There is a brand new wonderful sectional sofa waiting to be delivered November 10. I learned that normal sized guests prefer a sofa that is not so low and contemporary. Dear Jennifer, My apoligies for your disappointment with Casita Bella. The web page shows the Murphy Bed closet doors closed and the Murphy bed closet doors open. " Murphy bed" is mentioned in numerous places throughout the property amenities and narrative description. The mattress is a standard Beauty Rest pillow top Queen. There should have been a kettle for your use. A common condition with properties having a main house and a guest house in that often guests transport equipment and supplies back and forth making it difficult to keep an accurate inventory. A phone call to our office or the caretaker would have brought immediate assistance to tend to the internet issue and the missing kettle. On our web site, properties that have mountain views state the existence of a mountain view. Those that do not have mountain views are not mentioned as having mountain views. Premiere is extremely conscientious to not misrepresent amenities. I am so sorry that you were anticipating more than was offered on the web site. Should you call on Premiere for future lodging, please ask all the questions you may have or be specific regarding your wants and needs. Dear Patrick, We regret that we did not hear from you the minute things were found to be less than perfect. The day your review arrived, maintenance checked the window and discovered that "someone" had "recently" removed the sliding window (for some unknown reason) and then put it back "upside down"! Thus the window could no longer slide correctly. Maintenance turned it right side up and it worked perfectly. Our right hand appliance man went up the same morning & determined that the refrigerator compresser was malfunctioning. He had a brand new stainless steel refrigerator delivered and installed by 4:00 pm that day. In 20 years we've never heard mention of "no latch in the bottom door jam". We are told it is a simple matter to remedy. Thus maintenance will be heading up there to remedy what tends to be a simple matter. We thank you for your time to review your stay. We regret not hearing from you while you were here. Thank you for your ltime and trouble to let us know of your experience. All of yiour mentions have been corrected and are ready and waiting for the next guest arrival on October 5th.
