The beach service provider is a 3rd party company that we work closely with and we were not aware this had occurred. We have looked into the washer/dryer issues you have mentioned but could not find any issues with either appliance. We’re so sorry that your experience did not match your expectations. Don- Thank you for the review. We love the Adagio! It is such a beautiful complex with fantastic amenities. Not to mention that beach! We hope you tried the some of our favorite restaurants in Seaside. Sometimes it is just too difficult to pick. Please come back and visit again soon. See you at the beach!
