In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 3.

This oceanfront Kiawah Island vacation rental offers three oceanview bedrooms, exceptional views of the Atlantic Ocean, and is just steps from the beach.

Upon entering this newly renovated top-floor villa, you will immediately notice the sweeping ocean views through the arched living room windows. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a TV, and stylish coastal decor. Prepare your vacation meals while taking in dazzling views of the ocean! The fabulously renovated kitchen features a crisp white aesthetic, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. Enjoy your meals and snacks at the adjacent dining area or step outside and dine on the oceanview balcony.

The oceanview primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, access to a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Down the hall, you will find the other two bedrooms, also with ocean views. The first bedroom offers a king-sized bed, access to a shared oceanview balcony, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, also has access to the shared oceanview balcony, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Views for Days

We LOVED everything about our stay here. The pictures don't do the home justice - the ceilings are sky-high, decorating and renovation are pristine and the VIEWS are incredible from every room and angle. Your walk to the beach will take mere minutes and you're just a quick bike ride away from the Sanctuary or Nest. Check-in and check-out are easy peasy and Akers was very responsive to any questions I had along the way. Don't miss this one.

Fantastic property!

We loved this villa! We booked for the New Years weekend and enjoyed our time on the beach, watching football in the comfortable living room and cooking great meals together in the elevated kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all luxurious. And the proximity to beach access and the Sanctuary were great.

Perfect Property!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We have visited Kiawah many times but this was our first stay in this particular location. We will absolutely return. Wonderful New Year

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The sea views from every room were so uplifting. As was the constant sound of the sea. The condo had everything we needed. We biked on the beach and walked to enjoy all the nature. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. And an unexpected highlight was fireworks on the beach at midnight on NY eve to ring in the new year in style! Thank you so much!

Perfect Location

The unit is beautifully decorated and was spotless upon arrival. The ocean view is spectacular. The kitchen has everything you might need. We arrived very late and struggled with the instructions to look for a lockbox with the keys--it turns out there is a keyless code on the doorknob itself (and no lockbox). We were disappointed that all of the windows were bolted shut--the temperature was in the low 60s and we wanted the fresh air. (Instructions on the thermostat would have been helpful, too--it kept resetting for 85 degress.) All in all, we had a wonderful week in this lovely villa.

It is just like the pictures! Clean, fresh, beautifully decorated and very well maintained. We were so comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Views from every room are spectacular. Beds are very cozy. Kitchen is perfectly stocked. We walked the beach, golfed and visited the area. Fresh Fields is a favorite. We had trouble with the lock at check in but were able to talk with the manager and eventually got in. It was late at night so a bit unnerving but we got it! The next morning they had guys out to fix the problem. Great service! The owners did an amazing job designing and furnishing this villa. We will return!

Beautiful Property

The condo was beautiful, just as advertised. The kitchen and bathrooms were gorgeous and felt luxurious. Communication with the host was easy. Although there were just two of us, this would be a perfect place to go with extended family. The two additional bedrooms, each of which have an en suite, were very separate from the main part of the unit. Two things to note. The unit had no beach towels and there were no condiments in the kitchen except for salt and pepper - no oil, spices, anything else that I have seen in other places. We underestimated how convenient it would be to have the beach gear. Bikes and umbrellas were there when we arrived and we left them on our departure. It was very simple and much appreciated.

Beautiful condo & view

My friend and I stayed at this property. It was exactly like the pictures - gorgeous inside with views to match. Everything was luxurious and comfortable. The decor is beachy and sophisticated. The location was excellent - not too far from Freshfields Village where there are groceries, restaurants and many boutiques to visit. If you are planning to actually cook a meal there (we only cooked breakfast), just know you'll need to bring everything with you. The only spices were salt & pepper. There were filters provided for the coffee maker and you could either make a pot or use a single serve pod. The bed in the master bedroom was a little bit tall for one of us who is on the short side, but otherwise the beds were quite comfortable. TVs in all of the bedrooms plus a giant TV in the living room which made watching movies fun. I can't recommend this unit highly enough!

Perfect location

Right on the beach, kids loved it. Absolutely beautiful finishes and decor. As soon as you walk in, you are welcomed with a gorgeous view of the ocean through the beautiful window!

Gorgeous Beachfront Condo

We would definitely return to this beautiful place on the beach. Comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen, and multiple balconies with stunning fifth-floor views. Perfect for our family of five, would also be great for couples travelling together. Highly recommend!
