This is actually a new Allform mattress, which many of our homes have and guests find to be very comfortable, so we have determined the issue must lie in the bed frame itself. The owner has purchased a new bed frame for future guests to enjoy, so we would love to host you for a more comfortable stay if you ever return to the area. We were sorry to hear about the issues you mentioned during your stay with the pull out sofa and the shower knob, and both of these items have since been inspected by our maintenance team. The other shower issues you have mentioned here are also helpful to now know, and we will be certain to address them. In regards to the kitchen having less cutlery than your group required, our team would have been happy to drop off additional forks and spoons if we had been aware of this during your stay.
