We really appreciate the kind words that you had to say about our vacation property. My staff and I work very hard in trying to make everything perfect for your vacation stay. Our goal is to help bring family and friends together and we really appreciate you for being our guests.

It was bound to happen, my first one star review. I rarely give out bad reviews as most all of my guests are five stars. However when travelers abuse and trash my property with no respect or care, then I must submit a review. This one star revenge review on my property is in retaliation for the review that I gave them. I was expecting this but sometimes it is the price you have to pay to forewarn your fellow property owners of what they might expect from these travelers. When you read this review understand that it is not about the house but about issues with myself. Keep an open mind when reading this review and then read all of the other positive reviews that are based on the truth.

I usually don't respond to my reviews as most all of them are always positive. After reading this review it left me wondering whose house she was talking about. The review left me nauseous as we always go out of our way to do every thing we can for our guests. This is the same home that has received nothing but four and five star reviews. Nothing has changed other than the cleaning crews, which for the most part have always performed well. I have three other vacation homes that we strive to make them all they can be for our guest. I have live long enough to know that some people can never be pleased no matter how hard that we may try. There is no vacation home that is immune to someones attacks if they want to pick it apart. This guests review reads like fiction. I hope who ever reads this review also reads the other reviews. I accepted a last minute reservation from this guest for her and her children could have a home at Christmas and allowed for an early check in with the understanding that their could be no extended checkout time as I had guest booked for check in on their departure date. My clean up crew showed up at check out time and the guests were still there in the home. After calling our guest and having to ask them to leave (an hour late) I ended up having to clean the property myself for the next guest. I found that My home was used to throw a huge party with many more guests than was on the reservation. I only received two complaints from my neighbors and association all year, and this reservation was one of the complaints. If I got a chance to write this traveler a review they would not receive a passing grade. They trashed our house and then trashed our web site.
