エレベーター付きの古い邸宅の最上階にある市内中心部に位置する140 m2のロフトを設計します。 激しい一日を過ごした後、リラックスして暖かい生活を提供します。

アパートメントの両側（北と南）に2つの大きな日当たりの良いテラスがあり、雄大なサンジュスト大聖堂の反対側にあり、マッシフデラクラペの景色を眺めることができます。
私たちのテラスは食前酒を作り、南部の人々によく知られている地域の良いヴィンテージとプランチャを味わうことができます。

このロフトには2つの大きなベッドルーム（それぞれ北側のテラスを見下ろす）、フル装備のデザイナーオープンキッチンがあり、ゲストとして歴史的なセントジャスト大聖堂とリビングルームで食事を共有できます。
また、広々としたイタリア式シャワーと2つのシンクを備えた広いバスルームがあります。 WCは独立しています。
必要なすべてのランジェリーサービスを提供します。

ロフトの下のフロアは日中はオフィススタッフで占められており、夕方にはだれも静かに過ごせません。

電車でお越しの場合は、駅まで徒歩5分でお迎えできます。

Nice place to stay

Our view of the cathedral

Enjoyable stay at a comfortable rather funky apartment. It was the best provisioned VRBO we have ever stayed in. Our host, Henri, was very helpful in all communications and especially in our arrival and getting settled.

Spacious, quiet flat

Lovely private terraces with fantastic views. Extremely helpful host. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Narbonne is a charming town with a glorious food market just a pleasant short walk from the flat. Very relaxing stay.

We were thrilled with this Vrbo. We loved the amount of space. We had a 2-bedroom apartment all to ourselves as well as two terraces, which had incredible views. It was beautifully decorated and had a large well-equipped kitchen. Our host, Henri, was very helpful, friendly, and responsive. He warmly greeted us and gave us a thorough tour of the apartment, allowing us to clarify anything in-person. I can't imagine how it could have been any better. We hope to come back to this Vrbo someday in the lovely, quaint town of Narbonne.

Wonderful Two Weeks in Narbonne!

My husband and I stayed her for two weeks while our daughter completed a French immersion program in Montpellier. We could not have picked a better place! Truthfully, the pictures do not do it justice-- the property is fabulous. It's large, spacious, air-conditioned, has a wonderfully built-out kitchen, and probably the very best view of the Cathedral in all Narbonne. And the town is wonderful. It's quiet but there's plenty to do and see. There are fabulous restaurants everywhere. It was really hard leaving. Of all the Vrbo's I have rented over the years, this one is probably at the very top of the list.

This is a fabulous apartment with a real "wow" factor on the terrace - stunning view of the Cathedral. The host, Henri, is generous to a fault and the wonderful works of art, touches of humour and innovation testify to his generosity of spirit. There was nothing found wanting; the kitchen is equipped with every appliance known to man and an extensive array of crockery makes this "home from home" a very pleasant stay. The bathroom has the biggest shower and there are quirky architectural touches throughout which will delight the observant. The location couldn't be better. Thank you so much, Henri for your welcoming service and for making our stay so memorable.

Ideal location in the city

We very much enjoyed our stay as the apartment which was very close to all amenities in Narbonne. Henri, our host, was very friendly and helpful and arranged secure parking just across the road. Unfortunately the weather was disappointing but we still managed to relax and eat out on the terrace on occasions.

Cool appartement with best view

Smooth check-in thanks to Henry. Everything is high quality and comfortable. House is very quiet and neighbourhood is nice. Very short ways to everything. Only remark is that inside the appartement will hear each other.

Largr comfortable flat near ce ter

Very nice top floor flat (with lift plus one set of stairs to the top floor) overlooking the cathedral. Industrial chic meets mid-century modern. All amenities, including new appliances. Henri was a great host. Can't wait to go back.

Spectacular loft in downtown Narbonne

We stayed at Henri’s modern loft with an industrial vibe from 15 - 19 May, 2024. The apartment/loft is very spacious, clean, and with all the accoutrements you would expect at home! The deck/balconies on the North and South sides of the loft were wonderful and provided a lovely cross breeze! Henri was delightful and so welcoming. He met us outside the parking garage and then escorted us to the apartment, providing a great overview of all of the apartment’s features. His English is far better than our French 👍. We recommend this apartment highly as a home base for all that is Languedoc!

A Wonderful base in Narbonne

Four of us spent a thoroughly enjoyable week here. The flat is spacious and comfortable, with terraces on either side providing plenty of outdoor space and a welcome through breeze. The decor was interesting and the kitchen and bathroom were exceptionally spacious. The views of the cathedral, especially at twilight, with jackdaws wheeling around the towers, were stunning. Would definitely visit again. Henri was really helpful for all our queries and even met us at the train station to bring us to the nearby flat in person. Narbonne is a beautiful, low-key town and we hired bikes or took buses to explore the region - we even swam at Gruissan Plage in October due to the very sunny weather. All in all, a great holiday

Great location and very quiet

We chose this apartment on the basis of location and quietness and were not disappointed by that. We liked Henri, the owner, who greeted us very warmly and gave us details to contact him any time. There are a few things to mention. Only my husband and I rented the apartment but had there been others with us the bedrooms lacked privacy due to louvre style sliding doors, hung on the wall, not in the frame and one didn't close properly. The style of the property with concrete flooring was quite industrial. The shower area in particular. We liked the balconies. I'm British and never slept on such peculiar shaped pillows before- they were large and square which took up a lot of the bed. The bed linen was not to my taste (brownish fabric) and would suggest Henri changes to crisp white cotton sheets and pillow cases :) Be aware lift goes to 3rd floor and you have to walk up to 4th floor.

Absolutely Superb Accommodation

Henri was the perfect host and he went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. If contacted, his response was immediate. The apartment was immaculate. The two large balconies provided us with a perfect place to enjoy the beautiful scenery while dining or relaxing after long days of exploring. This apartment is the only one in the building so, consequently, it was very quiet. The kitchen had a huge gas stove with an electric oven and a full sized fridge, microwave and toaster oven. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, dishes, utensils and a marvellous coffee maker. The bedrooms were large and bright and both opened onto one of the balconies. The bathroom had two sinks, a wonderful walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Wifi, and a large television and sound system were available in the living area. Air conditioners were available in both bedrooms plus the main part of the house. The washer and drying rack were well used. The apartment was perfectly located and we could walk to the train station in 5 minutes and to the downtown area with all of the shops and restaurants in 10 minutes. This apartment was perfect for us and we would like to thank Henri for helping to make our stay in Narbonne perfect!

Stylish loft in the centre of Narbonne

My husband and I have just spent a wonderful week in this apartment in Narbonne. Having driven from the Airport, we were met in town by Henri who guided us by car to the apartment. He had arranged parking for us in advance in the secure car park across the road. The apartment, which is on the top floor of a quiet building and has a lift with some stairs to the very top floor, is located very close to the centre of Narbonne. It is only a few minutes walk to restaurants, cafes and the market and has two supermarkets nearby. The apartment is spacious and has been remodelled with originality in a loft style fashion with great attention to detail. The two terraces at opposite sides of the building were a wonderful addition being extremely private and well furnished with the added advantage of providing a through flow of air keeping the apartment cool. The view overlooking the Cathedral is spectacular. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable including a very well appointed kitchen with a wonderful range cooker (which my husband put to good use), very comfortable beds, a powerful shower and fast WiFi. A washing machine plus a line and pegs was also very useful. The B&O docking station was a nice surprise too. Henri responded quickly to our initial enquiry and all other dealings were prompt and courteous. He was extremely helpful when we arrived and took time to show us round and explain how the various appliances worked. He contacted us during our stay to make sure that we had no problems and was available should we need him. We have rented many apartments in various countries and this has definitely been one of our favorites. We would certainly return and would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends. Many thanks to Henri and Chantal for a wonderful holiday.

Henri's very spacious and chic, Soho-loft-style apartment is situated midway between Narbonne's historic center and the train station. Meaning, you will be able to take quick day trips to Sète, Carcassonne, or Collioure, and be home in time for cocktail hour at any number of bars and restaurants. Do not miss Gaia, only one block away, with its grilled meat done on wood-burning ovens, or Cadence, which prepares innovative and delicious tapas (reservations rec'd). Also a must is the Saturday flea market on the pedestrian mall followed by lunch in the marché Les Halles at Chez Bebelle. Henri is a kind and accommodating host, and the apartment is fully stocked with conveniences for your stay. Everything worked as described. Top!

Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch Henry der uns mit der Wohnung vertraut machte.Selbst im Januar ließ sich das Appartement problemlos heizen.Die Einrichtung und die Kunst ist im besten Sinne kurios und der Blick auf die Kathedrale begeistert zu jeder Tag- und Nachtzeit.Innerhalb von 5 Minuten steht man zu Fuß mitten in narbonne, gute Restaurants sind fußläufig innerhalb 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Eine Weinhandlung mit exzellenten Weinen ist gar nur 50 Meter entfernt.Das Angebot, den PKW gegen eine Tagesgebühr von 9.- indder sehr nahe gelegenen Tiefgarage unterzubringen sollte man wegen knappen Parkraums bei Bedarf unbedingt nutzen. Insgesamt: TOLL !!!!!

Großes Appartement mit Wohlfühlfaktor

Wie haben uns in dem Appartement von Henri sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Das Highlight war natürlich die wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit dem Ausblick auf die Kathedrale. Gerade an den warmen Sommerabenden konnte man bei einem Glas Wein das "SAVOIR VIVRE" perfekt genießen. Vom Stadttrubel hat man sowohl auf Dachterrasse als auch in der Wohnung rein gar nichts mitbekommen. Daher konnten wir super gut schlafen und sehr gut erholen. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Bügeltisch etc. war für den längeren Aufenthalt sehr praktisch. Wenn wir nochmal nach Narbonne kommen sollten, würden wir uns diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder aussuchen.

Détente 5 étoiles à Narbonne

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Narbonne au coeur de la Vieille Ville avec une vue spectaculaire sur la Cathédrale. Le loft offre tout le confort rêvé et plus encore pour les amateurs de Design! Chaque détail a été pensé, la décoration et les installations nous ont réjouis. Notre hôte nous a accueillis et renseignés avec gentillesse, et donc, si nous revenons à Narbonne, nous serions ravis de séjourner de nouveau à cette adresse!
