2つのテラス、1つは南への露出をカバーしました。

Great house

Great house that suited our requirements. Great location with easy access to local amenities and to main routes around the island. The house provided everything we needed as a couple with a young child. It was spacious and great outside space also. Would stay here again if returning to area!

Lovely property…

The property had everything we could have wanted. Lots of little extras like dishwasher and washing machine tablets, herbs and spices and a welcome bottle of local wine with locally made biscuits.It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Peaceful relaxing comfortable spot

Accurately described, spotlessly clean and well equipped. We had a really warm welcome from the owners who provided lots of information. A quiet spot with all amenities within walking distance. We had a great time exploring the island by bike and the house was the perfect base. The enclosed sheltered pretty garden was a real treat.

Review

Nice house, spacious garden with seating. shops and bicycle rental in the nearby area. For a family with adult children, the beds are not optimal, a bit small. There is a folding bed for a 2nd adult.

Lovely holiday home in quiet part of Îl de Re

The house is clearly a beloved holiday home that is well taken care of and tastefully decorated. There was plenty of space for the four of us and we made good use of the little garden as well. The kitchen has everything one needs to cook a decent dinner. The house itself is situated in the lovely quiet town of Saint-Marie-de-Re and our hosts offered plenty of tips for getting around, where to shop and eat etc. Some great beaches are in easy cycling distance - no need to take the car at all. We spent a very happy two weeks here! Merci beaucoup!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The house seems newly renovated and all equipment is high end quality. Induction cooking, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso coffee machine, hot water kettle, television, etc. Also the bed was the right hardness and high quality. The living/dining room is huge and stays cool even at heat times. We loved the terrace with a roof as it allows for shadow all the day. Sitting on the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful garden with all the flowers. The garden is very private due to the high wall towards the street. However the street is very quiet anyways. There is also a private parking lot in the front garden behind a big gate. Bakery and little market are 5 min walk, supermarket is 10 min walk, so all very convenient. The communication with the owner is very nice and possible in English. So all in all perfect holidays.

Nous avons bcp apprécié nos vacances à Sainte-Marie et plus généralement sur l'ile. Nous avions à disposition tout ce dont nous avions besoin dans la maison. Le salon est spacieux et la terrasse agréable le soir pour dîner. La communication avec l'hôte et les modalités d'arrivées et de départ sont très claires et appréciables

Nous avons passés 2 semaines très agréables. La maison nous a très bien plu, tout est comme décrit. 5 minutes á pied jusqu‘á la place centrale avec un bon boulanger et les halles: parfait.

Séjour très agréable chez Claudie et Guy. La maison est très bien agencée et très propre. La cuisine ouverte, toute neuve, possède tous les équipements nécessaires. Le petit jardin et la cour sont vraiment un plus pour pouvoir profiter d’une place de parking et permettre à des enfants de jouer en toute sécurité. Nous avons rarement louer une location aussi agréable. Nous recommandons vivement.

Jolie maison très bien placée

La maison est typique de l’île de Ré. Elle est bien équipée et située dans un environnement calme. A 3 minutes à pied du centre bourg et des commodités, elle est idéalement placée. Nous y avons passé une semaine très agréable. Le contact avec les propriétaires et la personne chargée de l’accueil est excellent.

Nous recommandons sans hésiter

Logement très bien équipé, situé au calme dans le joli village de sainte Marie. A 20 minutes à pied de la mer. Commerces et marchés très proche à pied. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette agréable maison, et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Des vacances de rêve

Une semaine à visiter les villages de l'île à vélo, en partant d'un havre de paix idéalement situé. Le logement est "simple" mais tout le nécessaire y est. La terrasse arrière est parfaitement aménagée pour y passer d'agréables soirées. Nous y reviendrons sans doute.

Séjour reposant à Sainte Marie de Ré

Maison charmante , fonctionnelle, d'une propreté irréprochable ,située dans une venelle au calme ( séjour en septembre). La terrasse fleurie sur jardin plein Sud est très agréable , murs clos, sans vis à vis . Beau salon de jardin , transats à disposition , il ne manque rien . Les sanitaires sont récents , et le radiateur de la salle de bain appréciable pour les matinées fraiches de septembre .. Literie confortable . Accès rapide à toutes les villes de Ré ,petits commerces de proximité à pied . Remise en forme assurée pour reprendre le travail !
