家は、キッチンとリビングルームの下にある三重の家です（リビングルームには35 m2あります）。 1階には、部屋の1つ（17 m2）、フルバスルーム、小さな社交トイレがあります。 2階には、他に2つの部屋（14m2と11m2）ともう1つの浴室があります。
各部屋に2つのシングルベッドが設置されており、ダブルベッドとしても準備できます。 エキストラベッドも2つあり、合計8人を収容できます。
家は、リスボン旧市街の「プラサダスフローレス」近くの議会（1階の部屋の小さなバルコニーから見える）に近い非常に静かな通りにあります。 「バイロアルト」から8分（歩いて）、植物園から10分、「キアード」から15分、そして反対方向に-国立古代美術館（エルボスコのトリプティクがある場所）から聖アンソニーの。」

Old town charm

Had a fabulous stay in Lisbon in this property. Once we got our bearings, lots of great restaurants close by and the tram down to the water front. Love to come back again.

Central Lisbon

Three women friends enjoyed our stay here for three weeks. No car is needed. As long as you are fit you can walk to tram, Metro, train and bus. There are numerous small groceries, restaurants, and cafe/bakeries nearby. The house is on a small quiet street. It is well equipped and the owners are very responsive to any needs or questions. It is an old house without central heat but there are heaters in the living room, each bedroom and bathroom. In February we used the heaters and it was fine.

Perfect location, lots of space

We loved staying here. The place is much more spacious than you would usually find in this area. The location was perfect! We were able to walk short distances throughout the neighborhood and enjoy the local restaurants and bars. And the owner was very responsive and helpful to work with. Highly recommended!

Cosy house in centre of lissabon

Very nice clean and cosy house in centre of lissabom. Good communication with owner. I really reccomend this place for a nice stay

Een eigen huisje in centrum Lissabon

Gezellig, en ruim huisje in een relatief rustig straatje, zeer charmant. Alles in orde, goed uitgeruste, ruime keuken. Bedden wat hard. Twee badkamers, helaas zonder mogelijkheid de douchekop op te hangen.

Awesome neighbourhood

The property was a somewhat tired, historic multi-plex, a bit on the gloomy side but beds were clean and comfortable and street is quiet and safe. The owner was gracious and very accomodating and helpful. The neighbourhood was amazing, fabulous restaurants, stores and entertainment just one street over.

Underbar lägenhet belägen centralt, men ändå lugnt. Lägenheten är bra utrustad med redskap och maskiner. Bra restauranger i närområdet. Nära till spårvagnslinje 28. Ett tips, ha skor med bra sulorde äldre delarna är backiga med stenläggning

Nice and cosy

Was a very comfortable house. We could use all devices in the kitchen which was really helpful. The streets in lissabon are pretty noisy so the apartments in the center area are not to recommend for sensitive sleepers. the public transport and connection to the place was late and you are faster by walking to the main stations by your self, but i guess it is a general problem in lissabon. Within 15min walk you can actually find everything you need, trainstations, shops, supermarket and the city center. The house owner was nice and supporting. We had a good time as a group and enjoyed the place,

Nice house in Lisbon

We were a group of 5 travelling to Lisbon. The house had plenty of room and all the basics we needed. Francisco showed us around the neighborhood and pointed out their family's favorites, which was great. The location was great!

Schöne Wohnung im Bairro Alto Lissabon

Der Äussere Eindruck täuscht und wir waren von der Wohnung sehr positiv überrascht. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichetet. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und auch weiterempfehlen da wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Man bekommt in der näheren Umgebung alles was man zum Leben benötigt.

Lovely authentic feel house in convenient location

House was like a tardis! Looked tiny and quaint from the outside but inside plenty of room for at least six people to stay in comfort. Beautifully cool in the hot Lisbon weather we had in the last week of May. It is on a hill and there are lots of stairs in common with most of Lisbon so would be challenging for anyone with mobility problems. We loved wandering around the old parts of town making surprising discoveries at every turn.

Lovely house in Lisbon

I stayed for a week with 2 friends and we were very happy with the house. It is spacious, very clean and has all facilities and amenities available. There are lovely bars and restaurants within a short walk, as well as the famous 28 tram. Other buses, metros and Lisbon centre are all within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this property.

Large and comfortable home

The ground floor has a great kitchen (with a dishwasher and a washer/dryer!), dining and living room. The next floor has a large bedroom, closet, and bathroom - with an additional half bath at the top of the stairs. The top floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Francisco met us at the house and gave a tour of the neighborhood. Two couples shared this house and really enjoyed it!

Loved having a nice cozy place to come home to at the end of the day. Conveniently located for access to the sites whether walking or bus. Only complaint is the water pressure in the 2nd floor bathtub. Otherwise 5⭐️

Stay in the old town house in Lisbon

The house is in a great central location, in the beautiful old part of town, close to the # 28 Tram connecting fast to the center. The host and especially his sister are great, very helpfu, guided us in the area and gave much info. for the city - always avail by E Mail. The house is beautiful in its old style, a bit dark but that is the style. All conveniences are avail. nothing missing, just the coffee machine is two small for more than one person. Die Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus war ein Traum. Sehr zentral gelegen, man kommt von dort aus überall schnell hin. Wir kamen abends sehr spät an, dennoch wurden wir vom Gastgeber freundlich und persönlich empfangen, alles war perfekt. Danke für diesen erholsamen Urlaub.

Great house

The house is very nicely furnished, very clean, in a charming neighborhood. The owners are extremly helpful. Miguel notified us before our trip that the taxis are on strike and arranged for a pick up from the airport. Francisco met us at the house and spent a lot of time showing us around, telling us a bit about the history of the house and giving us great advice. His wife who we talked to on the phone was equally helpful. The neighborhood has several restaurants and stores. We even found a small antique store nearby. A small breakfast/lunch place called Copenhagen was our favorite. It also sold great bread. Just bring comfy walking shoes. Lisbon is build on 7 hills do you will be always walking up or down a hill. It was very hot when we were there so we used uber a lot.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Altstadt von Lissabon

Das Haus war sehr schön! Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war vorhanden, von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern (was vorher klar war), aber auch Gästehandtücher, Seife und Handtücher und Spültücher in der Küche. Man braucht im Prinzip nichts mitzubringen, und was evtl. doch noch fehlt, kann man ja kaufen (fußläufige Supermärkte in der Nähe). Für Allergiker könnte ein Problem sein, dass im Wohnbereich ein wenig Schimmel ist. Mich hat es nicht gestört, aber einige meiner Mitreisenden schon. In den Schlafbereichen im oberen Bereich war dies aber wohl überhaupt kein Problem. Man ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Baixa und im Bairro Alto, also alles kein Problem! Aber man muss natürlich schon bedenken, dass Lissabon sehr hügelig ist und daher viel auf und ab! Wenn man von zu Hause aus gern gut essen gehen möchte: Aus der Haustür raus. 20 Meter links nach unten an der Ecke: Einfach, günstig, saulecker ,wenn man Fisch oder gegilltes Fleisch möchte! Wenn man natürlich was Gediegeneres mit mehr Atmosphäre haben möchte, ist dies nicht nicht die richtige Adresse. Es war sehr voll in Lissabon. Also, wenn man bestimmte Sachen unbedingt sehen möchte, vielleichjt vorher was reservieren!

gemütlich und zentral

Bereits vom ersten Kontakt lief alles perfekt. Die Übergaben waren sehr zuverlässig und wir wurden von sehr freundlichen Gastgebern empfangen, obwohl es schon nach Mitternacht war. Die Unterkunft ist sehr authentisch und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einladend und wir haben uns gleich heimisch gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, so dass wir mehrfach am Tag in die Altstadt gehen konnten. Sollten wir erneut nach Lissabon kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder in diese Wohnung kommen. Herzlichen Dank nochmals an die Vermieter, dass wir so wunderbare Tage bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Beste Wünsche aus Hamburg, Deutschland.
