Fantastic Villa

The villa is absolutely lovely and very impressive. Had everything we needed. In a lovely area close enough to Cala de bou to the shops/ restaurant and only a short 30 min walk to San Antonio. Would definitely visit again! Thanks to Mariela who was a wonderful host.

Excellent Villa and wonderful owners

Just returned from a weeks stay and want to go back already!! The villa is immaculate, spacious and beautifully decorated Massive warm pool and plenty of outside space to relax, eat and drink The location is perfect in a small private estate 5 mins walk from shops, restaurants and bars 30 min walk into the main town or a quick 5min boat ride across the harbour. I really recommend Thanks again to the owners for letting us stay

Beautiful Villa!

Met with the lovely owners on arrival and everything was brilliant. The villa is beautiful, clean, tidy and so spacious. We could not have asked for any further kitchen amenities as the cupboards were full of cleaning products etc. Plenty of cutlery and plates etc for 8 of us. The pool is a good size for everyone to have a decent swim and a good depth. All of the sunbeds and space around the pool was perfect for us to spread out and eat al fresco comfortably. Location wise we needed cars to explore the island and get supplies from the supermarket, but Lidl is close by and everywhere is easy to drive to. San Antoni is also walking distance in about 40 mins. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return to the villa sometime in the future. Thankyou Can Rin & Mariela!

Amazing house just a lot of building work happening next door

The house is amazing it truly is, it’s even better in the flesh. We enjoyed our stay and visit Ibiza every year. Sadly, and I think the owners should point this out, there is constant building works going on at a house adjacent and it really spoiled villa experience. . We could not enjoy the villa the way we should have. From 8am to 7pm 6 days per week.constant drilling and major building works. It’s a shame as the house and location are great. It’s in a quiet area which just made things worse I suppose. Other than the noise it was perfect for our families and a lovely villa. I would definitely stay again subject to no building works.

Book with caution

the house was as described, good location. However, the owners are condescending and will try to do everything in their power to keep your deposit from lies, exaggerations and non truths. So stay for convenience in real time, but pay for nonsense after. Oh, make sure you take before AND after videos of everything because they will make things up. Last point - they will ask you to pay security deposit in cash off platform and a cleaning fee. We managed to get Vrbo to hold the security the deposit but the cleaning fee was non-negotiable. They threatened to cancel our booking 72hrs before our checkin if we didn’t agree to have the cash. 1min late checkout isn’t possible - they swarmed the house ushering us out like we were thieves in the night.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus in guter Lage

Das Ferienhaus zeichnet sich v.a. durch Sauberkeit aus. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, liebevoll gestaltet und gut durchdacht. Der Kontakt wurde bereits vor der Abreise von der Mieterin initiiert, Check-in und Check-out waren problemlos. Die Gegend um die Villa ist angenehm und ruhig zum Schlafen. Geschäfte, Strand und Restaurants sind in 10 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen.

La estancia ha sido maravillosa, Mariela y Juan encantadores, la casa es tal cual se muestra en fotos. Hemos pasado unos grandes días en familia. Además nos dejaron salir mas tarde de la hora habitual porque nuestro vuelo era de noche.

Rundum 5 Sterne. Angefangen mit der Kommunikation im Vorfeld per WhatsApp, die persönliche herzliche Begrüßung Vorort, das wunderschöne Haus mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, die schöne ruhige Lage und trotzdem überall schnell mit dem Auto. Heel mooi, schoon huis en goede locatie

We kregen een heel warm ontvangst van Mariela en partner. Het huis was schoon, fris en alles aanwezig. Was voor onze groep 6 dames helemaal top!!!! Op loopafstand van een boulevard met wat winkels en restaurants. Er was ook een garage voor de huurauto en we zaten ongeveer 20 tot 25 min van ibiza-stad en alle leuke baaitjes. We hebben er 6 heerlijke dagen gehad.
