Lovely, traditional Portuguese place

Had a lovely stay here, was situated in a beautiful courtyard with an amazing tree that provided shade from the sun , very relaxing apartment had everything I needed, the host Sophie was lovely very accommodating, would stay here again

Absolutely wonderful little place for a truly authentic Portuguese getaway. Sophie and her family are so welcoming and helpful and ths property is just perfect. Private and peaceful whilst at the same time ideally located right in the town with everything you could need right on your doorstep. I've had a truly relaxing break away from it all in the most beautiful place on earth. Thankyou

Our first visit to Tavira, we loved our studio. It is well equipped, clean and functional. We used the outdoor area each day, having our breakfast, a meal or enjoying a glass of wine. It is located less than 5 mins from the river, everything in Tavira is walkable.Sophie was a first class host, meeting us in the early hours as we had a late flight that landed before midnight I'd love to go back to Tavira and I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Apartment mitten in Tavira mit kurzen Wegen zur Fähre auf die Insel und zum Bahnhof. Das Apartment war sauber und gepflegt und man kann einen ruhigen und friedlichen Innenhof nutzen, um unter einem großen Baum zu entspannen, der Schatten spendet. Es gibt eine zweite Wohneinheit, mit der man sich den Innenhof teilt und eine gemeinschaftlich genutzte Waschmaschine. Außerdem gibt es dort zwei süße Katzen, die frei im Hof herumlaufen können. Die Vermieterin Sophie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns bei ihr sehr wohl gefühlt - vielen Dank!

Maison typique portuguaise

Le studio proposé par Sophie est très mignon, chaleureux, dans un style ancien typique portuguais. La cour ombragée est très appréciable. Sophie est adorable et serviable !

Perfect vacation accommodation

German following below: Studio in the middle of the old town of Tavira and yet in a totally quiet location. The garden is ideal for relaxing. The landlady is a very nice and hospitable woman. The studio has everything you need. We felt completely at home and will definitely be back. mitten in der Altstadt von Tavira und trotzdem total ruhig gelegenes Studio. Der Garten ist ideal, um mal zu relaxen. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette und gastfreundliche Frau. In dem Studio ist alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Der Innenhof diente den Katzen als Klo. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung war total veraltet.

Nie wieder, Badezimmer sehr sehr schlecht. Rost, Schimmel und fehlender Standard. Steckdosen unzufrieden, Eingangstür nicht abschließbar, Unterschränke aus dem vorherigen Weltkrieg. Baulärm ab 8.00 Uhr bis 18.00 Uhr inklusive Container vor der Tür.

Excelente ubicación, amable y atenta anfitriona, la casa está decorada con buen gusto, el estudio cuenta con todos los utensillos de cocina, tal vez el baño mejoraría con un cambio de plato de ducha y la estancia con algún enchufe más. Por lo demás muy recomendable.

A nice relaxing stay

The apartment was nice, old style and linked to a large cool patio shielded by large trees. Very welcome in the main season with temperatures above 30.

Muy buena elección

El alojamiento es mejor de lo que trasladan las fotos, muy acogedor y muy bien equipado, no le falta de nada. Y el patio, una delicia. El estudio de Sophie ha cumplido con creces nuestras expectativas. Una muy buena opción para una pareja en Tavira, a un precio estupendo. Y los dueños muy agradables y serviciales.

Estúdio anos 80

A TV que deveria ser TV por cabo só tinha os 4 canais era do século passado e nem comando tinha. A internet raramente funcionou porque era captada através dum repetidor de sinal. Uma janela tinha o manipulo quebrado e outra não tinha sequer fechadura. O calor era insuportável e só mantendo as janelas abertas e as duas ventoinhas a funcionar à noite conseguimos dormir mas em roupa interior é destapados. A cama de casal rangia a qualquer movimento tornando-se incômodo para dormir. A torneira do chuveiro não era misturadora, era dos anos 80 e para se conseguir acertar a temperatura demorava imenso tempo. A primeira vez é única que utilizamos uma frigideira deparámo-nos com uma coisa toda encardida portanto nunca mais cozinhámos, aliás o fogão também era dos anos 80, os bicos estavam gastos e os desenhos para se perceber qual era o botão correspondente mal se viam. O frigorífico tinha a porta do congelador descaída por isso tínhamos que levantá-la para abrir e fechar a outra porta porque batiam uma na outra. Só tínhamos direito a 2 rolos de papel higiênico para 8 dias porque a senhora Sophie só a vimos no dia do check-in e no terceiro dia que foi quando aproveitamos para reclamar sobre o estado das coisas, que justificou culpabilizando os últimos incluímos não demonstrando qualquer vontade de resolver o que quer que fosse, limitando-se a deixar uma nota por escrito a dizer que tinha estado do lado de fora do apartamento, que tinha ligado o portátil dela e que apanhava rede Internet. Fizemos o check-out às 10h de hoje é a senhora Sophie também não apareceu.

O estúdio que alugo não é um apartamento moderno e luxuoso.Por isso mesmo pratico preços acessíveis. Trata-se dum simples estúdio de estilo rústico, com grande quintal. no centro histórico da cidade.Não existe ar condicionado , e os meus electrodomésticos, embora não sejam da última geração, funcionam normalmente. No entanto,qualquer objecto no estúdio que tenha ficado danificado pelo simples uso contínuo ou manuseamento forçado e inapropriado será reparado ou substituído ,obviamente, o mais rapidamente possível e em hora própria para tal. Mais quero esclarecer que não forneço papel higiénico. Coloco simplesmente 2 rolos de papel higiénico na casa de banho como também sabonete líquido e algum detergente( tanto de limpeza como de loiça e roupa ) como forma de acolher os meus clientes à chegada, que ficam com o meu número de telemóvel para poderem contactar-me sempre que assim o desejarem.
