We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the water interruptions. As you correctly noted, this was a temporary issue affecting the entire area and not the property itself. It was an exceptional situation, and all necessary steps have been taken at a local level to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Regarding the construction works, we understand how disturbing that must have been, especially in such a peaceful setting. Unfortunately, this was not something scheduled or communicated to us in advance, but your observation is absolutely fair—we would have informed you immediately had we been aware. That said, we’re glad that, despite these inconveniences, you were still able to enjoy the charm of the village and your overall experience.
