The location is second to none.

We loved our stay at this home! So clean and well maintained. All amenities you could need. The owner was so helpful always and responsive. Really a wonderful time and experience. The location is second to none. Close to the beach and many other things. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Spectacular choice for the area

Magnificent community amenities like I have seen NOWHERE else make this home a spectacular choice for the area. Speaking of the area, Laguna Niguel is close to everything! If you have young children as we do, the only licensed drop in daycare in the OC is about 5-7 mins away, and there is a We Rock The Spectrum in neighboring community, Laguna Hills. You can be to the beach in 10 minutes or so and to Disney in 30+ mins. The LA Zoo and the San Diego Zoo are just about the same distance from you, and there is a lovely Santa Ana Zoo which we visited 5 times during our extended stay here. The Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach & Huntington Beach (Surf City USA) are also a reasonable driving distance away. If you have a canine companion, you will adore all the nearby dog parks, Huntington Dog Beach, and the local community park, Yosemite Park. Laguna Niguel Regional Park is a 5 minute drive away and has a fantastic playground, and it also has a lake with ducks. Another fantastic place to walk your dog and play outdoors with your children.

Absolutely lovely

Our stay with Ross was just GREAT. We stayed for a month and his home became our second home. We valued the space, which was perfect for us as family with 3 kids. The community pool is close by and very convenient. The whole area is just very nice, with many restaurants, shops and everything you need close by. The drive to Laguna beach is short and the beach is just so cool for waveboarding and just for a walk.

Peaceful neighborhood and great location

This property is spacious, in a great neighborhood with family-friendly amenities, and great location. The manager of the property is very responsive and does their best to address any issues should there be any.

This house is the perfect vacation rental!

We come to Laguna to visit family, this house was the best rental we have stayed in. We were greeted with a very nice bottle of wine. It is very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our morning coffee and evenings on the back, private patio. We also enjoyed the pool and our granddaughter loved the playground! We will definitely be renting again!! Our 14 year old daughter and her friend loved the house so much they couldn't decide which bedroom they liked best, so they slept in a different room every night! Thank you!!

Beautiful home

This home was so beautiful and secluded. The interior design was impeccable. I had a four day stay and it was most pleasurable. Very spacious home and room for many people. The neighborhood is quiet but not too quiet so you can enjoy yourself without complaints from neighbors. Homeowner Ross is also quite pleasurable and I would recommend his home to any and everyone, especially because check in and check out went so smoothly.

Perfect vacation rental

We absolutely loved the house! It is so spacious and beautiful. The location of the home is ideal. It is close to shopping centers, the beach, and several restaurants. The owner of the home is incredibly kind. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. My husband and I actually hope to rent the house again in the future.

Great Stay!

Great location, great property! Throughout our stay we visited nearby beaches including Laguna and Newport. The house itself was excellent. Very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed which was very convenient. I would highly recommend this home!! A bottle of wine was there to Greet us! It was Comfortable Space to stay in.. Wasn't cluttered with decorations!!! Light and Airy feel! It was Great to have a Washer/Dryer,towels, soap all available!! THANK YOU ROSS!!! Would stay again when traveling to California.
