Marie-France is a lovely woman, I wish she were my mom! She was so supportive of this crazy American immigrating to Spain! Miguel is a rockstar! On my second day, I managed to lock myself out of the apartment leaving my dog locked inside! Oh boy. He was brilliant coming to my rescue! It’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to Torremolinos Center, but just around the corner are a few restaurants and shops that were convenient for my needs. Also it’s close to the park, which my dog enjoyed visiting! I loved being able to sit on the terrace with my coffee or a cocktail and seeing the sea! I wish I could have stayed longer.

Apartment alto

The apartment was very high and far away from the sea. It needs some love cleaning and attention. The indoor pool ect were closed for summer it would have been nice to be told and the price dropped £10 a night after i booked when youre there 60 nights that stings a lot!

Wij zijn daar verbleven van 30 september 2023 tot 13 januari 2024 . Twee senioren met een klein hond

Het was een groot appartement , grote woonkamer en keuken en twee slaapkamers, eventueel slaapbank in de huiskamer en twee badkamers , met 3 balkons en een grote privé tuin . Het was daar prima vertoeven. Wat wij ook fijn vonden was dat er geen inkijk was in het appartement zelf, een vrij uitzicht richting zee . Onze hond heeft genoten van de privé tuin , die volledig was afgesloten. Ook de zwembaden die bij het complex aanwezig waren , heerlijk genieten . Soms was je daar alleen en had je een privé zwembad , niet iedereen maakt er gebruik van . Voor al onze vragen en hulp konden wij altijd terecht , zowel bij de eigenaresse via mail of de contactpersoon ter plekke. Alles wat nodig is voor een verblijf of lang verblijf is aanwezig. Het is net of je thuis bent . En dan ook nog een tuinman, die de tuin voor je verzorgt. De afstand zowel naar het treinstation als naar het centrum van torremolinos was gelijk . De trein en treinstation waren letterlijk dichtbij . Boodschappen gedaan bij Carrefour . We hebben daar heerlijk genoten en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar . Bedankt dat wij zo’n leuke tijd hebben gehad in Torremolinos.

Overwinteren in Torremolinos

Appartement ligt gunstig t.o. van Carihuela en alle andere stranden, her treinstation ( ideaal om bv naar Malaga te gaan) , supermarkten en Torremolinos centrum. Appartement is wel wat gedateerd, in ons geval niet erg aangezien de hond mee was, en in de winter 's avonds en 's nachts behoorlijk koud! Het terras is fantastisch! We konden de meeste dagen 's ochtend buiten ontbijten

A splendid apartment.

We spent our vacation in this very clean, pleasant and comfortable apartment. It is locate within a walking distance of 10-20 minutes from stores , downtown area and a railway station. In many beautiful sunny days we enjoyed very much in its wide balcony which has beautiful plants and the view of blue sea. The host and manager were very welcoming and thoughtful . We had a wonderful holiday. This apartment is highly recommended.

Good value apartment

Very nice 2 bedroom ground floor apt with 3 balconies and a private garden in a very secure complex. 2 pools and surrounding gardens. Under 5mins from montemar train station and about 15mins walk to a huge Carrefour. Was about 20 mins to carihuela beach front which passed battery park. Communication with owner and her friend who showed us to apartment could not be faulted. A taxi was arranged for 430am to the airport which was a welcome relief. All in all I would recommend this as somewhere for a family of 4 or a group of friends as beds were singles. Would definitely stay again. 😀

Buen sitio para alojarse

La vivienda es cómoda y esta muy bien, hay detalles mejorables pero en general el alojamiento merece la pena. Las piscinas que tiene son una pasada y no están muy concurridas, las hemos aprovechado al máximo. La pena es la excesiva distancia con la playa, aunque se puede ir en coche aparcar es muy difícil.

Bel appartement qui a besoin d'amour.

Nous avons habité cet appartement du 15 janvier au 10 avril. Très grand appartement bien équipé et surtout bien orienté pour le soleil avec une grande terrasse à l’abri des vents dominants. Situé un peu loin de la mer, mais très calme avec un grand jardin privé. Malheureusement, l’appartement était très sale lors de notre arrivée. Le mobilier est quelque peu vétuste et les fauteuils très inconfortables. Il faut éviter de louer cet appartement en hiver, car il est impossible à chauffer convenablement malgré les calorifères d’appoint. En conséquence, le coût de l’électricité pendant cette période est très élevé et fait en sorte de rendre ce logement beaucoup plus dispendieux que d’autres logements équivalents à proximité. La propriétaire a été cependant très affable et compréhensive.

Pour répondre à la remarque sur le chauffage, il faut savoir que cet hiver a été anormalement froid et pluvieux en Andalousie, région où l'on est peu habitués à utiliser le chauffage central. Les radiateurs électriques avaient été suffisants jusqu'à présent. En fait, le coût supplémentaire de l'électricité a été de 3,49 € par jour. Des réparations sont prévues pour éviter la déperdition de chaleur: il suffira de boucher les grilles d'aération de la cuisine en hiver. Enfin, pour la suite, soyez assurés qu'un nouveau service de nettoyage sera requis et mis en place.

Grand et pratique.

Grand appartement et bien placer, hormis un peu loin de la mer à pied, mais vite rendu en voiture. Terrasse spacieuse, calme et bien orienté. Sejour très agréable avec 2 superbes piscines dans un terrain très bien arboré et entretenu. Propriétaire à l'écoute.

Preis-Leistungssieger - groß und recht zentral

Große Fewo bequem für 4 Personen geeignet! Liegt in einer etwas älteren Anlage, dort sind 2 gepflegte Außenpools und auch eine Tiefgarage zur Benutzung. Einen sehr kleinen Innenpool und eine Tischtennisplatte habe ich auch entdeckt. Zum Supermarkt und zur Innenstadt sind es je nur 10 Gehminuten, zum Strand eher 15-20. Die Ausstattung ist reichlich, und von mittlerer Qualität. Innen und außen sind reichlich Sizgelegenheiten vorhanden. Auch ein kleiner Garten gehört zur Fewo. Nicht verheimlichen sollte man die U-Bahn, die direkt am Gelände vorbeiführt und zwar nicht die ganze Nacht, aber doch schon recht früh fährt. Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt, und würden die Wohnung auch wieder buchen.

The apart was OK, not the best, the fridge was very smelly of fish, my husband cleaned it but the smell lasted the full week, no English speaking TV ,we had to wait in all day to get our deposit back at 6 pm so we lost that day, the apartment is a 25 min walk to the centre and we are not very good on our legs,the chairs are not very comfor table, and the settee was a put me up bed ,overall we would not go back needs up dating,it was very cold and the oil heater kept tripping the lights so we had no heating

Superb apartment with a private patio

This apartment is very convenient for a family with small children: several terraces, two bathrooms, a private patio. Quiet location, good neighbors, parking. 500m radius you will find everything: Hypermarket, supermarkets, boutiques, sports grounds, park, subway stations. From the apartment door to the center of Malaga it took us 30 minutes to get there. The apartment accumulated valuable collection of books, which is really worth to see. We vacationed in the winter, and in the evenings a lot of fun pampering in Roman bath or a sauna. The guests were greeted by a very funny lady Mercedes. Best wishes to her and the owner Marie-France Chapou.

Un excellent séjour

Un appartement très agréable grâce notamment aux terrasses et au beau jardin qui permettent de prendre les repas en extérieur et de profiter du soleil. Des commerces à proximité mais la plage est un peu éloignée pour s'y rendre à pieds (environ 1km300). Nous avons été déçus de ne pas pouvoir profiter du jacuzzi et du sauna qui n'étaient pas en service sachant que ces équipements ont contribué à notre choix pour cette location.

Merci pour votre appréciation favorable dans l'ensemble. Il est vrai que la situation dominante de l'appartement, si elle permet une jolie vue sur la mer, oblige en revanche à marcher un peu si l'on n'utilise pas la voiture. Je profiterai de votre commentaire pour préciser dans mon annonce que le jacuzzi et le sauna fonctionnent en hiver, en alternance avec les piscines ouvertes à la bonne saison (printemps, été, automne).

Un véritable chez-soi en Espagne

Un bel appartement spacieux et bien éclairé, un espace-jardin individuel, la proximité des commerces et de la station de train, autant d'atouts qui font de cette location une adresse à retenir. Le complexe locatif où est situé l'appartement est aussi très agréable avec ses deux piscines et un aménagement paysager remarquable.

"Event the flat is not so close to the town center, the apartment and the conditions are great (2 swimming pools in the complex, interior garden,etc). It is an ideal apartment for groups of 4 or 6 friends!"
