Fantastic Time In Hollywood

We had a fantastic time, less than a 1 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops, food. The owners took great care of us. We stayed 7 nights and wished it could have been longer.

Charming beach stay!

We loved our stay at this long-time family owned beach apartment with so much character and charm. Loved the outdoor spaces and decor and the living room and bedroom were spacious and comfortable. Can see the sunrise from the living room and everything is in walking distance. There are a serious set of steps up to the apartment if steps are an issue for you but otherwise highly recommended.

Great little property, just steps from the Hollywood Broadwalk

Property was well maintained and quiet, and the location can’t be beat - a couple of blocks north of the Margaritaville resort, a block west of the Hollywood Broadwalk. Super easy access to Hollywood Beach, and the best part of the Broadwalk (IMO). We’ll definitely be back.

Clean,comfy and complete

Charm galore. We really enjoyed our 4 night stay in this comfortable place. I liked all the windows and light filled rooms. There were more than enough pots, pans and eating utinsels for the two of us. It was great having a private parking place. Really enjoyed Hollywood beaches, eateries and music. The only drawback for me, recovering from a broken leg, was climbing up the stairs. We would definitely stay again.

Thanksgiving week

This is the second time we have stayed here. Close to the boardwalk and the beach. May restaurants within walking distance. House is well furnished as the listing states. Need to go upstairs so if you can't do steps, beware. Nice porch out front to sit and enjoy the weather. Comfortable backyard sitting area is great for entertaining guest.

Very pleased with our stay.

Overall everything was good. Since we are both in our 70's we found the steps challenging. Also found the parking a little tight.

Private yet close to all the action

This was a great little apartment. Hollywood Beach is a great area with lots to do and a fun scene. We could see the ocean from the window but were a just enough away from all the board walk festivities to have some quiet time. The private back yard and bikes were super. off street parking was a plus. The host provided some nice goodies and staples of coffee and cream which we much appreciated. We would stay again.

I would definitely stay again!

Beach and Boardwalk steps away! Cahn was super quick with his responses. The house was super cute, bed very comfortable! Only thing is toilet set broke while we were out. Cahn was quick to respond and come to attempt the fox. However, parts were unavailable- we had to use toilet with no seat cover our entire stay. Aside from the beyond control of the parts the house was amazing! Very homely! We will definitely stay again!

Nice area

We liked this area very much. The house is very close to the sea and the promenade. You can go both ways for a 3 miles stroll in a nice environment. We did that every morning and evening. There are good restaurants and bars nearby with live music. The house is a quite ancient, but has the charm of yesteryears if not the comfort of today. Overall a nice experience for a few days.

Amazing location, experienced life on the beach

Cute and cozy second floor apartment in a Hollywood Beach house. You have a living room with the ocean view, dining area, spacious bedroom and a small kitchen with all appliances. Steps from the beach, no need to cross any streets. You have your own parking spot. Beautiful backyard with outside hot shower. washer, dryer. Cahn, the owner and property manager, responds in minutes and is very helpful. Also, bikes and beach chairs, beach towels are there. Since you are in the heart of Hollywood Beach close to Broadwalk and restaurants The area can get busy with traffic and people on weekends. The house is exactly as pictured. The outside stairs could be a problem if you are an elderly or have knee issues. Otherwise, I personally prefer the second floor. . I am very happy I chose this house over other options farther from the beach. Would definitely stay there again.
