Large house elegantly finished and treated in every detail, has been renovated keeping intact the charm of the typical Tuscan farmhouse and furnished in a sober and pleasant way to make your stay even warmer and more familiar, has 6 double rooms and 5 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 12 people, gazebo, garden, private pool with kitchen area and parking and Wi-fi internet. The swimming pool is open from mid-May to the end of September.The number of usable bedrooms will be proportional to the number of people indicated in the booking
The proximity to the center of the village of Calci (just 200 meters) makes it comfortable holiday for those who want to reach on foot all major amenities, including supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pastry, medication etc ..

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Kinder haben den Pool sehr genossen. Die Reisetipps vom Eigentümer waren sehr hilfreich, die von ihm empfohlenen Restaurants, Strände, Eiscafes etc. waren immer super. Die Lage des Hauses war prima, alles notwedige war fussläufig zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto nach Pisa, mit dem Zug nach Florend - kein Problem. Die Einrichtung ist eher einfach gehalten, aber alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Einzig die Sauberkeit ließ m.E. etwas zu wünschen übrig. Zwar war oberflächlich elles OK, aber die Ecken, Polstermöbel etc. sind schon lange nicht mehr abgestabt bzw. gewaschen gewesen. Das ist aber das Einzige was ich negativ bewerten würde in einem rundum tollen Haus.

Gorgeous villa, photos do not do the location justice. Quiet and rural but with so many amazing amenities within a few minutes stroll. We enjoyed pizza, family restaurant, cafe, bakery, grocers and a market as well as a jewellers, pharmacy and stationary book shop. The local museum is incredible and handy location for a bus to Pisa. The host was friendly and kind and hugely helpful. Will return!

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir waren als Großfamilie da und hatten einen wunderbaren und entspannten Urlaub. Das Haus von Tomasso liegt wunderschön, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und großzügig. Der Pool ist perfekt für Erwachsene und Kinder. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hat immer Tipps für Ausflüge usw.

Tolles, altes Haus mit schönem Garten, Grill und Pool. Ruhig in Calci gelegen. Man ist schnell in Pisa und Lucca. Das Haus hat mehrere Schlafzimmer und überwiegend En-Suite Bäder. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und der Gastgeber freundlich und hilfsbereit. In den Schlafzimmern ist die Deckenhöhe in Teilen sehr niedrig und man muss auf die großen Balken achten um sich nicht den Kopf zu stoßen. Der Pool ist sauber und Tommaso und sein Team kümmern sich regelmäßig im die Wasserqualität. Wir haben uns zu 10 (6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist aber zu berücksichtigen, dass alle Zimmer und die Küche im 1.OG liegen. Dieses ist nur über eine Außentreppe zu erreichen. Für Mobilitätseingeschränkte Menschen daher nur eingeschränkt geeignet. .

Beautiful stay in the Tuscany

Beautiful location, beautiful home, beautiful pool. There are very friendly people in the village and we got great food for a very fair price. Pisa or the beaches can be reached in about 30-40min. The host was very friendly, responsive and had great tips for locations where to go or what to visit. I'm sure we will come back somewhen.

Two weeks in Tuscany

First of all a tip of the hat to Tommaso, our host. He is really on the ball, you ask him something and almost immediately he responds or drops by to see what's up. The Villa Nerino has 5 bedrooms, each with a very nicely appointed bath. I recommended to him that he install safety bars in the baths (I am disabled). So I expect he will do so, he was very receptive to that idea. The Villa is a little out of the way, which translates to lots of peace and quiet. You need a car to get around, which we did extensively. As far south as Bagnoregio and Capalbio to the bottom of Tuscany, north to La Spezia and Porto Venere, and lots of lovely places in between. The Villa is completely furnished , having full kitchen utensils. Seating for 10 in and outside, though we went April-May so we had chilly weather and lots of rain. But that didn't hold us back. In Tuscany, WAZE is a must. The roads are narrow and curvy, but full of beautiful scenery. I have no hesitations recommending Villa Nerino for a one or two week (the time goes way too fast) stay.

Voyage en Toscane

Super, propriétaire trés sympa nous a trés bien informés. Le village de Calci est trés agréable il y a tout, de très bon restaurants un glacier super et l'emplacement est au top. On a l' impression d'être en pleine campagne alors que l'on est à deux pas du village, tout peut se faire à pied. Très beau séjour et de belles découvertes

Our stay in Calci

Lovely rustic property. It was very spacious. The pool and outdoor space was brilliant. Thomasso was very pleasant and helpful. Calci is a lovely little town with restaurants and shops within easy walking distance of our villa. The surrounding hills were beautiful. The vineyard in the town did a brilliant tour. Altogether a brilliant holiday.

Familienurlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in Calci. Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber Tomasso war sehr gut. Man konnte mit ihm alle Fragen schnell klären. Er war immer sehr zuverlässig! Die Umgebung war sehr schön. Der Pool war sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit in der Unterkunft (Küche , Bäder ) war leider nicht gut.

Lovely holidays

We spent relaxing days in Calci and surroundings, Pisa is only a short drive away. The kids loved the pool. And the many tipps of Tommaso were really helpful. We really recommend the house.

Hébergement au calme

Location charmante, au calme. Grande propriété avec piscine. Hébergement à l'étage donc escaliers à prendre sans cesse pour manger à l'extérieur. Barbecue au charbon. Nous étions 8 et donc pas accès à deux des chambres de la maison. Dans la description de l'annonce, il n'était pas clairement précisé que la maison qui peut accueillir 12 personnes indique un prix pour 8 et qu'il y a un surplus d'une centaine d'euros pour chaque personnes supplémentaires. Le propriétaire est très agréable, disponible et de bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine en juillet alors qu'il faisait très chaud, attention pas de climatisation et de petites ouvertures dans deux des chambres à coucher. Il y a des ventilateurs, mais pas suffisant en cas de canicule. Il y a à disposition une machine à laver le linge et un lave-vaisselle. Nous avons passer un bon séjour, merci à Tommaso !

Schönes altes Haus mit Pool und großem Garten. Tolle Lage, Restaurants und Geschäfte zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Für unsere kleinen Kinder war die Außentreppe etwas gefährlich. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familien-Urlaub und Tommaso war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Vacation in Calci

We had a great time in Tommaso' house. There was enough space to maintain the couples' privacy, plenty of kitchen tools and the pool was not huge but very pleasant and clean. Being able to eat outside was a big + Tommaso was very responsive and always ready to help. For the future, we would suggest to replace all the nets of the various windows since they have holes and could not protect from the mosquitoes and also add the air conditioning especially when it is so hot. But overall we would definitely recommend the place, even more so if you love nature. The views from the house are fantastic and the walks magnificent. Its location is also great, close to Pisa and other beautiful cities and close to the sea. Elizabeth and Michael

Magnificent holiday

The property lived up to and above expectations. 9 of us including a 5 year old and 2 3 year olds. Because of the heat AC would have been such a bonus but …. Our host Tomasso was wonderful- always there when we needed help- nothing was too much bother for him. Such a star. Thanks again

Top Lage für Gruppen, die MTB-Touren mit herausfordernden Abfahrten suchen

Ideal gelegen um direkt MTB-Touren zu starten; am Dorfrand von Calci in sehr ruhiger Lage, Pool nicht allzu groß, aber sehr sauber; schöner Außenbereich mit Grill und Sitzgelegenheit. Große Unterkunft mit geräumigen Zimmern und sehr großem Wohn-/Küchenbereich; teils niedrige Räume (Schlafzimmer) da unterm Dach; Waschmaschine direkt in der Wohnung; ziemlich dunkel, da wenige bzw. kleine Fenster; ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten/sollten noch verbessert werden wie z.B. die Stühle waren teils nicht mehr in gutem Zustand, Handtuchhalten in den Bädern sind etwas spärlich; Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und war immer disponibel und hat uns auch ein paar gute Tips gegeben. Insgesamt top für Gruppen die viel Platz brauchen/möchten

eine ganz tolle Woche in der Großfamilie

Der Gastgeber Tomasso ist unglaublich nett, bemüht und die Bilder im Netz stimmen 100% mit dem Domizil überein. Eine ganz tolle Location für eine größere Gruppe! Was wir ganz toll fanden: jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer! Alles sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und unkompliziert. Ich kann das uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
