Villa Principessa has direct access to the sea, beach platform, and pool. It's comprised of 3 bedrooms with 2 king-size and 1 queen-size bed (on request, we can provide 2 twin beds in each bedroom), each with its own private bathroom; a large living room with a stunning sea view; a spacious dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a house bathroom and two private outdoor spaces with sea view.
One of the bedrooms is large enough to accommodate an extra bed, which is available on request.
In both the living room and dining room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed. All rooms have either a balcony or terrace with lovely views of the sea.

The villa's many amenities include air conditioning/heating, high-speed internet access, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, flat TV.

Villa Principessa is one of the finest villas in Ravello and on the whole of the Amalfi Coast. In fact, despite having been completely renovated and equipped with every modern comfort, the villa still conserves much of its late eighteenth-century charm.

Along with direct access to the sea, guests staying at Villa Principessa also have access to the new "infinity" pool and large solarium!

The pool is located just across the street from the villa and just 70 steps from the road, and is shared with the other 5 villas in the complex. Each guest has his/her sun lounger guaranteed, and pool towels are provided as well.

The pool is open starting from April 1st onwards (weather permitting) and is heated in the spring and autumn months.

The entrance is on the street level; from here you enter a small reception area which, on the left, opens onto the large and prestigiously furnished sitting room and, on the right, the stairs that lead to the other two floors.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms decorated with original period pieces.
The first has an en suite bathroom with a chromotherapy shower and is completely frescoed. The second is finely and elegantly furnished and has its own adjoining bathroom with shower and bathtub, embellished with the precious original glazed 'cotto' tiles from Vietri.

On this floor, there is also a wardrobe area.

On the second floor, there is an elegant mansard with 1 bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a small private sea-view terrace.

On the lower floor, there is a spacious dining room, a modern kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.

From this floor, you enter the villa's garden terrace, furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers.

With its enchanting views and luxurious outdoor furniture, the garden terrace provides the perfect venue in which to host an unforgettable, candlelit dinner.

The villa is surrounded by a splendid park full of flowers and, in common with the other three houses, has access to the sea (about 120 steps) and a bathing platform.

LOCATION:

Villa Principessa is located in one of the most scenic and picturesque areas of the Amalfi Coast: Marmorata, the area of Ravello closest to the sea.

The location is strategic: in fact, even if it's in the area of Ravello, the closest little town is Minori (which is just a short walk from the villa (10 minutes) or 2 minutes by bus, car or taxi.).

Minori features sand beaches, shops, grocery stores, banks, excellent restaurants and one of the best and world's most famous pastry shops "Sal De Riso".

From the charming village of Minori: ferry lines for Amalfi, Positano, Capri, etc, depart.

Amalfi town is at only 1.5 miles/2.4 km away (about 7-8 minutes by car, taxi, bus, or ferry);

Villa Principessa is a perfect base to visit all the towns along the Amalfi Coast, and also other towns such as Sorrento, Pompeii and Hercolaneum.

Parking space is available for Euro 30 per day per car.

Confirmation Policy :
For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, the payment of 50% of the total amount of the stay (+ the service fee) is required at the moment of the booking through VRBO reservation system. The balance will be paid on arrival.

The rental period can start and finish any day (according to the availability).

Check-in: any day of the week from 2.30 PM to 8.30 PM.
For arrivals from 8.30 pm to 11.00 pm, an additional fee of €30 will be charged.
For arrivals AFTER 11.00 pm, the fee increases to €50.
Check-out (any day of the week) is by 10.00 AM.
A different time can be agreed, according to the availability.
