We had a wonderful stay at Javier's apartment. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed with many of the things you would expect in a vacation rental. I could easily see myself coming back again and again with friends or family. We enjoyed the views of the beach and horizon every morning and every night from the living room and covered patio, and the proximity too the beach was wonderful. Had we come in the busy season, I'm sure the pool and other property amenities would have been perfect. Javier was also very friendly and welcoming from start to finish, with wonderful recommendations for dining.

Great apartment. Clean, spacious and in a central location with secure entry to the grounds so we felt very safe. The garden and pool areas are very well kept and it’s just a short walk to the beach. Large supermarket just outside of the complex. Host communication was excellent and met us at the property to check in/out. Will return in future.

We had a lovely time in a well equipped high standard apartment with great sea views.The gardens are well kept and the pool is really big with plenty of loungers and a restaurant/bar.The seafront with all bars and restaurants is a short walk but still far away from any noise.

Great place to stay!!

The apartment was exactly as advertised. , Close to the beach and the main shopping street .The area is very easy to walk. We were there for 19 days and had a great stay.

Fantastic apartment

Fantastic apartment as described by host Javier.Javier was brilliant and contacts you immediately after booking and talks you through everything. His son met us at the main gate to give us the keys and show us around the apartment.It is on the 13th floor accessible by two lifts, never really had to wait long to get a lift. The views are stunning!The pool is massive and warm! You get pool passes given to you and you present these on entry.Positives-ViewsCleanliness Fast internetAirconLess than 10min drive from Malaga airportFacilities everything you needNegatives-First time we’ve stayed this far up (normally Benelmadina) it’s not as busy as other places but we liked that, there’s just about enough restaurants.We didn’t mind it not being that busy and we were probably only a handful of British on the site which for us was nice.

Spacious and bright

Lovely spacious and bright apartment. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of cleaning and laundry products available. Terrace had a lovely view of sea and pool. Although a very large complex with high rise apartments didn't feel crowded with lots of well maintained garden space. Nicest pool ever, huge and not cold. Restaurant at pool reasonably priced with decent food. A very secure complex also, close to supermarkets and restaurants.

Beautiful apartment in Torremolinos

This apartment, located on the waterfront about 10-15 mins walk from Torremolinos centre is a little gem of a find! The apartment is in a complex of tower blocks which are all gated. The grounds are beautifully maintained and within the complex there is a lovely swimming pool, tennis courts, mini golf and table tennis tables. The apartment itself is beautiful and was very well presented. Everything was catered for and the hosts were very accomodating throughout the whole process from the initial booking. I would highly recommend this for a family instead of expensive hotels. We will definitely use this again if we go back to Torremolinos.

Fabulous Owner and Condo

I can’t say enough about Javier, he is very friendly, very helpful and extremely prompt in returning messages. The condo is exactly as the pictures show. It is spacious and bright, and I love the fact you can open the windows on the balcony or close them, depending on the weather very great feature. Amazing views through every window and equipped with everything you need and more. The location was fantastic! A 5 min walk to the grocery store less than 10 to the beach 15 minutes walk to the train station or town central. A truly beautiful property!! Thank you Javier!

Fantastic apartment

This apartment is a fantastic find. A spacious, immaculately clean, 3 bedroom apartment; located 5 minutes away from the beach, supermarket and a great selection of restaurants. It was also a very short journey from the airport by taxi, so absolutely no need for a car. The communal areas with this apartment block are fantastic. So well maintained and very safe, they can only be used by residents. We spent most of our time near the children’s pool, which was fenced in and had a play area right next to it. Similarly the adult pool was great, with a restaurant too. The children could not use toys or inflatables in the adult pool, but this was allowed in the children’s pool. Which actually kept the adult pool as a more relaxed area which was great! This apartment and the location of the beach and restaurants made it the perfect holiday for our family with young children.

Facilité de communication avec l’hôte. Le logement est représentatif des photos et possède toute les facilités. Très bien situé : plage, supermarché, gares de train de “Torremolinos” tout comme celle de “La Collina”. Le terrain du complexe est immense et on y retrouve même un petit restaurant annexé à la piscine principale.

Nous avons loué cet appartement une semaine à la fin février, tout est parfait pour profiter des environs de Torremolinos. Le propriétaire est accueillant et ponctuel, le site est propre et sécuritaire, l’appartement est spacieux et bien meublé. Je le recommande sans hésiter.
