This darling, sunny California-Ranch style house has everything a small family or group of friends would need for a comfortable stay in the Laguna area.
Private front and back yards both well maintained and fully equipped for enjoying the SoCal weather – patio furniture and outdoor grill included. Stocked and well organized with more than enough linens and kitchen/bathroom supplies. Good mobile phone reception and high-speed internet with Wi-Fi. Two parking spots in the garage, driveway and plenty of street parking for guests. Swimming pool and children’s playground are at the end of Cull-de-sac.
You’ll love walking to and around the nearby lake park, and the beach is just a 10 minute drive away!
Also, you’ll be 5 minutes from just about any type of store/service you could need — Costco, Whole Foods, Sprouts, FedEx, Starbucks, CVS, Walgreens, Target, shopping mall and tons of restaurants. Entrances for the 5 Freeway and the 73 toll road are also super close, and Orange County/SNA airport is a mere 20 minutes away.
Our convenient location is halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego.
Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knott's Berry Farm, SeaWorld, Legoland and San Diego Zoo are only 30 min to 1 hour drive.
This cute home is a great place for a family and friends suburban stay.

Wonderful vacation retreat

We enjoyed our stay in Laguna Niguel. The home inside and outside was comfortable and clean. Mariela and her husband were very accommodating. We hope to return next year.

Laguna Niguel Stay

I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy a spacious, beautifully furnished home in the Laguna Niguel area. So many places to walk and the outside is meticulously landscaped…with an orange tree as a sweet treat! Mariela and George are incredible hosts and they go out of their way to make sure you have the comforts of home. We would definitely stay here again when in the area!

This place is amazing! Exceeded expectations. Absolutely perfect for a family and centrally located to absolutely everything. Neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful, neighbors are nice and the property is spotless. The owners/property managers are the must helpful and nicest I’ve ever experienced…they treat you like family! Treat this place like your own and it will be the best stay you’ve ever had. I can’t wait to come back!!! Thank you Mariela!

Stress Relief Retreat

We were forced to leave our home due to a slab leak. We were so grateful to have found this lovely home, in a quiet location, with a great park just steps away. Very nice owner, responded quickly and was very accommodating when we had questions. Such a great experience.

Excellent Stay

The home is as per the description. It is renovated and very clean in a very quiet location. The wonderful hosts (Mariiela and Plamen) were very accommodating and receptive to any requests and suggestions. There is always the potential to have sun in both the front and rear yards. Nice Weber grill. Location wise it is very close to major stores, including 2 Costco's. There is a very nice park very close by along with more walking paths about 10 minute walk away. The beds were very comfortable.

Exceeded our expectations!

The home is in excellent condition. The freshness of a recent remodel was obvious. Attractively decorated and fully equipped for an "at home" holiday. The location was perfect! We set-up folding chairs on the border of the park-like community and watched the fantastic July 4th fireworks over the Laguna Niguel Regional Lake. BG Guest House is close to the coast and several prime beaches, Salt Creek beach, Dana Point Harbor, Laguna Beach, etc. The climate is the best in the world! The morning marine layer that is typical for beach cities burns off by 9 am. We sat in the front court-like patio for morning coffee and returned frequently at evening dusk. Both front and back patios are completely private. The host and her husband are very kind and courteous people! Caring and available but not to the point of being clingy. There was plenty of space in the house for our things and we were able to store our bikes in the garage. The house was clean and completely comfortable. There aren't any downsides to this VRBO experience!
