We’ve stayed on Kiawah many times, and many times also in this development, but this was by far our favorite condo in Windswept. The house is impeccably furnished, the views are unbeatable, and you’ll feel at home right away.

The Penthouse is gorgeous, comfortable, and is carefully stocked with everything you'd ever need. The instructions for check-in / check-out were clear and the check-ins during our stay were appreciated. We will be coming here for a getaway again.

The villa is excellent in every way. It is on the ocean on the top floor of a well-located quiet building so the balcony and upstairs bedroom have panoramic views. It was nice being so close to the Night Heron complex. Everything that you could possibly need is provided, although you have to pay extra to get beach chairs, towels and umbrellas (but there is a separate company that takes care of all of those details and I can see the management not wanting to worry about that). The rental agent was very responsive and easy to work with.

Please note: You may not have realized that the property comes complete with 6 beach towels. They are located in the closet of the downstairs bedroom. In addition, we also offer guests that opportunity to rent portable beach chairs, that are very affordable and made available to our guests, 24/7, the entire time of their stay. We look forward to hosting your next Kiawah Island Getaways and hope to see you on the beach!!

This was our 15th time staying in Kiawah...and our experience with staying at this property has resulted in it becoming one of favorites! The "front row" to the amazing beach views and access, the location within the Heron Park community and convenient access to the Nest Marketplace and activities, and the condition and amenities of this property make this a 10 out of 10! A friendly piece of advice, you get what you pay for...there are less expensive properties, but for all of the value that you receive for the price point, the Penthouse property is a rare find indeed! Very special play to stay!
This is the average morning view from the backyard of the Penthouse's location...literally a 75ft walk.

Spectacular Beachfront Stay

We were 2 couples with an additional friend who stayed for several days in April. The condo was in perfect shape and offered all of the amenities that one would look for on Kiawah. Everything was made easy and with luxury. In addition, any and all questions were answers promptly. Loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Penthouse Perfection on Kiawah

From the moment I booked, Jeanette and Shawn welcomed us. Arrival was quick and simple with gate pass printed ahead of time. When we walked in, the first think we saw was the beautiful ocean view! Almost everywhere you look in this condo, there are ocean views. The main floor bedroom does not have them, but both upstairs bedrooms do. Our room had a window seat, which was perfect for ocean views for my husband who has mobility issues. The main floor balcony was perfect for watching sea birds, dolphins, and deer who forage in the dues below. We felt like we didn't even have to go down to the beach to enjoy it! Everything in the condo was sleek and aesthetically appealing. KIG does a great job of making it feel like a home, not a rental. Plenty of kitchen necessities. Truly everything you need or could want is at your fingertips. They send ideas for places to honor try and offer booking soft things like bikes and beach chairs. Very professional! We are now officially spoiled, and I know we will be back to the Penthouse again next year. After 20+ years of coming to Kiawah, this is officially our home away from home! ❤️
