Excellent view!

My family stayed at this condo in May 2023 and it was absolutely amazing! The unit was just as described; it was very clean and the views were incredible. Everything we needed was provided and communication was great. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay here again!

Ideal Location!

Such a bright, clean place -- and the best location from which to watch the sunrise! It's our third year here and we keep coming back because the beds are comfortable, there's plenty of space in the kitchen, and the beach is only steps away.

Great Location

Great location! Enjoyed the fact that it was a more private (and less busy) beach. Really appreciated the beach essentials provided in the unit, very nice. Communication with host was good, very responsive. Only negative would be the expectation of the guest to do the laundry (and checkout by 10am). Cleaning fee charged should be reduced if guests are expected to be in charge of doing the laundry for the next set of guests.

Perfect getaway!

We’ve stayed at this condo building in the past,but first time in this unit. It was perfect for us and our nieces. Plenty of room and conveniently located. Beautifully decorated and a beautiful view. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Magical Amelia Island

We enjoyed viiting Amelia Island for the first time. This condo is a great location. Walk out to the long white beach or pool. Quick trip to town for multiple restaurants. The condo has attention to detail. We look to cook and found everything we needed from sharp knives and great pots and pans. All well organized.

Heaven on earth

This place is amazing. There were plenty of beach towels as well as bathroom towels. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts were available almost instantly. A wonderful place to sit enjoy the view and relax.

We’d do it all again!

We enjoyed almost two weeks at this wonderful place! We loved everything about this cute condo, especially the view! The owner Lisa was super responsive and very helpful! We would definitely stay here again, we had so much fun! Also, if you’d like a fun day trip off the island, the Jacksonville Zoo is wonderful!

Wonderful getaway!

The condo is amazing! The view is great and even can watch dolphins swim by in the morning! Beautiful sunrises! Close to all restaurants and Fort Clinch Pool is great ! Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and kitchen has everything.. a Keurig would be great! The chairs are great to sit in and enjoy the view! Love it!

relaxing stay

Quiet, nice, great views, had everything we needed except keurig coffe maker but I read that on reviews and brought my own single cup keurig. parking is very tight. you have to wash bed sheets and towels that are used so that was a little time consuming since you have to be out by 10:00 am. but overall a great, comfortable stay. The sunrise in the morning was amazing.

Short break

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay in this condo. The view was amazing! Even though it was terribly hot outside, the AC unit kept the inside nice and cool. The condo was well equipped for a beach visit with lots of beach towels, chairs, and coolers. Beds were comfortable and so was the living room furniture. I would definitely stay here again! It’s a great walking beach.

Relaxing week

Great location on the beach. Perfect ocean view and beautiful sunrises. Saw dolphins many mornings. Walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. Kitchen adequately stocked - although we didn’t cook any meals. Communication was excellent. Enjoyed our stay and would return to this rental!

Beautiful spot at Amelia Island

We had the best time at this condo! The BEST sunrise over the ocean I have ever seen- right from our balcony. Thankful for the beach towels and chairs they provided. My only suggestion would be to get a Keurig instead of a regular coffee maker (but that’s just my preference!) 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone!

Another great stay

This was our second time staying in this condo. We love the location… beach front and a close drive to all the great restaurants in downtown Fernandina. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in the condo and it was so easy to get out to the beach with our three children. We appreciated the chairs and boogie board provided in the unit. Will probably be back in the future!

Great Florida getaway place.

Everything was as promised. The views from the dining area and living room were wonderful. We watched the sunrise over the water every morning while having our morning coffee. The rooms were very clean and all the amenities worked. It was an easy, quick walk to get to the beach, and the stores and restaurants in the area were good and close by. All in all we enjoyed our first ever visit to Florida in the winter and would definitely rent this condo again if given the chance.

Very nice but small for a family of five

The property was very clean and nicely furnished but definitely more suited to a family of four, not five. Lovely view and good access to the beach and walking distance to local restaurant and playground/basketball court/skatepark which was nice. The only downside was that it was tight for a family of five and there is very little room for storing clothes or for putting your empty suitcases.

Wake to a beautiful sunrise.

We loved the layout and decor of the condo. We spent a lot of time on the balcony in morning and evening enjoying the sound of the surf. We are in our 70’s so the only thing I would advise to bring for the beach is full size chairs because the low profile beach chairs provided are too hard to sit in and rise out of. Otherwise, the unit is super stocked with supplies and cooking provisions. Loved our stay.

Peaceful, relaxing location

Our long weekend on Amelia Island coincided with a cold front and the NFL playoffs, so we had plenty of time to nestle in and enjoy the property. First, the VIEW!! Truly breathtaking. We made sure we didn't miss a single sunrise and it didn't disappoint. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked. And, the tv and living area was comfortable and suitable for wild card weekend. Definitely recommend this rental.

Awesome ocean views!

Cute and comfortable condo furnished in a beachy cottage style. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and kitchen was adequately stocked with cookware. Right on the beach and we also enjoyed swimming in the pool. Convenient washer dryer, Wi-Fi, and comfortable furnishings. Condo also stocked with detergents and cleaning supplies. We enjoyed watching sunrises from our balcony every morning. The only negative is that the condo was not as clean as it could’ve been. Tile floors and tile shower could use a good scrubbing and cleaning under furniture is in order. Other than that would consider returning again. The owner Lisa was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful and informative.

Beach Vacation

Property is in a great location. Convenient 1st floor and parking. View of ocean just splendid. Tons of beach towels and a couple of chairs were very much appreciated. Check in was not good. They have a policy to NOT give any info until morning of arrival and because of an emergency never received anything until 1:30 p.m that day. It was very nerve wracking not hearing anything. That must be changed as VRBO policy is 48 hrs check in info should be given. Some items like tissues, paper towels, kitchen wash clothes not provided. A little wipe down of certain areas could have been better. Dirty light switches, bathroom wall with streaks, bathroom drain needed to be fixed. Just small things that cleaning crew could improve on. It did not diminish how much we enjoyed being there though. Would definitely stay again. Once checked in Ritu was in great communication.

Beautiful View, Convenient Location

The condo was great. It needs a good deep cleaning but other than that it was very tidy and well kept. The condo had several amenities that most beach condos would not have: dish washer detergent, laundry detergent, coffee filters, salt & pepper, olive oil, and other odds and ends. These were a pleasant surprise. The parking situation is a bit of a nightmare and the owner will not help you with this. As I told the owner when we reached out inquiring about the property, we were staying at the condo with our adult children. Adult children come with vehicles but we were not warned that there would not be parking for them. The property only had one parking spot for the condo and 4 guest parking spots for the whole building. The guest parking spots were roped off. Both the office and the owner recommended we park at a beach access public location. However, all signs indicated that no parking was allowed over night, or they would be towed. We ended up having to park our extra vehicles at Walmart which is 2 miles away.
