We found this little condo sparkling clean, lovingly decorated, and well equipped. It’s a small space but very comfortable for my sister and I. It’s more like a studio-plus, so sister took the bed and I used the couch. The couch was amazingly comfortable-I slept really well every night! The property as a whole is very pretty and well maintained. The beach is very close, just down the stairs and across the street. Our host, Chris, was easy to reach and was kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay in beautiful Carpinteria. It was only a block from the beach and a short walk to lots of great restaurants and shops. We hardly needed to use our car. A wonderful surprise was the EV charger in the parking area for our electric vehicle. We also took the train a couple times to Santa Barbara. We walked to the train station - it was very easy and relaxing! Chris was very quick to answer any questions. We hope to come back someday!

It was very nice and so close to the beach. I thought from the pictures it was a one bedroom, but it is a studio apartment. It was perfect for what my son and I needed. We had a great time and love staying in Carp and near the beach.

What a lovely Condo! It’s very well appointed and close to the beach. Everything was nice and clean and the bed comfortable. My only suggestion would be to state that it does not have a beach view.

Enjoyed our visit

A comfortable condo close to a wonderful beach with amazing sunsets. Short walking distance to the The Spot with the best burgers & fun Island Brewing. We very much enjoyed our visit.

Great Beach Retreat

This condo is perfectly located - a minute walk to the beach and several minutes walk to restaurants, shops, bars, a grocery store, and the Amtrak station. Santa Barbara and Ventura are a half-hour drive. The unit is ideal for a couple or solos and the owner is very responsive. Pool and hot tub access is included as well as off-street parking.

Small but perfect for 2

EZ check in…Had everything we needed for our stay. Wifi access was good. Great location near beach and ez walk to restaurants and shops.Gated parking, area to lock up bikes, beach, chairs, beach towels, and umbrella supplied. Kitchen was well stocked bathroom was fine (needed extra bath towels.)Another mirror in the bedroom would be helpful.Other than that, it was great!

Great stay

Carp is the cutest town. We will definitely be back. The condo is pretty small and the bed wasn’t the best, but otherwise it’s great for 2 people and the location was perfect. We would stay here again.

The condo has a nice mountain view. And the ocean is right there when you walk out to the deck towards the beach across the street... LOL ! Anyway, glad you enjoyed your stay.
