Location is fantastic, very central and close to the metro station. Lots of great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment is a good size with big bedrooms a good kitchen and great sitting/dining room. Even though the streets outside were very busy at the weekends, the soundproofing is excellent and we couldn't hear any noise in the apartment.

The location was great, but we had problems with the electrify and never heard back from the host. The woman running the building didn't speak English so we were really hoping to talk to the host.

This two bedroom apartment was extremely comfortable. Nice sized bathrooms and individual showers in each of the two bathrooms. Very well stocked kitchen and a nice outside patio.

Perfect location and lots of space. Loved the outside patio. Spent many hours sitting outside enjoying the sun and listening to music from nearby facilities. The place was spotless and very comfy beds.The only thing that I saw that needs updated is the coffee pot. It was stained and looked very very old and used. Luckily we brought instant coffee from home and heated water with the electric kettle.

The entire apartment was lovely. Air conditioning worked GREAT. We loved the apartment and found the location perfect. Two blocks to the Plaza Del Sol, every place is walking distance including the metro, Prado, Thyssen Art museum, and the Royal Palace of Madrid. The Taxi drop off is less than a 1/2 block away. The outside patio was a great place to snap those sunrise and sunset photos. Quiet, relaxing and refreshing this is the place to stay.

Excellent location in Puerta del Sol made walking to all of historic Madrid easy and convenient. Check in was smooth. The terrace is a wonderful escape and the apartment was quiet and cool at night. Washer/dryer was simple to use. Big refrigerator. Would stay again.

The apartment is very spacious with excellent location to take the metro or walk to different points of interest, restaurants and shopping. It has a very comfortable living room with access to a wonderful terrace. You can see a partial view of Plaza del Sol. Two comfortable bedrooms with closet space and two full bathrooms. Everything we expected and more.

Loved this place

Everything about this place was great. Amazing location and very spacious living area. I loved the patio. There's not much else to say. The next time I go to Madrid I will be booking this location well in advance.

Perfect location

Our family enjoyed our week vacation in this great apartment. The apartment is in the BEST location for anyone waiting to visit all the tourist attractions. We mostly walked, but the metro is very close by. There are tons of restaurants and quick markets in the area. Commution was great ! Would highly recommended it. Beautiful view of Puerta del Sol from the balcony. Our family enjoyed the balcony.

Perfect Location

This apartment is within walking distance of everything you'd want to do in Madrid. Despite being so close to Plaza del Sol, we were never bothered by noise. It was a very pleasant stay.

Unbeatable location

This is a great apartment, in an unbeatable location and with everything you would need. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 kids 7-9 for three night and then 3 adults for remaining 4 nights. There was plenty of room for us all but definitely felt more spacious at the end of the week. Communication with the host was really good but feel the apartment could benefit from something like a user manual type thing with info on taking bins out, using sat tv, smart tv, washing machine etc. The apartment is in a really busy area but there was no disruptive noise from anywhere. It was quite hot when we were there so perhaps the terrace could do with a parasol. Would definitely come back to this apartment again!

Great Location

The location of this property was ideal. We could walk to most any place.The size of the rooms were good.Our only complaint was that we found a bug under the kitchen sink and mentioned this to the manager, and this person never apologized or said anything. While I’ve never encountered this issue before while staying at a VRBO, I do think the manager should have acknowledged this and responded promptly.
