediterraneo!"

"Maison de vacances chaleureuse et équipée correctement pour notre groupe de 2 familles de 4 adultes et 5 enfants (nous n''avons pas constaté les soucis matériels évoqués précédemment qui ont du être résolus). Situation idéale : 3 km de Pula pour les courses et profiter de l''accueil sarde, plage de Santa Margherita accessible à pied, superbes plages de Chia et Terrueda à proximité, site archéologique de Nora. Mention très spéciale pour l''accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité à tout moment des propriétaires Paolo et Stéfania. Adresse à retenir!"

"La maison est globalement agréable à vivre de par son environnement : belle pinède que l''on traverse à pied pour accéder à la plage la plus proche. En voiture, on accède rapidement (15 minutes) aux plages paradisiaques de Chia ou Tuerreda. Le logement est propre, mais l''équipement est vraiment limite : manque de vaisselle, 3 petites tables mises bout à bout dehors pour pouvoir manger à 8, les SDB très peu pratiques (porte de douche cassée, filet d''eau insuffisant et 2ème douche très difficile à déclencher, impossible pour des enfants). Du coup, nous étions obligés d''utiliser la douche extérieure. La partie pelouse du jardin était quasi inutilisable, tellement elle était trempée par l''arrosage automatique très fréquent. Location bien située pour visiter Cagliari (à 40 min) et le village de Pula est très agréable et vivant le soir avec un concert quotidien sur la place. Accueil extrêmement sympathique et chaleureux de Stefania et Paolo et des Sardes en général."

Stefania et Paolo sont vraiment des propriétaires très accueillants, chaleureux, disponibles à rendre le moindre service. Leur maison est spacieuse (nous étions 9 adultes), très bien équipée, calme et le jardin très reposant. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

"Lage / Umgebung: Das Haus liegt in einem Ferienhausgebiet im Pinienwald mit nahegelegenem Zugang zum Meer und einem wunderschönen Weg an der Küste entlang. Es liegt am Ende eines Weges und daher ist dort keinerlei Durchgangsverkehr. Ausstattung / Sauberkeit: Die Ausstattung ist gut und für ein Ferienhaus bemerkenswert solide (Heizung, Möbel, Geschirr etc.) sowie geschmackvoll arrangiert. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, ebenso der Garten, richtig zum wohlfühlen. Es sind auch einige Spielsachen für Kinder vor Ort. Wir hatten in der Nachsaison eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Die Vermieter Stefania und Paolo sind sehr herzliche Menschen, die mit Tips und Hilfe zu einem schönen Urlaub beitragen. Sie haben uns darüber hinaus auch noch mit Rat und Tat beigestanden, als uns am Abreisetag eine unvorhergesehene Reparatur am Auto in die Quere kam. Wir waren sehr froh darüber und sagen nochmals: Danke!!"

"Siamo stati in questa casa a partire da metà agosto per 3 settimane e per le prime 2, grazie alla disponibilità dei proprietari abbiamo anche superato il numero di 10 persone indicato nella scheda, senza particolari scomodità. La casa è molto confortevole ed uno dei suoi punti di forza è la posizione: all''interno di una pineta, in un tranquillo contesto di villette, a pochi passi dal mare su strade sterrate, senza traffico. Grazie all''ampio giardino, i nostri bambini (dagli 1 ai 7 anni) sono stati liberi di giocare sempre all''aria aperta, e hanno anche potuto esplorare la zona in bicicletta senza alcun pericolo. La spiaggia vicina a casa è molto bella; forse non così spettacolare come le più celebri spiagge di Chia raggiungibili in 10 - 15 minuti di macchina, ma con un vantaggio rispetto ad esse, per me impagabile: anche in pieno agosto non sono mai state affollate. Consiglio la casa a chiunque cerchi una vacanza di relax, in un bellissimo contesto naturale non ancora rovinato dall''industria del turismo. "

"Io e la mia familia abbiamo trascorso tre settimane in questa casa e ci siamo trovati benissimo specialmente per lo spazio esterno avendo 4 bambini.I propietari Paolo e Stefania sono gentilissimi e pieni di premure per qualsiasi problema.La spiaggia piu'' vicina 300-400 metri non e'' il massimo non per il mare ma per la spiaggia in se stessa poco curata(alghe in primis).Comunque con la macchina (indispensabile) in 5 massimo 15 minuti si raggiungono le piu'' belle spiaggie del litorale...CHIA- TUERREDA -ecc. ecc. La casa dista solo 3 km. dal centro di Pula molto animato alla sera con negozi musica in piazza e ristoranti e pub."

"Nous sommes enchantés par notre premier séjour en Sardaigne. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants (et viennent à l'aéroport!). Paolo et Stéfania nous ont donné de bons conseils, ont été très disponibles. La maison est vraiment super. Très bien équipée, spacieuse, décorée avec goût, très propre. Le jardin clos est très agréable, les enfants en ont beaucoup profité. Et la plage est à 200m à pied. Le cadre est superbe, au milieu d'une pinède. On recommande sans hésiter.
