Perfect for our needs

Stayed for a week coinciding with daughter's UNCW orientation. House was very clean and exactly as advertised. Very convenient to campus and beach. Would VRBO here again!

This house was perfect for a getaway close to the beach. On a non-busy day it only took 10 minutes to be at Wrightsville Beach. The house is decorated with a fun, beach vibe. It was fully stocked and there are plenty of spaces to hang out inside and outside as a group.

Perfect location, many amenities

This beautifully appointed house provided a central location for easy access to the beach, downtown Wilmington, and lots of restaurants and shops. We had 5 adults and were very comfortable. We will definitely return here next time we're in the area!

Spring break trip

The property was clean and just as the pictures showed. The kids loved the hot tub and even when it was rainy they had games and toys for the kids. Close to the beach. Overall we had a great time and would come back!

Great PlAce

My family stayed here because one of my sons was competing in the 1/2 Ironman. This was a great location with everything we needed. Plenty of room with a lot of extras…. like a hot tub after the race. The owner was there for everything we needed. Will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Week

This home was perfect for our needs. We slept very well each night and it was easy to navigate Wilmington and surrounding areas from its location. Communication with Host was amazingly quick and thorough. We will be back!

We had such a good time!

When we arrived the home was nice and clean. Welcoming all around. We got to break in the new grill which was super fancy. If we’re in the area, definitely wouldn’t mind coming back

Vacation

This house was a wonderful stay for what we needed over the weekend. It had plenty of space, it accommodates for all ages, and it is in a lovely area. Its only a few miles from the beach and all food, activities and necessities are within a 5 min drive. There is a hot tub on the property which was very nice, every room had their own tv and the living room is very spacious. I would recommend staying in this house. If we are in the area again and need a place to stay, i would book this house again.

4th of July getaway

We lived this property. It was perfect for our long weekend. It was close enough to the beach to get there for several hours each day. The kitchen was stocked well with a basket of treats my kids loved upon arrival. Very large refrigerator was very helpful. We enjoyed the grill and hot tub. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for all of us on the sofas for movie night. Our dogs felt right at home.

Perfect place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We contacted the owner fairly last minute to ask if we could come a day earlier. They were easy to work with and very accommodating Everything we could possibly need or want was available. Beds are very comfortable. 10 min drive to the beautiful beach. We are a family of 8 and this house was perfect. Thank you again!!

Very Pleased Throughout our Stay

All requests were met without any issues. The place isn't modern but the things in place are well maintained. Dee was helpful from beginning to end, clear instructions and quick reactionary time and we only had one. The screened in porch was perfect for us; the last two days were rainy but no problem for us getting fresh air without getting drenched. Quiet neighborhood and close to EVERYTHING worth seeing. Would definitely recommend to others.

Excellent place to stay!

This property met our needs perfectly and everything was great! Clean house, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. The property is in a safe, great location and about 15 minutes or less to everything in Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. Only thing we had an issue with is the check out time listed on the VRBO site is 11:00 but the actual check out time is 10:00. The Owner worked with us to resolve that one small issue with a mutual compromise. As I said, very easy to work with. We will rent here again when in the area!
